Damon greeted me as soon as I arrived. He took the car, had the diagnosis code quickly and the repair done same day. He was thorough start to finish. Great coffee machine at the dealership as well.

Always a great experience at the Service Center. My advisor Damon who has been my guy for years now always takes good care of me and my car. They are honest and have great prices. I know, because I shop around and I know a thing or two about cars. On top of that you are getting service from the Infiniti dealer directly, who are trained for your car and use factory parts. It gives me more of a feeling of security that it is done right.

Tish was condescending and acted like she didn t want my business. I guess my budget (which was decent) didn t work for her paycheck. I have purchased plenty of cars, and I have never felt so belittled. She wasn t rude, but the interaction was very passive aggressive. Just a suggestion, end your email with I will keep an eye out for you instead of if your budget changes reach back out to me.

I recently traded my car for one at Infiniti of Tucson and it was an easy, smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I m almost two hours away in Phoenix and their salesman drove up their car to my home at a time that worked around my busy work schedule. I was able to drive and spend time with the car, fell in love with it, was able to sign everything right at my house, they gave me a great price for my trade and drove it back to Tucson. My salesman David and his finance manager Pancho went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and distance and provided helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional service from start to finish! I highly recommend them, even if you re not a Tucson local like myself.

Cayo helped me from start to finish with issues on my 17 q50 red sport. My turbos began to go out on me. I was under warranty thankfully. After oil samples and other diagnostics, I was able to approved for turbo replacement. Cayo had the job completed by the next business day. Not only is he fast and efficient, he ensures your vehicles safety and puts customer satisfaction at the top of his list

In our 41 years of buying cars (our 6th Infiniti), Tish Bradford, without a doubt, was the our best sales associate. It was the quickest deal (1/2 hour) we've ever done purchasing a car. Smooth and seamless! Poncho also was a great help with all the paperwork. We love our QX60 and when we are ready for a trade in, we will be back.

The service department of Infiniti of Tucson has done a good job maintaining my 2019 QX30S. Chris Barnes is my service advisor and keeps me informed of my cars status during repairs. When my car needed a part that was backordered, he kept checking on availability and again let me know how it was going. Chris returns calls promptly.

I want to say thank you to Infiniti of Tucson, especially Mike and Pancho for making my recent buying experience one to remember. I recently was in a car accident and had my vehicle totaled out, so buying a vehicle was not first on my list of things to do. From making sure all of my questions were answered(I had a lot) but above all made sure i was comfortable and confident in my purchase! Tish was amazing to work with! I wanted a specific car and she found it for me. She also was able to get it for the right price. She took care of me from start to finish!
