Had my 78 Cadillac for 5 new tires and a wheel alignment/ balance. Excellent job! Steering wheel perfectly centered, no vibrations, and the car was done on time and as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Thanks to all of the staff .

I brought in my wheel hub and I asked about my bearing and they said we can put it on and they put it on and I brought my other one and they told me I have to buy new one that's my fault um thats your fault putting it on like don't come to this place they will messed up your parts and make you jobless

I have a 2017 Buck Encore that was emitting smoke from the Turbo area. I took it to an unnamed Jack Furrier competitor, and they sent me 2 quotes to repair, ~$950 (10am), then ~$2,209 (1pm) stating items were missed on quote #1. I decided to get a second quote and brought it to this Jack Furrier location. Derek and Mike were extremely accommodating, felt my anxiety, and put the car on a lift ASAP. Quick inspection showed a simple feed bolt 1/2 turn loose, emitting oil. Derek and Mike had the mechanic tighten, and we ran the engine for 20-25 minutes with no smoke, no failure. I drove the car home, with zero white smoke issues. They asked I watch it for a week and bring back if it goes into failure.Derek and Mike SAVED MY REAR by simply looking for a simple fix instead of heading straight to an expensive repair. USE THESE GUYS.

I have always gone to the location on North Oracle and had nothing but good experiences. This time, I decided to go to the location closer to my home. I got a full synthetic oil change, like always, and was rewarded with a computer that was not reset and oil all over my door. ( the display still comes on that I need to get my oil changed in 300 miles)I'm a busy guy and I have better things to do than take the car back and sit there and wait for them to perform a free service for me, so I am taking care of both of these issues myself. That is work that Jack Furrier has created for me. Not cool.

I Went here to have them look over my truck for my trip North. I made it halfway and the tire came off. My husband spoke to someone and they said they would help. Whomever it was has gone MIA and now everyone is gone because it's Saturday. No one followed up to see if I was ok. Good thing I literally just got off the mountain.I am now stuck in the middle of nowhere.Thanks Maybe someone will reach out now.

Worke with the staff to pick the best possible tires for my car. They located the tires and had them ready the following morning. Took a few hours but all went well and I am quite pleased with my purchase

The manager shawn is so unprofessional. I went in for just a regular oil change and rotating tires. I dropped my car off at 7:50am and did not get my car until 5:15pm. When I got my keys I Went to my car and seen it was parked on the curb That caused my bumper to crack and have gaps on it.He told me I needed to bring my car in to reenact to see if my car scraped. Because he has a witness that seen the Tech park my car and then When I got in my car, I weighed it down. He body shamed me But he wanted to see if it would cause my bumper to have the issues it has. I took my car in there today. When reenacted the scraping of the bumper, I took lots of pictures.he told me that I was lying and argued with me so I asked him for the corporate number. And he gave me a fake number I will never do business at this location ever again and I recommend never going there.

needed 1 new tire on company truck . dropped off bad tire and wheel in the morning. new tire not in stock. They call me a few hours later saying my tire is ready. Wow did not expect that soon. Thank you for great service and a good attitude

I had an unusual situation. My tires were wore out and they only had 20,000 miles on them. The problem was that they were over 5 years old. I had also warrantee exchanged the previous set for premature failure, so it probably looked a little suspicious. I explained the whole thing to Shawn and he was very understanding. He sold me a better set of tires at a great price and I should be good to go for a long time. I ve been using the Ina shop since 2005 and have always been satisfied.

Took my Audi A4 for an oil change took the car back home parked it. Noticed oil in the bottom didn t care car drove normal. Engine light came on popped the hood and noticed screws missing from the intake.. spoke to Sean had no ownership whatsoever needs to learn basic customer service and how to deal with clients typically Shady Auto shop stay away from this place there are other locations.I will post photos too he tried to say because I was referred by a dealer they don't touch intake lol it s 2015 audi a4 this place has been going downhill it s hit or miss Sean Furrier needs to teach Sean ownership and customer services you can scroll and see pictures of what the mechanics forget.. very lazy

Dealer is over a month out for simple oil change appointment. Was able to get in quickly and they went above and beyond. Will definitely use again!

I've been using this Jack Furriers for a while now. Always had a great experience with the previous manager Jason. Unfortunately today will be my last time, and this was a very convenient shop for me to take my vehicles too. I dropped my wife's car off for a routine oil change with a tire rotation and balance. Everything seemed fine until I get into the vehicle after service to find my oil light illuminated. Now, I'm a pretty clever guy I have worked in the exact same industry and know what is going on., MY GUESS is there wasn't any or very little oil in the car. After they pulled it back into the bay and have it for another 10 minutes, they tell me that it is a "quart low". Let's hope that is true.

Have been taking my vehicles here about 15 years. I would not trust anyone else. Twice I have taken my vehicle and there was no charge because of a simple and quick fix. They are amazing

Dropped off the Jeep at 9am and was told it would be around 12 when it would be ready and there's 4 people ahead of you. Went back at 11:30 to check on progress and was told it would be quite a while longer and there's 5 people ahead of you. Asked how could there be 5 people ahead of me when 2 and a half hours ago there was 4 people ahead of me. So I took it to Discount Tire and 1 hour later all is complete. Highly recommend Desert Rat off-road, but not Jack Furrier. FYI--- owned by the same family.Since my post they responded and asked me to contact them. Called and talked to Chris, super nice person. He said his boss would want to talk to me and he would call later that day or the next morning. The following day I called back, in the afternoon, talked to Chris again. He said his boss was in a meeting and he would call me back. Still no call. So I decided one last time, I called the next day. Tried twice and their phone rang all the way through twice and no one picked up.This is a prime example of customer service going down hill. I'm glad I didn't have any major problems with my vehicle.

Friendly and faster than most places in the area. And they have never argued with me.And compare the final price for tires with the place that offers Discounted Tires as the discount place adds an average of $40 per tire if you want warranty and other $$ on top of the quote that is included in the quote from Jack Furrier. I have always saved money buying tires here, especially buying a full set.

I went in for new tires and asked they simply set me up with a good spare. My truck had three good tires it was riding on and a really old spare. The fourth tire was in my truckbed because it had taken rim damage when i got a flat. The rim damage was very obvious and I informed them about it. 1-2 days after I get my truck back, I go over a speed bump and the spare just drops out of my truck. I had just been doing 70 on the freeway, so thank God it didn't happen then or someone could've been hurt. I go to get the tire and surprise surprise guess which tire it is? They took my three good tires the truck was riding on and gave me the flat one with rim damage back. Infuriated, I go back to the store and demand one of the three good ones be put as the spare like I had originally asked. Lo and behold, my three good tires (that were just old) have disappeared! "They've been picked up by their tire service and there is absolutely no way of finding them now," the incredibly unhelpful guy at the counter tells me. He offers me a someone else's old tire that's 3 or 4 sizes bigger than tires I just bought. I refuse. They do absolutely nothing except fix my spare tire holder the right way (after a couple more failed attempts). I call corporate and let them know what happened. They say they can get me some old spare. I tell them at this point, I would like another one of the tires I purchased as my spare free of charge for all this hassle. They say they'll call me back. Guess if they called me back? Now I have to spend more money on another tire because the spare they gave me back is worthless. I've never felt more swindled or ripped off. The worst part is my grandpa, my dad, and I have always gone to Jack Furrier's.TL;DR Do yourself a favor and just go to Discount Tire like this Jack Furrier's location made me wish I had.

This location is great! The techs are nice. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need. They will explain what the problem is and give you an honest solution and good price. Thanks, Jack Furrier!

I pulled in for a tire replacement. Was told I had a transmission leak. So we bought everything to get it repaired. The technician working on the car was great. Friendly and personable. However, we left and the car literally wouldn't go into gear. It's still at their shop and when the repairs are complete I will switch my 3 starts to 5.... Hopefully. This is our family's only car. :(

The guys at this Jack Furrier location really know how to treat their customers. They don't overcharge, and explain everything that needs to be done clearly. They saved me a lot of money by diagnosing a coolant leak in about 10 seconds, as opposed to me having to pay someone to diagnose it with a machine. Highly recommend this place.

My first exerience was replacement of front wheel hubs- when i went to get the car they told me it was $ 80 less than what they thought !!!!!! Next time I got a flat, brought the tire there- it was about 5 PM- they did it on the spot in record time putting a new tire on!!! I cannot recommend this place more- just SUPER experiences !!!! this review is LONG overdue, sorry it took me so long... I am a former mechanic- usually do all my own repairs/maintenance. I also recommend you to ALL !!! Thank you!!

I want to commend the staff and mechanics at Jack Furrier. I was helped by Mike and greatly appreciated his patience with my vehicle. To start, the shop was able to get me in same day. The mechanics were able to diagnose my vehicle and isolate the problem same day too. Mike was transparent and knowledgeable which made the stressful situation manageable. My sincere appreciation goes out to the shop and my recommendation.

These people were great. We showed up with a 3 horse trailer and a flat. Jeremy had the tire off and new tire on the trailer in record time. It was like having a one man pit crew! He also checked air in the other 3 tires. The new tire was a great price, less than I expected. I would do business with them anytime.

Jason and the team did an excellent job on my repairs! Best service I've found in town (including the dealerships).This was my first time at the shop, they took the time to make sure the repair was done right. You just earned a loyal customer. An amazing auto repair shop and one that you can TRUST. Chris is always very thorough when inspecting your vehicle and will make sure that you get your car back knowing every problem has been taken care of. No "up selling" here, just old fashioned "we will help you" business.

Awesome service, always. These guys always take care of my vehicle and have been doing so for YEARS. I've actually followed Jason Hansmann from location to location over the years, because he has done such a fabulous job with both my parents and my vehicles. Jason is always honest, up front and to the point with pricing and what our cars really need - I never feel like I'm paying for something that I don't need. He makes us feel very comfortable and taken care of. He even takes care of my husband's truck now! I absolutely recommend him and his shop - you won't be disappointed!

This is a good place to get your car serviced. They take very good care of you, keeping you informed of your cars progress and never upsell or oversell. In fact, I asked for some TPMS monitors to be replaced so they checked them and said they were fine. Honesty is greatly appreciated.
