They towed my car after 11pm on Aug 11. They didn't get to the yard till after midnight. which would have been the 12th. But they charged me for a whole day of storage for the 11th. If they run there tire shop like they do their towing business beware. taking advantage of people in a bad situation. Their location should clue you in, miracle mile need I say more. Stay away from this business.

I bought for SUV tires from them. When one of the valve stems went bad 4 months later they charged me for replacement. Hey, maybe they're nicer to people that are not white women.

I usually go to R&G on Flowing Wells, but I got a rude reception this time so I got back in my car and came to Granados, super nice, efficient and cost as quoted on phone. Will be coming back with the Burb and Jaguar when I need anything tire related from now on. Thanks guys.

Go to get a tire I got out to work late show up 10 minutes before they close to get a tire and he said he couldn t do it In 10 minutes because he was closing so won t be spending my money here they just lost my business that s not how businesses run and 10 minutes is long enough

Went there to have my tire service and before I know it my phone was stolen and they're saying that they didn't see it in this and that but they answered my phone and I never got it back so I had to go and buy a brand new phone so I wouldn't recommend these people for nothing
