Hands down the best auto oil change/maintenance in Tucson. Staff is sincere and cheerful. Fast, efficient and honest. Don t push services on you and try to sell you something you don t need. You are in and out in a flash. Good old fashion great service. Make sure you go to the Golf Links and Kolb location!

I love this place. The workers are so down to earth and funny. The customer service is 100% the best. You don't have to wait hours and hours. They get you in and out. They address any questions and concerns you may have at any time as well.

I used to take my V8 Silverado here. Somehow my 4 cylinder also takes 6 quarts. I also verbally told them that I have a low tire. Of course they said they would check it, and they marked on the paperwork that they checked it. Nope. I expect bad service from lube joints done in a jiffy but this was bad

Went down for a simple oil change and and to get my headlights detailed. My headlights look almost brand new on this old car now. The staff was fun, polite, highly skilled and got straight to business. I was outta there in under an hour and it was very reasonably priced.I highly recommend this business, they made my day! The ladies/ gents that work here always greet you with a smile and deliver 100% customer satisfaction. They never push for unnecessary services and are very knowledgeable in explaining anything that pertains to your vehicle. Couldn't be happier

Deanna was wonderful! They fixed up my car, and I was out of there in no more than 20 minutes! The staff (especially Deanna!) were super kind and helpful and understanding. Overpriced. $120-$140+ for a small car oil change..three of our cars now. There s just no way. Way over charging for routine maintenance. And charging for extra oil over 5 qts when the vehicle only take 4.6qts total okay sure! I ll be doing my own oil changes now. Never coming back.

Efficient, friendly service. I got an oil change, a transmission fluid change, and a differential fluid change and they were done in around an hour. Sure you could probably find a cheaper oil change, but these folks always do the job right. Way over priced for an oil change. Charged me nearly 3X what the last shop did to do my truck and just about 2.5X what they quoted me on the phone. Staff was friendly, they had availability, and they do check all fluids etc, but this is not a place to take any diesel pickup.

If this could be a negative it would be. Last visit they damaged my vehicle to the tune of over 2000 of body damage by scraping and then backing up and scraping more. Then they denied any responsibility and said it "came in like that" which was completely untrue. It's been reported to my insurance who is hopefully taking action in recovering my costs for repairs, since the employees or possibly management at the time was completely unhelpful and denied any liability. A routine oil change shouldn't end up in that kind of damage, and it's unacceptable that whichever employee caused the damage just couldn't take responsibility.

Came in for an oil change but with no appointment. They were able to get me in but took about 2 hours before my car was ready. But pricing was great but make sure to check there website for any coupons cause that saved me like 25$ . But friendly front desk staff.

Today the Grease Monkey came to the rescue!! I ve been changing the oil in my vehicles since the mid 70 s. Today I was changing the oil for the first time on my daughters 2019 Toyota Highlander. I drained the oil as normal but when it came time to try and remove the filter housing it was stuck really bad! I snapped off my filter wrench and didn t have a backup. So, I filled it with fresh oil and called Billy at the Grease Monkey to ask if he could get the filter housing off. He said bring it on down and we ll try. Not only did he make quick work of it but he installed a new filter and would not accept any money for it!! So, if you are looking to find an honest oil change facility, I would recommend Grease Moket on Golflinks and Kolb Rd. Thanks, Billy, for saving me today!!

Usually go to grease monkey, last time I went I was charged $149.00 for an oil change, and I brought my own filters. Just a reminder to go to brakemasters they are fast quick, and do not overcharge you

Needed an oil change that is usually covered by Ford lifetime oil change. Oil life was down to 1%, and dealer could not service my truck for at least two weeks. Step in Grease Monkey crew @ Golf Links and Kolb. Popped in the truck, oil changed, no fuss, and super fast. Excellent service, super friendly, and offered a military discount. Wow! These guys are incredible. They got my car and my husbands truck in lightning fast. Did both of our vehicle oil changes in about an hour while we waited in their cool air Conditioned waiting area. Super friendly guys and outstanding customer service. 100% trust worthy. Go here, you won't regret it. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Brought in Audi Q5Nicest people, excellent service.Used mobil1 European synthetic oil.Tech to front counter attentive and nice.I'd pay $30 extra to not deal with skeevy people like place that rhymes with spiffy tube.Very happy.

They were quick Efficient but I do not like getting out of my vehicle. Which is something new with them now? They have to pull in Your vehicle nowI Do conventional oil only, And now you got a sign of paper stating that is not recommended anything newer than a 2010 to not hold them Responsible if anything happens to your vehicle using conventional oil. I guess it's time to find another oil place.
