Bob and his staff made the windshield replacement a breeze. Some shop makenit your job to file a claim but this shop walks you thru the entire process. A+++

I highly recommend this shop! They were able to get me in for an auto repair the next day, gave me a quote on the phone that was exactly what I ended up paying, did quick and quality work, and everyone was helpful and knowledgable.

Due to the wonderful rains we have received we also received a broken window. Not a huge deal at the time, could have been worse. My husband contacted glass doctor on July 21st, and they came right out gave us an estimate and wanted 50% down before the install, great! Let's get it done! A week and a half went by no word, I called and they said the glass pane is coming in the next day and they will get someone out to install that week, so I took the afternoon off of work to wait for the installer who took out the whole window, walked it to his truck and, called the company and then stated the new pane is the wrong size. Super nice, friendly, respectful installer, who was very apologetic. I thought the company would call and apologize and let us know what we can expect moving forward. NOPE! I called a couple of days later and asked, they stated they will look into it and call me back. NO CALL! My husband then called the next day and spoke with the owner who stated he is going to get on this and call us right back so we can get the window replaced. As of August 10th, no call back, no professional courtesy updates, nothing, and they still have our 50% of the cost. Hopefully we will be able to amend this review in the future, but as of right now, we would not recommend the glass doctor.

I recommend THE GLASS DOCTOR to anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement. I took my 2018 Nissan maxima and They have earned my trust, and I wouldn t hesitate to return for any future needs. Thank you Bob for your outstanding service and for making my car look and feel brand new again!

I contacted Glass Doctor on my auto shop's recommendation, and they really came through. They quoted a very reasonable price for my windshield replacement, came to my home and completed the work within 30 minutes. The rep was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend these folks. Totally worth it.

Very unprofessional. Was supposed to have somebody come for an estimate between 10 and 12. Nobody showed up. Nobody answers the phone. What's up with all these companies? Do we have to beg them to take our money? Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company if you need some work done on your windows.

I paid the 25$ to have the estimator come to my house. He was late with no phone call. I called and left a message wondering if he was going to be able to make it. He did arrive. Fine. I waited almost a week for the estimate. Too late. I needed to get my patio door fixed asap. Plus the other company was able to get glass quicker so basically I paid for nothing. Good luck.

I had a broken bedroom window the month I was supposed to move out. Getting it fixed in time was especially important. I submitted a request for a quote online by email. They called me back the next day and I set up an appointment for the estimate and he went out of his way to make it on the day I was available. Even though a cracked window is super expensive (first time, who knew!), they were cheaper and shorter estimated order time than another company I got a quote from so I went with them. Paid the 50% deposit and waited. It was order within the time they said it would take. The installation itself was so quick! Everyone was nice and professional. They actually answered the phone which is rare these days. I would use them again.

Our experience was awesome. They came out right a way and measured and gave us an estimate. In less then a week we had new glass put in professionally and it was an easy and quick. The initial person and window installer and the office contact were great. Very satisfied!!!!

They came quickly to take measurements for a window I wanted replaced. Was told Ashley would contact shortly with an estimate. Over next couple days .Nothing. I call the office twice no answer and leave message nothing. Text the person who took the measurements he gets back says Ashley is busy but in 45 mins he ll be in office and have her get me an estimate. Nothing last attempt, I call and get Ashley she says she is running errands but when she gets back will call me with the estimate .. and then nothing. They started strong but then seemed uninterested in my business. Disappointing, I as a customer shouldn t be chasing them to give them my money. Calling someone else.

Gilbert, one of the owners, came out to give me the estimate on Saturday, and 3 days later they were able to squeeze my smaller job in and begin installation of our new concrete floors. We are very excited and so pleased with their pricing and customer service. All the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, and the product samples in the showroom look beautiful. Alicia

Great service and the tech that did my windshields (one was broke and replaced and the other a repair for a small crack) so fast but did quality work was so professional. In fact from Ashley in the office to the tech that did the work, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness to the professionalism. This is one impressive company and I highly recommend!

Needed a bedroom window fixed quickly. They were professional, responsive and very affordable. Great experience. I have a couple of rentals and thankfully have found my new Go To company for any window work.

Had to constantly check on my order. Was told I would have an estimate the following day. Took 2 weeks for me to find out what it would cost. Then paid 50% up front for the order to be placed and then after calling them for the 3rd time to check on install they gave me a date. Not once did they call me with updates.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. I scheduled for an appointment with them to give me a quote on a shower door and not only did they not show up for the appointment, nobody called me for a heads up that they were not going to make it. I called them twice that day and they never got back to me until I had to call them again and reschedule for the next day. Next day comes and the same thing happens, no one showed up, called multiple times until I guess the owner answered and said he would come straight to my house to do the measuring. He did show up and measure but I was told I would get a quote the next day. Its been over a week and I still haven t received a quote, even after I called multiple times to receive my quotes and still nothing. They never once called me back for anything, I was always the one doing the calling to demand answers. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I was very impressed and satisfied.In the past, there had always been an issue with getting the rear-view mirror attached, but not this time. They even remembered to return the little sticker that says when I need my next oil change.

Even for a small job, management was very attentive to customer needs and questions. Job very well done, and the manager was present to ensure customer satisfaction. Phone calls were answered personally and schedules were met. As more of my windows age I will engage this company again. A relatively rare case of excellent service.

Called to get a quote on glass replacement. Came out same day to take measurements. Three weeks later I can't even get a price for the glass our get someone to answer the phone. Not even worth the call.

I called on September 29 to make an appointment not have my window in my house fixed. Was told they could have a technician out next day ( Thursday)between 9am and 1pm 2:00 hit no one showed an hour later found out the scheduled me for the following week. Told me couldn t fit me in till Monday guaranteed me some one would be out between 9am and 11am no one showed and now I can t get a hold of them to figure out what s going on. Not a Reliable Company.

Requested a quote online for a sliding glass door stationary pane replacement. I received an email to request a time window for them to come measure. After I requested, I got no confirmation. The day of, come the end of the window I hadn t heard anything. I called the office and the girl said she would call the technician and call me back. She called back and said he was running behind but he would be here. The guy got there finally and did the measurements, and took off. Two days later I still didn t have a quote so I called. Girl wasn t in the office but said she would call me back. After not receiving a call, I called again that afternoon and she told me that the tech never gave the measurements for the quote. She apologized and said she would get them and then call me back on Monday. Come Monday I got no call and called the office. Got a machine and left a message. Call back later that afternoon and the phone forwarded to the emergency line cell phone. Left another message. 48 hours later still no calls. So they ve lost my business. I wound up calling another local company who was able to give me a phone quote based on my rough measurements, and same day have a technician come out and get exact measurements.

I called to get quote on home window replacement and they were very nice, then I tried to book it, they told me they would check if they could do it the same day and call me back. I didn't call any other places as I waited and waited and waited never heard back so by that time to late to get someone else out today. Tenants now have to go all weekend without a window, Bad customer service and follow up, guess it wasn't a big enough order??

Glass Doctor installed a large size glass at my business. The first time it had a small Crack which turned to a large one all the way across the glass door.They were very professional about it, and ordered me a new one and installed it at no charge.I highly recommend Glass Doctor.

I had a broken window from a tenants mishap and Glass Doctor of Tucson was quick to assess the damage, very courteous, and got it repaired in a timely manner even with the holiday rush. I would definitely use them again.

Glass Doctor did excellent work in replacing my windshield! A little over a week later, another rock hit and cracked my brand new windshield. Bob was super nice and came to my house to fix the crack for free. It was last minute and he went out of his way to get it done for me. Amazing service and would recommend to anyone!
