I recently had to take my vehicle in for repairs and Jen and her team were amazing!! Their customer service cannot be beat. Jen took care of staying on top of my insurance company to get things done in a timely manner and the work on my car was excellent. I was extremely pleased with the process and really appreciated the continued follow up text messages I received throughout the process to let me know how everything was going. Thank you to this whole team for making an uncomfortable situation more bearable!!!

I recently had to take my car in for repairs and had the best experience with Goldie's. Jenn is incredibly responsive, kept me informed every step of the way and helped me advocate for myself with my insurance company. She gave accurate timelines throughout the whole process and once they had all the necessary parts to complete my repair the team had my car ready for pickup within a few days. I would absolutely go back and will be recommending them to everyone!

Goldies Paint and Body is amazing. They have handled multiple claims for me and the quality of work is impeccable. Each time I pick up my vehicle it s as if it just left the showroom floor, with the paint and body in pristine condition.Jenn specifically is great to work with. She provides timely updates and has addressed any concerns I ve had, letting me know the process ahead of time and setting clear expectations. She is excellent at making sure that the applicable insurance coverage covers the necessary repairs. She does not settle for the insurance companies approving only mediocre or cost-cutting repairs; instead she advocates for you and your vehicle to make sure that the proper services and repairs are approved.I have and will continue to refer Goldies to everyone I know because I can of their excellent work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you Jennifer and the rest of the Goldie's!! They fixed my car after a hit and run here in Tucson and the work is flawless it look's amazing. These folk's are even going to fix in the near future some paint work that a different paint shop had messed up in the past. I live in Sierra Vista for years and I heard good thing's about Goldies way down there.Thank you from the bottom of heart please keep up the excellent work!!

Just had our 1977 Chevy painted & new window replacement. The color match was EXACT.The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful & went above & beyond.My husband & I recommend Goldies for any & all paint & body repair & services needed.We will continue to use Goldies in the future for all our vehicles, 5th wheel etc.

Goldies did an outstanding job repairing our vehicle after avoiding a deer and damaging the entire passenger side. Jennifer helped with all the insurance work which made experience even better - she also promised the car would be perfect for my wife and it was. The body and paint look beautiful and the overall service and experience just as good. This shop has been amazing! Jennifer in the office was amazing with her communication and helped with some of the insurance stuff when they were giving me a hard time. They had my car for a little while but it was also during the holidays so that is okay. I got it back and it looks amazing! They cleaned the inside for me as well and the paint job and body work looks great! You cant even tell something happened to it! Thank you guys so much! I really cannot say enough about how superb my experience was. The Goldies team's work was excellent and the pricing was amazing, which I appreciated since I was not running this repair through my insurance. Jennifer was truly amazing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Such good customer service and attention to detail is rare these days. Goldies painted my 2005 Silverado HD2500 and it looks better than when it was new. I have had the truck since summer of 05 and it has never looked this good. They exceeded my expectations. They refreshed my bedliner, polished and cleared my headlights, and detailed the interior prior to me picking it up. The quality of the work is amazing. They kept me up to date while the work was happening with updates and photos. I could not be happier.Service: Painting

Goldie s is absolutely the best! They have done some paint work for me in the past on two vehicles and in those instances went above and beyond. More recently I was in an scandal my car was totaled. My insurance company dragged their feet and didn t communicate well at all, but Jenn at Goldie s kept me updated the entire time and even pushed for my claim to be settled sooner than what my insurance was planning for. Having my car totaled out was stressful and my insurance company wasn t very helpful at all, but Goldie s really did save the day with their customer service. I can t recommend them enough!! They do excellent body work and will always give you an honest assessment!Service: Painting

Where do I start? Goldies is now my go-to auto shop. I can honestly say that I left the shop completely satisfied. The workers were very efficient and my vehicle looks exactly how I first purchased it. Jennifer is by far the nicest person I ve met as she kept me up-to-date on my vehicle via text and phone call. She will also be assisting me with future repairs that another auto shop caused. I definitely recommend Goldies.Service: Painting

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Goldie s and their main point of contact Jenn. She is truly a gem and goes above and beyond with communication using call, text, and email; to me and the insurance company! They found additional damage to my vehicle and set up the supplement estimate immediately and made sure the insurance adjuster paid for more days for a rental. This kind of customer service makes you feel well taken care of in such a rough time. I would recommend to all, they also got me in super quick and I ve heard about people waiting months for their repairs. I m so happy to have my car back looking better than before the damages. Overall excellent. They also did another estimate for another part of my vehicle and explained it thoroughly and different options. Needed collision work on my BMW. The dealership recommended Goldie's. Received estimates from two other shops and Goldie's came in with the best price. The work and paint was excellent - you would never know any repair work had been done. Very professional and easy to work with. We were referred to Goldie s after our truck was backed into in a parking lot. Jenn is absolutely amazing and we couldn t be more pleased with the quality of work in a timely manner!! We had such a great experience that we brought our new car in to get some custom paint work done and again so extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend the Goldie s experience! Goldies did an AMAZING job on my sons car after a mishap with a deer. Extremely professional and honest. They don t work for the insurance company which was one of the reasons we chose to do business there. They made sure that ALL of the repairs were done correctly using only factory parts! I definitely felt like they were in my corner making sure that it got fixed the right way and with the right parts, despite the insurance company trying to get them to use aftermarket or used parts.Hopefully we never need their service s again but if we ever do Goldies will be the only place I use and refer to my friends! I am incredibly impressed with Goldies. Jenn/Goldies did an exceptional job getting me back on the road after my car was rear-ended. Jenn coordinated every detail with my insurance company, ordered the proper certified parts - some of which came from Germany and took a while (not an issue with Goldies, but the manufacturer), all while keeping me updated on the progress (almost daily). I added some front bumper work too, which was flawless. I no longer scrape curbs underneath! Amazing experience!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

I walked into Goldies without an appt and asked for an estimate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She was upfront, honest, and far more thorough than my prior estimate. Even though it was our first meeting, I left feeling assured that my car would be in the best hands with Goldies. Excellent customer service!

Goldies Paint and Body repaired my Subaru after an unfortunate animal encounter while visiting near Tucson. These guys are more than awesome and I can't recommend them enough!My vehicle was restored to optimal condition, and returned to me quickly. Goldies Paint & Body are the best in Tucson. They take care of your vehicle like it was their own. I have had many cars including some exotic sports cars and been involved with several car clubs. We always use Goldies for any repairs needed on our "babies". They are true professionals, will work with your insurance company and keep you updated on the progress. My Lexus was just repaired by Goldies and it looked perfect when I picked it up, was clean and a pleasure to drive it home again! They were fantastic to work with to fix our moonroof that wouldn't close. Contacted via their website email. Jennifer was quick to respond every time I sent messages. She was great and lots of help - as I live out of state and my son going to school there. They arranged everything to get our moonroof fixed in a quick manner at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them from the interactions I had with them. Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing people and body shop. Jennifer and team are a rare breed in today s world. Goldies does exceptional work while standing by their word. They repaired my Jeep Wrangler like it s their own and treated my daughter and I like royalty through the process. As my daughter stated many times to me - Jennifer is incredible and is truly an angel on earth. Crazy if you don t use Goldies for your auto body repairs.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I was referred to Goldie's by a college friend when he found out my car had been the victim of a hit and run in the parking lot of a mall. I began the process of getting repairs done through Progressive, who asked where I'd like to take the car, and because of the referral, I said I'd have Goldie's do the job. When I dropped the car off on the 4th of January, I was met by Jenn, who was expecting me - she couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and all around nice. I then met Jeremy, who is the owner, and he too was just like Jenn - which put my mind and heart at ease. The work they did turned out fantastic - it looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this body shop - they're fair, insanely nice, and always keep you in the loop about where the car is in the repair process. As I told Jenn when I was leaving after picking the car up on the 14th, it's always nice to see you, but I hope I never have to see them again. However, if I do, I won't have any concerns whatsoever about how well things will turn out. A million thanks isn't enough for Goldie's and the team there - keep up the fantastic work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys repainted the front bumper of my 2013 BMW 3 series and it turned out perfect! I bought the car used about 2 years ago and unbeknownst to me the paint on the front bumper wasn't original and the paint job was poorly done. After owning the car for about a year the clear coat started peeling away from the base coat in spots where I had rock chips. I was recommended to Goldies twice by two independent shops and they gave me a very reasonable estimate and the bumper looks great! My car is Estoril Blue II which is difficult to match but they did a perfect job! They even polished and waxed the paint before giving it back to me! Couldn't recommend them any higher!

I have had Goldies Paint and Body work on 3 of my vehicles and I am always impressed with the work that they do. Great staff and great workmanship. Couldn t ask for a better repair facility. They have earned my business for life.

I was looking for a place to handle an issue I had with my new car and I came across Goldies from a coworker. I had a mishap with removing a dealer decal from the back of my 2016 Ford Fusion and wasn't very pleased having a wounded car that was barely 2 and a half weeks old. They were absolutely incredible and gave me the truth about my options. I had feared that its might have cost several hundred dollars to fix, but it turned out to be a very small job the was done in around 30 minutes. They have a great attitude and desire to help you out. I would easily recommend this shop to anyone look for some body repair or custom work.
