When I say words can t describe how PHENOMENAL this place is, I truly mean no words in any language! Not only are they honest (biggie in the auto world!) dedicated & reliable they are genuinely kind, compassionate & attentive. They care more about the people than the profit; that s a rare business demeanor in todays society. When you bring your vehicle to Happy car care, you receive more than just a service, you receive compassionate attention, gratitude & supportive service. If you want a genuinely honest mechanic shop who isn t going to scam you for more, Happy car care is your go to place. To boot, you re not treated like a customer, you re treated like a person... I can t remember the last auto shop I wasn t treated as a walking dollar bill sign. I wouldn t recommend any other mechanic in Tucson, no matter how far they are from you!!

The head mechanic Rene and all of the staff I spoke to (Robin, Kelly, and George) were both knowledgeable and kind spoken. They perform quality and expedient work while keeping the customer informed with their easy to read diagnostic information that they send and by taking the time to answer all questions. I am happy with the work that was done on my vehicle.

I'm not gonna lie, at first, my relationship with this car company was a little rocky. That being said, things happen, we are human, and Rene seemed (and is) really genuine. The highlights are 1) they actually care about your car and will be upfront with what it needs and when it needs to be done. 2) They will work within your budget. I went there for some work I knew I needed done last week, and turns out I needed more than expected. Robin gave me a call and informed me that her and Rene were able to discount some of the parts, and we can do a payment plan for the rest. 3) The staff is incredibly kind and most of all interested in their clients.

This place is amazing they helped me out when I was at my lowest they understand. That as a parent of a special needs child that we need to have our vehicle in tip top shape . . . To get to and from apts. being a female they do not do the typical.Try to charge them more because they have no clue . . Great place will recommend 10:out of 10 for sure!!!

We dropped off our vehicle for repairs turns out we had some issues with our timing and possibly our transmission the repairs for the timing had to be corrected before they were able to diagnose the transmission we got the repairs done and the car was driving fine for a few days but started to not want to go in drive but we brought it back to diagnose the transmission turns out transmission is going out and it being the holidays they weren t able to look at it right away but have already started the process of finding and getting the right transmission ordered all in all it s been a good experience they have been on top of every detail and transparent through every detail 5 star service indeed

My experience at Happy Car Care was very refreshing and not stressful at all. They were very kind and so happy to help in anyway they could. I m 9 months pregnant and they were very accommodating, and they had no problem giving me a ride home while I waiting for my vehicle to be ready. Listened very careful and corrected everything we needed done. I m very pleased and would highly recommend them for all your car care needs.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Had a awsome experience I took my work truck for rear breaks there were able to get me in same day after moving a few things around for I also have a plumbing business and they made to were I didnt have to reschedule any of my jobs and made you feel comfortable thank you all for doing a great job .

What can I say about happy Car Care except "What A Wonderful car care experience I ever had! The master mechanic is almost seems to be true! He is definitely a godsend! The owner, the secretary kelly, and the master mechanic make the perfect mix for a perfect car care company! I'm not exaggerating when I say please take your vehicle to this car care company! Affordable prices, they know what they're doing. Your number one to them your vehicle's number one to them and that's taking care of you and your vehicle and they do it perfectly! The Master Mechanic is so experienced he knows what he's doing and all the 40 years that I've been alive I've never met such a great mechanic in my life! Happy Car Care staff strives to make sure your vehicle is running right and you get back on the road as quickly as possible. They offer great a great financing program as well as three year long warranties for parts! They also put in extra time and money for a special program for moms to make sure that these warranties go on for years! If that's not going above and beyond for a customer I don't what is! They're located on 29th Street just east of Swan. Just look for the happy Car care sign you can't miss it!!

I had an excellent experience here! I was having car troubles and Happy Car Care took care of everything. I had my car towed to the shop (by a towing company that they recommended!) and Renee and Nat were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything that was wrong with my car in terms that I understood and were extremely efficient with their work. Nat is an incredible person with an amazing story. Renee is so knowledgeable and even called after the fact to check up on how my car was running. I can t recommend this shop enough. We recently experienced problems with smelling gas fumes surrounding our car whenever we filled the tank. Our car in quite old but we are attached to it and wanted to see what was wrong. We were referred to Happy Care Care. My husband took the car to their shop, spoke with Rene and ended up leaving the car for a thorough inspection and estimate. We needed to replace the gas tank. In speaking with Rene, my husband chose between a used gas tank or a new one and Rene explained the cost difference. My husband who many times in the past had replaced parts on our vehicles with used parts he bought from car recycle stores, agreed to purchase. We picked up our car within three days and are very happy with it and especially with Rene and his team of workers. We highly recommend Happy Car Care to anyone who needs repair, maintenance or a replacement gas tank to contact Rene.

I really wanted to like this shop since it looks like a small business, locally owned, and generally, I try to support that kind of thing, but unfortunately, doing business with this shop was far from ideal.I went in for installation of an ignition interlock device. When we dropped off the car, everything went smoothly, and the service was performed in a timely manner. However, when we came back the next day, we arrived to witness one of the staff(?) removing boxes of fruit from our vehicle. I guess I didn't really mind so much since they cleaned up afterward, but it still doesn't seem very professional since this is my private vehicle. Then, when we got in the car to leave, I noticed items missing from my vehicle. When I asked the owner/managers if maybe they got misplaced, the rep who worked on my car had left, so I was told if they couldn't find the items, I could get reimbursed. Although an acceptable solution, it was definitely an extra task that 1) shouldn't have been an issue in the first place and 2) I wasn't really in a position to tackle during that time (holiday season, among other stressors).Eventually, I repurchased the items. I was under the impression I had to come into the shop for my reimbursement, which is inconvenient for me since both me and my boyfriend work during their hours of operation and it's a 10-mi round-trip. Fortunately, when I called to get reimbursement, though I was initially informed the two managers who handle accounts were out so I'd have to wait until they came back in, the overseeing rep/lead that day was able to work it out so he could just Venmo me the reimbursement. Although he was extremely courteous and friendly, and I was appreciative, even this reimbursement transaction had issues--I provided the invoices for the items, one of the items I even omitted tax on because I'd purchased another item on the same invoice and wanted to make things easy. But then the rep miscalculated the total and shorted me $0.01. I don't care about the penny, really--I was just bummed that even this couldn't go smoothly.I don't doubt they've done lots of great work for other people--I just happened to have a very poor experience and thus will not likely revisit.

It s very scary to try and find a legitimate, honest and local mechanic. I ve been burned many times in Tucson. This shop will forever have my business. I trust them with my sons car and my mothers car. They take to time to explain what, why and how. Excellent prices and communication skills that are hard to find in this industry. Get your car fixed here. The service here was amazing. Renee is very honest and helpful. As a female I would recommend going here, he was completely honest with his work and price. Had my serpentine belt in my oil changed. They went out of their way and took me home came and picked me up brought me back to my vehicle and halfway home I noticed but they had going above and beyond and clean the inside of my car that was such a mess. I'm so grateful and thankful for the staff at happy car Care I will be going to them for all my needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took our car here for oil change, and gear skipping. The oil was changed but they didn't fix the gear skipping, they also re-did some wiring (not sure why) but after this the infotainment system stopped working, took it back to get that fixed... the car was returned missing a pair of glasses, and the radio still doesn't work. Oh and the gears skipping was never fixed either. Would not recomend.

Rene and his employees are so thorough and so friendly. My car was making weird noises and they got it fixed very quickly; explained everything to me. I definitely trust this shop more so than any I've ever gone to. I love this place!I know I am not the only woman who was seeking an HONEST & FAIR auto repair shop. HERE IT IS LADIES!Rene, the co-owner takes the time to show & explain the problem(s) in way that any non-mechanical person can understand. They stand behind their work & even follow up to make sure all is ok.I'm totally impressed with their integrity & I will be taking my car there, (only there), from now on.Everyone there is so accomodating & helpful.Did I mention what excellent mechanics they were? The owners of this business feel that it is okay to completely cutoff 50+ cars, that have been waiting over an hour in line, to get what they want quicker! Obviously they must feel that they are more important than others. Probably shouldn t have your business information posted on your vehicle while showing off your privilege. Not my idea of an honest local business!

I needed a part replaced on my car so I called and got a quote which was $90-$110 less expensive than other places. They got me in right away. Rene and Webster were super friendly and honest. I definitely recommend this shop!

I loved my experience at this place Renea called me several times to let me know what was going on with my truck and the check engine light the diagnosis was free of charge he saved me quite a bit of money he had Richard dropped me off at my house and pick me up when my truck was done, I will definitely be using this place again! My ac stopped working and I needed it fix right away. They had me in within an hour of calling and they fixed my problem in 90 minutes. Pretty reasonably priced too.
