Had to schedule a week out but they stuck to their word of getting my drive shaft done on my 36ft rv same day. Very reasonable price and quick service! Would recommend to anyone

Repair service is excellent, but the secretary and the owner lack manners. She was rude and he was dismissive and chose not to speak to me after I asked for that. They do have good mechanics that do good work hence the 3 stars.

Locally owned, respectable, trustworthy shop. Been bringing my vehicles here for roughly 20 years. Prices are competitive, but more importantly no shady business. Definitely would recommend.

my friend has had his car repaired there a few times. has always got it back that same day at a very good price. they seem like honest people who do not try to add to the bill and perform the required work to complete the repair. the employees are always friendly and it seems like a good company i highly recommend them for your next auto repair. there is never any surprise billing at the end.

My range of experience has been as obnoxious as them failing to fix my taillights, but also as surprisingly good and efficient as taking my car through emissions for me. Ultimately they do good work, despite having a long wait.

Loved being here,very first time the counter help was amazing and so friendly,great conversation,and the service was even more helpful and gave the best advice for a replacement part for safety reasons,thank you to the couple at this shop and their fur babies

I have an 11 year old car, I thought the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I took it to these guys, they determined I didn't even need a new belt, that it just needed to be adjusted, which they did, at NO CHARGE! Who does that in todays world? I figured I would have been charged at least the basic hourly rate, even if it only took 10 minutes. That little bit of good will went a long way with me, if and when I have any mechanical problem in the future, these are my go to guys! Thanks very much.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had to have my truck go through emissions. My trucks tags were due the following day. John, the owner fixed what was needed even though they were full of appointments. Very polite, courteous and very honest! I would definitely recommend this shop. They know what they are doing. I will be going back for sure!!

I have been going to Highway drive for over 15 years. Not only are they honest, quick, and fair on their pricing, every single person (6 people now) that I have recommended them to, has been very happy with them as well. I am competent when it comes to working on cars and have been using them since I just don't have the time to do my own work anymore. They have never been dishonest or tried to overcharge me. Very, very happy I found them.

We've been taking our vehicles to Highway Drive Repair Service for several year now. Over the course of those years they have done a stellar job of fixing what needed fixing, replacing, and all done with very, very reasonable repair rates. The staff are great, the service is fantastic and the wait times are minimal for many repairs, but if it will be longer, they call you to tell you the wait time and the probable cost before they do the work, so no surprises when you pick up the car, unlike the other places! Despite the steady flow of car repair customers, the wait times are less than most other places I've taken my cars to. I tip my hat to this car repair business for doing such a great job with all my cars and its always a pleasure to talk to the staff there. I will never, ever take any of my cars to another repair shop. To the staff: thank you and God bless you!

Motor mount replacement on Smart car quoted $850 by dealer; $497 here. No advertising-strictly word of mouth. Quality work my for five years and several vehicle experience. Reservations are needed 3-5 days in advance. If they supplied transportation it would be the perfect shop but I expect the fact that they don't provide frills contributes to the value.

Today they charged me $100 less than what they quoted. Last time I brought a car in they told me that they found the parts cheaper and lowered the price. I moved across town, but it is worth the trip to get a good and honest mechanic.

Extremely trustworthy and not expensive. This mechanic shop is a keeper. We come from clear across town for their services. We have tried other places over the years but nothing beats Highway Drive for quality and fairness.

Family owned and operated! Great prices! Quick service!! Plus Bobby did an AMAZING job on the custom ice cold air conditioner!! When something doesn't work the first time, they find a way!

Honest, fair price, and their always busy. Family owned, as a matter of fact the owner is usually the one who works on your vehicle or at minimum has a hand in it. I think this guy was born with a wrench in his hand. His father owned the shop before he took it over. Just a good hard working honest guy, and be nice to the lady behind the desk it's his wife. If I had her job I'd pull my hair out, if I had any!

This shop was recommended to align my Corvair. I had been to another shop that was good, but on recommendations I went to this one. VERY BIG disappointment! I paid for an alignment and received ? After I paid I drove it around the area and came back to address the problems. The polite receptionist told me the tech that did the work was not there and after she went back to get someone else-she came back with the recommendations to let the "bushings break-in" , bring it back if not driving well(as I was doing then-it should leave driving well) also no warranty provided. Perhaps wrong tech did the job? Likely they aligned to wrong vehicle specs? Days later when I went to the original shop I had gone to they had to realign-specs not even close to what the manual calls for and shim because one of the springs was hitting the upper a-arm . None the less, the lack of empathy or owning up to the fact that they may have made a mistake bothers me. Why would you take your car back to someone who didn't do it right in the first place or thought it was not important enough to have someone follow up on it after you identified problems????? Good Luck if you get an alignment here.

Really good ppl i drive 18 Wheelers my ac went out few hundred miles back on a Friday Saturday morning i replaced my compressor myself but needed it vac n charged. Called these guys was able to get the truck vac n charged within 40 min of arrival. Even tho they don t really do big trucks was awesome they helped me out and price was very fair. Most ppl see an 18 Wheeler and see dollar signs. But they was very fair. I m very thankful especially since it was Saturday morning!!!!!!

Reliable team of mechanics and staff that are easy, quick and affordable to deal with. My car did experience some troubles after leaving the shop, but were easy and friendly to help offer their support and expertise

Love this place it is a hidden Tucson auto place to go. I have never been to a more honest auto place ever. AAA Auto repair wanted to charge me $900 for new struts on the front of my car. And I took it to highway drive auto repair for a second opinion and they found that I did not need new struts.

With two older vehicles, repairs become an important consideration. The group at Highway repair have always been polite and professional. Repairs always seem very reasonably priced. That combination is so rare. Five big stars out of five.

I was concerned going in as there wasn't much room for my RV to park. It was also not clean, really messy looking. However, the mechanic did inspect my brakes but outside. There was no room inside.
