I drove to Tucson to have my Amp tuned and I had the best experience ever!!! Jim and Pete are fantastic!! I couldn t be happier!!! Jim tuned my J&M speakers 7.25 Rokker speakers with my J&M 200 watt performance Amp !! It was loud and clear!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Pete and Jim!!Donald Kopinski

I can t enough about the amazing customer service I got before, during and after I purchased my speaker and amp combination from JM Rokker. I originally bought the performance series set up with a 200w amp and speakers. I then switched and took my amp and head unit into Pete in the shop, they did the full stage 5 setup, amazing. I sit next to a friend with the six speaker 800w fosgate system and without a doubt I drown his system out with only two speakers. I read all the reviews and thought twice about going with JM corp. i firmly believe in forming my own opinion. These set ups are amazing if done correctly. I will continue to recommend and defend these guys moving forward, just pull up next to me and there is no doubts.

I accidentally purchased the wrong rear speakers for my Harley limited . I compounded the problem by purchasing, again, the wrong set of speakers. Well, I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Pete, who now only fixed the mess that I created, but did it with the most awesome customer service friendly attitude anyone could ever wish for! Cudos to J&M Corporation for having such an awesome representative! I will continue to do business with and recommend to all my Harley riders, J&M products and will mention Pete as the "go to " person with problems.

Shoutout to J&M audio for fixing my 3 yr old helmet. I had a left speaker go out, I sent them the helmet, and within approximately a week I had the helmet fixed free of charge sounding fantastic

Pete is the man ! Saw him today for helmets and audio accessories! Again he came thru as before . Last saw him 2/18 for the same needs . Pete is very knowledgeable and trustworthy person in our opinion. No high pressure at all. It s the only place I love to buy our helmets and audio at. Pete has been there for over 26 yrs and that says a lot . He loves to talk about his great kids and awesome grand kids he has too. Great stories to hear as I can relate to that being a grandfather too.Thanks again Pete , can t wait to try out our new helmets on our ride tomorrow!!

I was looking to replace my stock Harley speakers because they were blown. I went to J&M and talked with Pete. He was knowledgeable on the products and prices and worked with me on getting speakers at price that suited me. Pete was able to talk to the technician and get my speakers installed the the same day and only took about four hours. After the install was done I was blown away at how loud these speakers were. I hooked up my phone through bluetooth and blasted my music the whole way home. Even with a decent cross wind, I could still hear every instrument and vocal from the songs playing through my speakers. Truly amazing sound.

Took my bike (17 H-D Road Glide Ultra) to figure out why my stereo amplifier wasn t working, turned out it was operator error! While it was there, they tuned the amplifier to match my speakers, sounds great now!!!

You can t go wrong with any product associated with J&M Corporation. They are great people. I installed they re Bluetooth Dongle on my 16 Goldwing, and they installed BT-04 headsets in our new Shoei helmets for us. Quality craftsmanship all the way!

Got a set of speakers and a amp. One speaker was blown and the tweeters don't match. The guy I talked to wouldn't send me one speaker until I sent the bad one back. I explained I didn't want to have my bike apart for two weeks because my brand new speaker didn't work. I said I'll package the whole unit( speakers and amp) up and return it as defective and the arrogant guy said perfect. I asked him if he thought that was good customer service and he said yes. I will never do business with them. I did say I was going to give them a bad review and he said OK. I will be going with another brand.

This company really stands behind its' products. We stopped by on our way through town and they were able to quickly locate and fix a problem in our headset. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, we are back to communicating clear as day with our J&M wired system. We love their products and now have experienced their superb customer service. It's no wonder they have been in business for so long!

I recently bought an amp and speakers from J&M Corporation, the amp has issues, after taking my faring apart serveral times, checking connections, taking it to them, getting it back same problem, now I'm being told my speakers may be bad, however everything works fine without the amp. I called back and asked if I can get another amp, guy tells me it's a ten year old amp they don't have anymore. They never said that online when I ordered it two months ago. He tells me they have to tear it all apart, every component he said, and check it. It will take several weeks. I spent over $500 for the speakers and a 10yr old amp that doesn't work, and they're going to tear it apart. I'm asking to return the speakers and amp, we will see what happens. I'd think twice on this company for sure if I was purchasing. I intend to go visit Harley Davidson soon who referred me to them, and tell them to think twice about referring them. Boy how I wish I didn't order from them.Update:Got the amp back, they tested it with speakers, said nothing wrong. Brought it home reinstall, checking all connections with a fine tooth comb. Went for a ride soon into it, amp stopped working. Turned off bike, turn back on, started working for a couple minutes, went back off. Conclusion: amps bad or not compatible with my stereo. Either way out a good chunk of money. They won't replace it, and their conclusion is amp is good. Stero and speakers work all the time, without the amp. I'm getting an amp from a reputable company, see what happens. I'm bummed out, and got taken.Update: HD, told me that they have had several of the exact same issues with this same product from J&M, and it ends up being the product. J&M always saying it's not there product. Replacing it with another product fixes the issue. I have an appt to have them diagnose, hopefully something else simple, but probably not. I personally think they are selling a product with bad fault sensors that shut the amp down. I thought I should add this comment. I hate to see people get taken. J&M knows all about this issues, I'm not the first, do some research. Once you buy it you're stuck with it!

I've been using J&M headset products for almost 20 years. While they are continually improving and upgrading they have always be on the cutting edge in quality and have provided outstanding service each time I have dealt with them. By outstanding I mean I have never dealt with a company who does better. I don't even compare prices of other products anymore. It simply doesn't matter. If I can't afford it, I wait until I can. Example: just ordered a helmet and two Bluetooth headsets installed along with the BT transmitter for Goldwing. The transmitter won't ship for a couple of weeks because it hasn't been released yet. But they turned the helmets around the same day they received the one I sent them. I asked for no discount, but the final price came in 20% below what I expected, even with an installation fee to put in the headsets. Outstanding is all I can say.

Stopped by their Tucson factory with my Goldwing today. I had some audio problems on my antique bike's intercom. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and I left soon after able to carry on a normal conversation my co-rider over our upgraded headsets and new cords. Great staff, excellent customer service, the finest in mobile audio products.

Bought a used Streetglide with a Rokker system that didn't sound right. These guys had it sounding like a loud clear concert within an hour. Rerouted rear speaker wires and tuned the system to a nice crisp clear sound and LOUD Highly recommend these guysThanks Again JM Rokker

It's been a nightmare dealing with this company. My father, cousin, and I researched long and hard before settling on J&M comms for our BMWs for a trip we were planning. We had several failures of equipment. Bluetooth dongles failed, cords, etc. Troubleshooting was difficult and we received some help, but then began to get rude responses. When we determined some of the items had failed, J&M insisted on not paying the return shipping,--and on top of that, we had to buy whole new units at our expense and hope that they gave us refunds when they received our returns - for which we had to hound them to get our refunds. In the end, we went further in the hole paying for several shipping charges for faulty equipment. After all that trouble, we still had failures on our once-in-a-life-time Motorcycle trip. We had to devise hand signals for communication. And we still had to deal with repairs when we returned home. We eventually were put in contact with the owner, John, and he was extremely blunt and rude, and unwilling to stand behind his product and continued to play games - not responding to emails then claiming he didn't receive them. Eventually he quit responding all together. Between the three of us we spent well over 1K each to outfit our bikes. I really wish we had gone another route. This has been a huge disappointment. These are just a few of the issues we had, I would love to show everyone my email communications with John, so that you could see just how appalling this company is, but I'll limit my rant to the basics. If you are considering J&M, I strongly urge you to go a different route.

I ordered two helmets from J&M early in April. They took a couple of weeks to ship and once they finally did arrive we found that both helmets were much smaller than their sizing charts. I always wear an XL and my wife wears a Medium. We couldn t even fit the J&M helmets on our heads.Anyway I sent them back requesting an exchange and even though they received them on April 26th, we did not get any response. I called them today (May 7th) and they told me they were out of stock.I told them to make it a return. I would not order from J&M again to to their lack of communication and poor customer service.

OMG, before you get caught up with J&M go to a reliable national and internationally know brand that is well reviewed. They honestly believe they have better quality speakers than JBL, Cardo, Sena, Schuberth....yet they won't tell you who makes them. BTW, you will not save any money nor get a better product, unless you believe their sales pitch.

Have spent over $1000 on communications systems with J&M, still not satisfied. Sales staff is only interested in making the sale. Customer service is the pits. Too many other companies making quality products, save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

THE REVIEW TO READ...! This is not a product review/but a Customer Service/Billing Review. I have a Rokker amp for my 12 Road Glide that went bad. I called in and was told by Corey in Sales that I could mail the amp in and they could rebuild for $125. After several different phone conversations with Corey, the deal was clear, cut and dry...I mail in the amp(shipping on me) going in....fix the amp for $125....and then they return(shipping on them)...a $125 total deal. Pretty simple Corey said. So, I mail the amp in. I get a phone call the following week saying may amp was ready and how did I wanna pay? I gave my CC over the phone to Corey for the $125 (verified again verbally). I then get an email receipt showing they billed me $151.29...! Wth? I called back in immediately and Corey told me that I was being charged for shipping that it s not covered on non-warranty products. WE BOTH KNEW THIS WAS A DISCONTINUED AMP FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL. The explained deal initially was $125 pretty cut and dry....they handle shipping back to me, per Corey. I checked my CC and I was then shocked to see I was actually billed $150..! So, 125? Email receipt for 151.29? And then actual charge 150? How does a creditable company charge a CC whatever they like without an authorization from the cardholder??! The owner of the money? I called back in to talk to upper management....this is where it gets comical. The only person you can talk to is JOHN the owner but he s extremely busy and only communicates through EMAIL. Well....I ve emailed twice and gotten no reply from JOHN. I call back and the only thing I get is John is extremely busy dealing with 100 s of customers a day . Wth? Am I not a customer who s CC was billed a different amount than my receipt? Am I not a customer who was told one price, AUTHORIZED it then billed a different amount? Am I not a customer who was lied to, and technically STOLEN from? As of the composing of this email, I still haven t gotten any response from JM Corp or any of its upper management attempting to resolve this issue. I HAVE BEEN MISINFORMED, LIED TO, AND CHARGED AN AMOUNT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE....then ignored in handling the resolution of this issue. I will not do business with this company again and will completely swap out my audio system in my bike before I replace another product with this company.

I visited J&M today to pick up a CB antenna. They did not have any in stock so they put one together for me even though they had to go buy a part for it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had just what I needed.

I have a HJC helmet with bluetooth port. They sold me the universal mount and it will not stay on the helmet. They said I can send it in and I can pay $60 for them to try to make it work. I went to their website and found out that if you loose your mounting instructions that they dont have any more, not even on web site. Very disappointed with the poor customer service for what was suppose to be a great headset. Big waste of time as I try to prepare for a cross country ride. Un-acceptable.

I ll change the review it was not all his fault but his company did install the system that was on it or you have to have it cranked for the right front speaker to work one of the speakers is blown he said he would replace all four speakers I will give him five stars as long as he gives me my warranty since all the speakers were installed by him previous years

Purchased the new 630 watt " plug and play system " with the 6.71" faring speakers for my 2016 street glide from a local shop. After the shop installed the system it was extremely distorted and wasn't any louder than stock system and I will say the shop was bending over backwards to get it right with no help from your technical support and now apparently there is only one person named John that can authorize a return and he will not contact the shop were i purchased the system to return it for a refund.Now forcing me to dispute the charge threw Visa. I will definitely not recommend your system to anyone.The only email response received from them told the shop that in order to make there "plug and play system " work was to remove and send my factory Harley Davidson radio to them to program so apparently the whole "plug and play system " as advertised is way off.
