When I moved here this place was conveniently located and had a really good deal on synthetic oil changes, which I needed. I also needed new tires, and they offered me the same deal as I ve previously gotten from Discount Tire, with a slightly better warranty. Which is why I m trapped and have to keep interacting with them. Some highlights:1. Told them for two years that my AC randomly went out and hot air blew in through my vents - they would top off my Freon and pat me on the head. Didn t matter to whom I explained it, or how clearly I walked them through the onset, duration, etc. so it was clear that this issue had nothing to do with the Freon. Their response was that they couldn t do anything about it because it never happened while my car was at the shop. ?!!!!!!!!I asked if that s how they would handle it if I told them my brakes randomly stopped working. They laughed nervously and shook their heads, probably marveling at the audacity of a woman speaking to them without her husband or father present.But then, one day, when they had the car running to their apparent shock and dismay the AC just up and quit on them! It s like I wasn t even experiencing hysteria!Other highlights include:-Calling ahead the day before and the day of to see if they were slammed or if they d be able to rotate my tires while I waited they confirmed I could come right on in and then I waited 3.5 hours.-Getting the visual inspection paperwork after my tires were rotated once and being told that my front right tire had some very shallow and superficial damage to the tire wall, nothing to worry about. Crossed the street to Discount Tire because my TPMS light was on and after having three of the sensors replaced the employee came back into the lobby and said the damage to the right front tire was way beyond street legal and he was legally not allowed to put that tire back on my car.

Darren is an amazing customer service rep. All the workers are friendly and knowledge. They sell the best brands at a great price.Got four new tires for a camper here .

Tire service: I dropped off my car to have the tires changed during a time when they were closed. One of my tires blew out and I needed tires fast. I used the "Request an Appointment" option through their website, hoping for an appointment ASAP during normal business hours. The website is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Monday morning, a representative called me to talk over my options and give me a price estimate. They were able to get my specialty tires and install them same day! Which is rare for my car! Overall, great customer service, FAST installation and very affordable pricing. Highly recommend!

The crew at this Jack Furrier location is awesome. I had a low tire pressure light come on in town and checked it out at a gas station where I found a large nail stuck in one of my tires. I was on my way to dinner and had reservations but Jack Furrier happened to be on the way so I figured I d swing by quick to get it checked out. It was shortly before they closed and they had a shop full of cars but they were able to help me out right away. My tire was hissing by the time I pulled in but Bobby got it fixed in only 15 mins for FREE and I was out the door and on my way, just in time to make it to the restaurant! Bobby s the MAN! The guys inside the shop, Warren & Darren, were great too. Very friendly and happy to help even though they were about to close up shop. Highly recommend!!

Recently had the pleasure of doing business with Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care (aka Western Tire) on Oracle & Magee. I purchased some high-end Michelin Defenders for my 2020 Toyota Rav4. The entire experience was fantastic. Troy helped me choose my tires and believe me, Troy KNOWS tires. Darin (Foreman under Troy) made sure everything was done right. Edward, who did the work, did an impeccable job, going the extra mile to shine my wheels and tires. Even though this shop is very popular and is always busy, I was in and out in just over an hour (just enough time for breakfast at the nice bakery a couple doors down.) I highly recommend this establishment for tires and all other automotive care.

Would like to give them a higher rating because I use to get pretty good service here. However, the last 5 times I've taken my vehicle here It's taken them 4-10 days to complete any work. I don't know if they are short staffed but it's also been the lack of communication.I've been told I would get a call regarding what work I need to have done. Only for me to need to call them back after a day or two just to find out what's going on. I've also had brake issues, charged me over ~$500 to fix, and only to find out the problem still exists. Which wasted money and another 3 days of my vehicle being with them for repairs.I've been told numerous times that the work would be completed within a day or two only for it to take 4 - 6 days. This is my only vehicle and not being upfront with how long it's going to take leaves me in a tough spot. I would be able to plan better had they given me an honest answer of how long my car would be with them for repairs.

Very good prices, services and tires. Loyal customer for over 40 years. Only tough thing is how word of a good business spreads and they become so busy it is hard to get in and out in a timely matter.

These guys are awesome! I went in with a tire that had been punctured by a sheet metal screw. They took my car in without a wait and treated me with professionalism, kindness and a fantastic sense of humor.Unlike most other tire and auto repair companies, Jack Furrier's guys fixed my tire from the inside with a heat treated patch and the tire is as good as new. They also put the silly spare donut away for me with extreme care, as I would not have done, and they did not charge me so much as a penny for their service today.Wow! Who does that. No other companies that I know of. I already gave them an amazing review on Facebook, however, I will continue to sing Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Repair praises for a long time to come. I walk in to inquire about an alignment appointment I made. Both guys look at each other not knowing anything. I told them I made it online and then they go on to say they don't look at those and that it's best to call for an appointment. If you guys aren't going to use online appointments, why is it even available as an option? They said I could drop it off and pick up at the end of the day. I walked out.

Went in for an oil change and alignment. Warren was courteous and kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. Jack Furrier is the only place I would bring my cars. They always provide great service and are honest about what is needed or not needed. Big kudos to Warren for providing great service and I will be back.

Got an oil change on a Mercedes Sprinter van on 6/22/2020. Customer service on that day was great, in particular from the fellow van enthusiast behind the counter and the tech on the day. The van sat in my company lot for about 2 weeks without being driven. On 7/5/2020 we attempted to drive from Tucson to Phoenix and the high oil pressure warning light and HI OIL message displayed after about 5 minutes of driving. Dip stick oil level showed almost .20-.25 inch over the max level line. Took the van back early on 7/9/2020 and was told oil levels are fine and an oil sensor cable was unplugged. The level was still reading high on the dip stick and the unplugged sensor was a part of the emissions system (which had been deleted, hence unplugged) nothing to do with engine oil. I again asked for the excess to be drained. Was repeatedly told I was asking them to under fill the engine oil and I'd need some sort of written waiver for them to under fill the oil. No, quite simply you over filled it, but you didn't want to know about it and then tried to treat me like someone who just didn't get it. I just wanted to give you the opportunity to remedy your small mistake in over-filling the engine oil. Maybe you guys were just too busy this morning? I'll just do it myself I guess.

Asked for a high milage priced at 49.99. When I picked up the car, I was told that I was charged for a high-milage full synthetic $69.99. Got into the car, the sticker reads synthetic blend (priced at 39.99). I called back and the service manager assured me it was a full synthetic Website doesn t show they carry a high-milage synthetic, only a high milage synthetic blend (49.99).So who knows what oil I really got. But if I d have to guess it s whatever they have on the sticker since those were the instructions given by the service manager. Things like this makes people distrust auto shops. I d say stay away or get a quote before hand.Also, I got here before they opened, was second in line for an oil change and it took 2.5 hrs for an oil change.

We go here for all our automobile service needs. Work is always done right the first time. They never try to sell you repairs that you don't need. I asked them to change my oil and put in a new air filter. The changed the oil, but told me I didn't need a new air filter yet, saving me money in the process. Talk about honesty. I can't say enough good things about them.

This place is a complete joke. It is sad when the technicians in the bays will even admit the service writers are ripping customers off. Quoted me three hours to unbolt six bolts from my CV axle tried to fearmonger me into getting the repair done then when I let them where I work, and that I know that they were lying to me all I was met with was attitude, stammering and stuttering. Needless to say I got in my car and pulled my own car out of the bays myself Beware these people are freaking rip offs.!!! Troy and Derrick are rude, condescending, and outright lie to customers. Industry standard is to use a reputable labor time program for job times. Troy lets his technicians make up their own hours on jobs. That is so disgusting in 2023. I thought I would never live to see the day, that as a female, I would pull into the shop and be met with the stereotypical 1950s attitudes that women know nothing about vehicles. Shame on Troy and Derrick!!! Do better!!!

Made a 7:30am appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation for my wife. When she arrived (before 7:30) there were 7-8 walk-ins ahead of her. When she told the staff member she had an appointment, she was told it s first come, first served. She was there OVER 2 Hours!!! Who schedules appointments with NO INTENTION of honoring them? Neither she, nor I will take an auto to a Jack Furrier again. Too bad 0 stars isn t an option.

Shady as hell. They left a clamp on an ac hose and left it in the engine of my mini Cooper. Literally put a clamp on a hose because they didn't have the proper hose attached parts and didn't mention it at all... I take all my car stuff to Firestone now on Ina. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

Amazing customer service! I went in to get my brakes possibly done. They inspected them and told me, I do not need new breaks. They ended up cleaning my rotors and break pads for me since I was hearing squealing. They were very good at explaining everything and were faster than the quoted time of about an hour wait. I also didn't have to pay anything, they do complimentary brake inspections!

Being from out of town I'm always wary of any car repair facility. Unfortunately I had a valve stem that failed and didn't want to drive without a spare. Dropped off my loose tire and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Got a call in one hour saying it was ready.The service was great and the price was unbelievable. Troy was the counter guy and the "kid" who did the repair gave me a thumbs up when I picked it up. Nice folks all around. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend.

Very satisfied with the price (for oil change and tire rotation) and the professional service and attitude. The online appointment I made was ignored so I had to make an in-person appointment for the next day. Wait time was about as expected (long, but a sign of robust business),

I bought I cooper tires for $507 and when I get the car the tires where manufacture in 2014 week 33 which is 3 years old . In fact the tires that I change were made in 2015 which is newer that what I bought from this shop. and as you can see it is obvious from the rubber that tge tires are really old . How can they sell this tires!!!!!!!!!and now they say they will change it for me for newer one , but after they tired to trick me.

When we moved here about 2 years ago I had to find a good place that carried a really good oil to have my oil changes done. And I found Jack furriers. They use Kendall syn blend oil which is extremely good. So I've had tremendous luck at Jack furriers finding a good oil and wonderful service. One time I was there they had my car up on the rack and I said I think I had a slow leak in a tire could they just spin the tire and see if they saw a nail or something. When I paid my bill they said yes, we found a nail in the tread and we repaired the tire. They charged me nothing! They really have tremendous service and they rotate and check the balance on your tires and check the air also as part of the oil change. Oil changes are inexpensive when you use the coupon on the back of receipts at Fry's. I very very highly recommend Jack furriers. They will treat you like the best customer ever!

Was told on Saturday 8/22/20 that they work with warranty companies, but didn t have time at that moment . Sean suggested that I bring my vehicle in, on Tuesday or Wednesday, to work on my tire and correctly go through the warranty company.Well today we walked in and had quite a terrible experience with Ken. He was rude with the person in front of us and extremely rude to us. He talks down to customers and is very unprofessional. He would not take the time to listen to what we needed or who we had spoken to previously. This location had decent ratings and has been around for a long time. Super sad to know that they have someone so Completely unpleasant working the front desk, let alone management. We took our business elsewhere.

Bought new tires from this business on a Saturday. Staff was friendly. Took four hours to change four tires. Sunday I went on a road trip only to find they weren't balanced right. Took them back on Monday after scheduling an appointment. Arrive on time and they hadn't bothered to keep my appointment in mind. So I wait another hour and a half for my tires to get re-balanced. Find out they only re-balanced two out of four tires. So the people are friendly here, but it takes a long time for service and service is sometimes incomplete or improperly done. Likely won't be coming back.

I've been dealing with Jack Furriers at this location for 10+ years for tires & repairs with excellent results. Service managers, Troy & Bruce are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. John, the head mechanic has been able to diagnose complex problems quickly and fix them in short time.Recently I've been amazed that jobs have been completed at costs below estimates.I've compared tire prices at supposed " discount" places and Furriers always beats when all extras are considered. THREE THUMBS UP !
