I made an appointment for our Ford F-350 that needed a 110,000 mile checkup. Jesse helped make this process smooth. It took all day. Jesse said they have a curiosity car that would take me back home. I waited for the truck. Jesse kept me updated on what needed to be worked on and also updated the estimate as work progressed. Super nice people. Anyone that are in the Tucson area should use them. I was able to see that as customers came in it was like a big family, warm welcoming people. I am greatly impressed with the professionalism of Integrity Auto and Diesel. Their customer service has surpassed any that I have ever experienced. Upon arrival I was not acknowledged. The guy in the front office ignored me and continued working. Being a new customer, I thought this must be the norm. I waited for him to complete his task and waited for a welcome. There was none.I had routine maintenance done and picked up, only to find my window tint was damaged. The cause of it, "the last shop uses glue on their stickers." I find that to be a lame excuse, I have not had this issue before, ever.The front office was not friendly, except for Robert. I will not be returning. I cannot support a business who is not friendly to customers and a manager who was explained the situation and walked away.

I ve been a customer since almost day one. They have ALWAYS gone the extra mile in taking care of my car. When I thought something was broken, they could have charged me to fix it, but instead showed me that it wasn t actually broken. I ve moved to the SE side of Tucson but I still make the drive to Integrity because I totally trust them. They are family owned-they ve had serious troubles, but have worked hard to overcome them and they continue to live up to their name. The BEST!!

Tremendous service. I had transmission issues on my 2017 Ford Explorer. Integrity was super busy, but was able to troubleshoot my issue after two days. They determined the transmission needed to be replaced and worked with my warranty company (America Auto Shield) to get it completed. I was completely hands off and Taj took care of everything. I was never worried and I was always given updates. I will never go anywhere but this place as long as I live in the Tucson/Marana area.

My first time at Integrity Automotive but it was a very positive experience and Jesse was very good to explain everything to me. I will use them again even though Ina can be a nightmare to traverse these days! :)

Integrity is no longer what it used to be for the past 20 years we have been going to integrity and it saddens me to inform you all that Troy the original owner has retired. The new owner has added on fees to disposal and shop supplies . This was a shocker to us and additional $40 to our bill. .The original mechanics are no longer there. There s a sign that says hiring. I wish I knew where all his mechanics went to because I am no longer going to be using this establishment.

Took in my son's 1996 Ford Bronco to have the transmission pan replaced, and the pan is leaking. I took it back once already and it's still leaking after they fixed it the second time. During the repairs they smeared grease on the carpet, door panel, and steering wheel. They did clean it up after I complained, but refused to pay for it to be professionally detailed. I have gone to this location with multiple vehicles for years, but after this experience I'll probably look elsewhere.

Being new to the area I was looking for a new automotive shop. It's a little bit of a drive but we'll worth the trip. Friendly, honest personnel who do a great job from start to finish.Lost art nowadays. I'm a customer for life.

Integrity has been my mechanic since my very first car at 18 years old and have been with them ever since! They are family owned, local, and have the kindest and knowledgeable staff. They are honest and a business that truly works with great integrity to take care of their customers. Took my Ford Expedition in to get fixed, but discovered problem was related to the computer system and they couldn't fix it. I was charged for the diagnosis but now have to take my vehicle to Ford to have the work done which means I have to pay another $250 for deductible because integrity doesn't have the equipment to reprogram my vehicle computer. Didn't notice till I arrived home that my liners from the front floorboard were laying in my back seat. They didn't put them back where they belonged.

I had an exceptional experience at Integrity Automotive when I took my 2015 Subaru Outback in for brake service. The service advisor, Blue, went above and beyond with his knowledge and customer service. He explained the process thoroughly, and kept me updated on the progress. The brakes were replaced promptly, and the quality of work was outstanding. I left feeling confident and satisfied. I highly recommend Integrity Automotive for their expertise and excellent service.

Don't take your diesel truck here no real test was done. They ran the codes it said injector for cylinder 8 was bad so they replaced it. No other testing was done. they replaced the injector and I still had the same problem. It idles really rough and blows black and white smoke. They said it's idling rough because air in the fuel line. I need to drive it for a while. I drove it for a week. It didn't get any better. I called to ask what they can do. Never called me back. So much for integrity. They charged $1,765 for 1 injector didn't even solve the problem. Now they won't call me back. I took my truck to affordable diesel in tucson. They found I have no compression in cylinder 8. Which threw the injector 8 imbalanced code. Don't bring your vehicles here they are just taking money and guessing.

I had used Integrity once a couple of years ago. Recalling from then the excellence of their work I decided to skip using the dealer from whom I bought my current car and ask Integrity to work on my transmission shifting problem. Within a couple of hours of making an appointment a technician and I did a test drive. The following day they identified the problem and a solution, did the repair and by early afternoon the car was ready to pick up, operating since then with no indication of the previous problem.Besides excellent repair work I have consistently been very impressed with their customer service, as they listen well, ask good questions, and, without delay, immediately set to work finding a repair solution. Oh yes, their service charges are very reasonable.Service: Transmission

Just passing through and needed some help with my truck. Looked at reviews and decided to stop here. Great customer service from the 1st phone call, then when I brought the truck in and even better after that. They looked it over and could not find a mechanical reason for the shake I had. They have a relationship with a tire shop down the road and after calling me, they took my truck down there and explained the situation. Called me and said there was no charge! Haven't had that kind of service since I was a kid in the 70's. If I ever have any auto issues with any of my vehicles, I will bring it to Integrity Auto. The name is fitting and such a refreshing surprise in today's world. Thanks Integrity!

They fixed a check engine light problem with a simple fix that cost very little, fixed a rear axle leak problem and water pump leak problem that had been leaving evidence of leaks on my garage floor. The total cost was very reasonable. The customer facing team was excellent with personalized service, going above and beyond. They drove me to where I needed to go during the day in a nice clean minivan and picked me up when the car was finished.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My car was towed there, so I didn't have an appointment, however, I was accommodated quickly. I had my car back in two days. Staff is polite and respectful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because my rear view camera was not working ( the mechanic forgot to plug it in). I returned and it was working after the problem was solved. If I have additional car problems, I'll definitely use Integrity Automotive. Also, the price was reasonable. So I am a happy customer

We needed to have our truck towed because it was undriveable. The diagnosis was spot on. They were extremely professional and courteous. Knew upfront what the cost would be and had no surprises. I'm new to the area and I needed a new battery. When I called Blue patiently explained that it was indeed was my battery after asking me a series of questions. When I walked in the shop, he knew who I was & greeted me friendly. My rear brake light was out, which he did replace, but didn't charge me for by saying Merry Christmas! Yes I'll go back ! From the time I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready to go a few days later, I was kept in the loop of what was going on. Blue was the gentleman I was in contact with and he was very courteous and informative. He was able to get the majority of the cost covered by the extended warranty I had on my vehicle, which was a huge relief. I was very weary about bringing my vehicle into a shop before this experience but now I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to Integrity in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection
