Absolutely by far the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. Car buying experience, purchasing parts, or leaving your vehicle there for service, they have always been the absolute worst. Yet again they continue to disappoint me. I just picked up my truck from having them change the oil, I get it home and notice that is leaking all over my driveway. Go anywhere else except for this dealer. On another one of my vehicles there is a safety recall for an airbag defect, go figure it's a Ford. I've called and left him voicemails three times trying to get them to call me back so I can schedule an appointment nothing over months.

I recently got to work with Jake on the purchase of my very first BRAND NEW CAR! He was really great working with my indecisiveness and didn't have a problem with me needing 3 separate appointments to finally make a decision! He got me a great deal on my new car and found that balance between professional and familiar. He really worked his tail off and fought for me to get a great price and rate! Thank you Jake!

I absolutely hate buying a car so it wasn t a surprise that I was procrastinating and avoiding it as long as I could, thankfully Chris Claussen was able to help me through the whole process and made it as painless as possible. He was awesome and helped find me something that fit my needs. The whole sales team did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable with the deal and the whole buying experience. In the end I was surprised by how easy the whole experience was and will definitely reconsider my views on car buying going forward

The one star rating is solely on the lies the salesmen give, all for the sake of making a deal. My husband traded in his truck for a new truck and was very happy with the deal and customer service provided. I went the next day to do the same. The experience was nice, Jake was very patient with me, and I was patient with him as well with him being a rookie and all. Jake tells my husband he's going to give him $100 for referring me, literally bought a second vehicle the very next day from him, same salesman. My husband did not receive the referral money. A few weeks later Jake called my husband asking him to give him a review and he'll give him $100. My husband gives him the good review and nothing. Not the first $100 for the referral or the $100 for the review. I know being fresh out of high-school you're still learning, but surely you have to know the difference between a referral and a review. When I told Jake about it he said "no it's just $100 for reference if he gives me a review" ummm how does that make any sense? So we finally received the referral money but still waiting on the review money. Maybe Ford needs to give their salesmen a vocabulary lesson. We are happy with our vehicles, but we'll definitely be avoiding Jake and any other salesmen when we go for our vehicle maintenance.

The worst service. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message NO ONE calls back. I have a recall that needs to be taken care and can t talk to anyone. I d never buy a car from a place I can t get it serviced. Oh well, that s one Ford dealership or company I can exclude when making my next purchase. They finally called back to say that it ll be over a month to schedule the appointment. Jim Click Ford off E 22nd is taking my car in a week. It s ok Holmes Tuttle, there are other options for service and purchase.4/16- *UPDATE*. After going to Jim Click Ford yesterday (4-15) my car is ready the very next day. To the Holmes Tuttle service advisor who told me it d take a weak, I guess you don t know what you were talking about after all. I told you it shouldn t take a week.

We've been looking for a replacement for our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee that's coming off lease at the end of February. But it's been a tough slog. The prices of new cars and lease rates are insane. And to make matters worse, we've never run into so many rude and incompetent sales people as we have in Tucson. One jerk put us off so badly that we'll never again consider a Subaru as long as we live in Tucson. But I'm very happy to report an exception to the general rule. We found Sales Professional Bob Schmidt with Holmes Tuttle Ford through a Costco Auto Program referral. And Bob is the real deal: patient, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It's looking like we may end up just buying out our Jeep lease and hope the new car market isn't as crazy in a year or two. But when we do get ready to do another deal, Bob Schmidt will be the first person we contact.

Friendly staff. Has a great airport terminal vibe. Even a caf I don't need. And clothing I don't need. If only blue dot lights were still a thing

I recently bought a Ford Mustang from Holmes Tuttle Ford, and I'm extremely pleased with both the overall experience and the staff. Chris Claussen from the sales department and Norberto from financial services provided an exceptional service. They were attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I not only left with a fantastic car but also with a great overall experience! Highly recommended :)

Me and my wife went to ford to trade our vehicles and we met Jake . Jake helped us find the right vehicle for us. Jake was very nice and talkative. He was very patient with the wife. Jake said he would give us 100 selling me and my wife new cars. He also said he would give us 100 for a good review. We did not see any attempt to pay us. I know he is young but your word is your bond and that's all a man has.

I've purchased many vehicles before, however watching my brother Chris Claussen in his element selling ME a car was one of the best experiences! He never gave up on me, (even when I was stressing out) not until I was happy with my purchase. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and was willing to go find what I really wanted. Thanks so much Chris you are truly amazing at what you do and also for making it fun. Please go buy a car from Chris, he puts his heart and soul into your needs. A huge shout out to the Holmes Tuttle Team, Dan Hollywood for working with me and Kiko in finance I'm very grateful for all your help. What a Great TEAM!!!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and was very satisfied with the sales person. However the service department at this dealership (other than oil changes) is probably the worst I have ever experienced. They don t answer their phone, don t call back, and when they do answer, they pushed me off to another dealership for diesel work on the 100,000 dollar super duty I purchased from them. I ended up at the Green Valley dealyfor my service. A 49 mile drive! Then, when I went to return my lease vehicle they again are no help. I ended up going to another click dealership. WORST ever service

Can you put 0 stars. Be very careful purchasing a vehicle from this dealership inspect it from all angles and lighting conditions. I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer from here. Car looked amazing inside and out. Outside was beaming like they took extra time to wax and polish. Me and my father both went over the car and found a few very small dents . It was used so it was expected. Once the paperwork was signed and we were headed home I noticed a few more imperfections on the hood. We drove in from out of state so half way back we stopped for some food and I looked over the car again and found a few more small dents . Figured oh well I missed some. Long storie short the next day with the sun low it was apparent the vehicle had hail damage. When the car is clean and polished it's very difficult to see but after a few days and dust settles it is very obvious. The dealer took advantage of this ( likely why it was polished so well and they kept parking it in direct sunlight so the light reflecting covered things up). Prior to me driving out there to buy it I was told the body was in excellent condition with no imperfections. When I told the salesman he said he had no idea it had hail damage. I asked to talk to the dealership manager but he would never call back. Talked to a lawyer and basically there is nothing that can be done. Total cost for me to repair at a PDR place is over 3000 and the headliner of the car has to be removed to get to the roof damage. So that means it will likely never be the same going back in. In the end this dealership is shady. I gave them a year to correct this and have not heard back from anyone so here is their review. Also they do not protect your information. A few days after buying the car I found a copy of someone's driver's license under the seat. Likely someone who test drove it. Stay away, if they did this to me what else are they covering up and selling to you.

Avoid this place! I am AD Military and ordered a vehicle while on deployment that was meant to arrive at this location from Military Auto Source. My pick up date was set for 27 November. Everything was on track and the vehicle actually arrived early, BUT this location kept pushing the date further out stating their system was down. This continued until nearly a full month later turning my pick up date to December 18 despite the vehicle being at the lot since mid November. We only got the vehicle at this time because we stated we could NOT wait any longer. If we had not been showing up constantly I m sure they would ve continued to push the date. With an assignment projected I began getting worried about shipping it to my next duty location in time. A requirement to ship the vehicle is no open recalls. Upon looking the VIN up it had an open recall, I took it in & the day prior to driving to San Diego to ship my vehicle, Tuttle Ford stated my vehicle was unaffected by the recall but did not provide documentation with my VIN number to prove otherwise. They did however provide a Ford Document stating 0 recalls with my make/model. Thinking this was sufficient I proceeded to schedule my vehicle shipment and drove to San Diego where I was told they couldn t ship the vehicle with an outstanding recall. I took my truck to a ford dealership in San Diego who explained there WAS a recall on the vehicle and expedited a software update for us same day. The SD dealership stated they had no idea where Tuttle printed this document and they were incorrect. Unfortunately because of the back and forth we missed our shipment appointment and had to pay for hotels for a weekend to proceed with a new shipment appointment the next week with only 3 days left in the US. Tuttle gave us unnecessary stress & was dismissive & provided incorrect information. If they had just told us there WAS in fact a recall we could have rescheduled our shipment appointment, but instead we drove all the way to San Diego and wasted 3 days I could have been prepping for our move just because we ended up stranded and staying over the weekend. I ended up paying out of pocket for a hotel, getting charged fees for cancelled rental vehicle reservations back in Tucson (thinking I d be back in time) paying & additional fees for a new rental in San Diego because they didn t want to verify a recall. Very inconsiderate and dismissive about concerns.

I ordered and took delivery of a 2023 Bronco Wildtrak through Holmes Tuttle Ford. They were absolutely amazing from Day 1. I worked with Irving for the build, who was the exceptionally knowledgeable on the build and packages. I worked with Gilbert on the sale who was responsive and straight forward. I also worked with Darrin and Mike who rolled out the red carpet for me on delivery. They both were exceptional. I have never worked with a dealership this good. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely awesome experience at Holmes Tuttle ford ! I have had issues dealing with the "luxury" brand guys and the buying experience was terrible. Here I was able to get in and out. I got what I wanted and I was taken care of. The team that helped me in having an awesome experience was Chris Claussen(sales) and Kiko (finance). Highly recommend!

Chris Claussen is amazing at Holmes Tuttle Ford!!!! He was on point to all we needed and more. I came looking for a vehicle for daughter with a lot of Hesitation with having Bad experience at another dealership. But Chris gave us so many options and drove us around to different lots to show us all he had available for us. Not only was he amazing at keeping us comfortable with car shopping he made sure we were okay in all we needed. His services were 100 and more! Thank again for this amazing experience we will definitely be coming back to him in all we need.

My husband and I brought a 2023 Expedition Max in July of last year. It has had a consistent problem that is not being fixed. It is under extended warranty and we use it for business. We once again will have to cancel a business trip and we cannot get a loaner car to drive while our very undependable Expedition is being fixed

We just bought a Ford Edge I pretty good shape. Couldn't be happier. Chris Claussen waited on us. We Seniors are 'another breed'. This young man is such an efficient, polite, understanding sales rep. who treated us as if we were Mom an Dad. He did not give up and found the right car for us in such a considerate and even humorous manner. He sure is in excellent asset!! Thank you, Chris for all you did, for the bow, for the pic....and for sharing your 'candy armory' with us!Roberto and Lupita Heredia.

I had Mike C as my salesman, and he was very professional and helpful. I had just come from a different dealer that I had a bad experience at, I saw the same truck I had wanted here. He explained everything in detail and broke it down for me. Finance manager was great and showing me how everything will work, etc. First time buying and I didn't feel pressured at all. Overall a great experience here and I will be recommending this place to friends and family!

Came in for oil change... which had to wait 2+ weeks for an appointment.Dash alerts had been notifying that one tire needed air... did they take 30 seconds and add air ... NO ! Lazy? Or just what??Radio had been fiddled with..as usual...Typical dealership .. $30 part needed. 15 minutes of work = $170 !See if I ever buy a car from them again. Not loving owning a car this week.

They took care of the recall on our car quickly, gave us a report on other items that need to be addressed in the future and cleaned our car inside and out. All the employees we dealt with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Highly recommend purchasing from this location. Ask for chris. After 12 hours of shopping and looking for the right truck, Chris spend the last 5 hours ensuring I found the right truck for the right price. Out of the 5 other dealerships I went to, Chris made this one the easiest to work with, without the discomforting feeling you get with other car salesmans.

Worst idea I've ever had buying a Ford!! Bought an F150 from here and immediately got a TRANSMISSION LEAK and rust at 1,000 miles. Took it to a different dealer to get fixed. They won't give a loaner for warranty work even if you purchased the highest warranty offered and they quoted 2 months to fix. They said the rust is normal for a brand new vehicle and won't do anything.Go to pick up the vehicle and immediately noticed they had crashed it into something while they had it at the shop and didn't tell me about it!Don't buy a junk vehicle from Ford!

I am extremely disappointed on this sales team. I went in, February of 2023 to look at a truck. After looking at a few truck with the sales person we finally found a truck that fit all of my needs. it even had a bed cover!! How crazy is that?? I mentioned it to the sales person and he said that it was a great deal. Since the truck was a brand new trade in, it still needed to go through their inspection so i wasnt able to take the truck home that day. About 3 days later i get a call to let me know that the truck is ready for pick up! I show up, ready to sign everything and when the truck is brought out, i notice that the bed cover it had when they showed me truck was gone. I mention it to the sales person, but of course since the sale is over, no one has time for me anymore. I mention is to the finance person and they tell me to ask my sales person. I then ask my sales person who says they ask the shop guys. ANYWAY!!! it is now 10/31/23 and i still have not received a call or message regarding this. I agreed to the truck with the bed cover as it was shown to me. When will this be made right?????
