No words can truly describe the amount of detail they put into your car. I brought my classic back to get a whole new dash, instrument cluster, and reseal the ductwork..... amazing is an understatement. Jonathan and his team went the extra mile to bring my vision to life. I explained what I envisioned, they listened, acquired all the right parts, and did a flawless job on the installation.While there, I also needed my engine tuned just slightly, and they had my baby running better than she's ever ran before.Friendly Automotive will have my business for life.Great work guys!!!!

They were FANTASTIC, I was driving up to Phoenix and my car overheated in Marana from a bad radiator fan. They ran a correct diagnosis. CAT (I believe was her name) greeted me and was so nice! BLUE mainly helped me out and was great with explaining exactly what went wrong with my car. Nicest people ever working there. They even had someone drop me off at the Hotel. Blue told me that he knew my checkout time at my Hotel would be around 11am and that he would have it done by noon and he did! Amazing Customer Service!! If you're looking for a sign to go here, definitely go here! Thank you guys!

Very friendly staff! Beat out several other shops in the area on price and got me in the next day. They even did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and emailed me a detailed report, including pictures, which was a great bonus. Haven't had a shop do that before. If I need repairs in the future, I'll be back.

They do excellent work, and I never have to return my vehicle for something that wasn t completed! They might be a little pricey but well worth it! You get what you pay for! A very friendly place! I will continue taking my vehicles there!

After an unexpected incident on the freeway, friendly automotive was recommended to me. After seeing their reviews, and the status of my car I called them 2minutes after they opened. A gentleman answered the phone, was calm & helpful and gave me a recommendation for a tow truck to get my vehicle there. They saved me a slot to have my car looked at same day and were transparent with their initial costs. Once I got to the shop, I had the pleasure of meeting Cat, who was pleasant and to the point. She gave me an estimate same day and kept me updated through the process. Although I don't even live near the location, they have earned a client for life! I feel they were honest, caring, and timely - what else could you need? Thank you Friendly Automotive!

Friendly automotive really does live up to their name! I went in for an oil change and to break lug nuts off as we did not get the key when we bought our vehicle used. The girls were so kind at the front to give me all of the options of the cost. If the lug nuts had stripped or in any way we needed further work, they were able to quote that price to me before work began. We did not end up needing extra over what the basic cost was, but again- Friendly automotive IS friendly and kind. I so appreciate the care they give and work that they do!

They were the first to lay hands on my 77 Gremlin after coming out of 30 years of storage in Ohio back in 2019 and have overcome every obstacle you could imagine! I was pulling my camper from Long Beach California back to Kansas City Missouri and my truck started overheating in Yuma we limped it to Tucson and found this repair shop on google I called and the mechanics Blu and John listened to our issues without interruption and helped us decide that diagnostics before guessing was the best route to go. Once we figured out the issue they were more accommodating than any other mechanic I ve ever encountered!!! They fit us in and even let us drop our camper in their parking lot so we wouldn t have to pay for an additional late check out at our campground. They expedited a mopar part from Phoenix so they could get us back on the road by end of day. I would almost move to Tucson just so they could be my mechanics The name Friendly automotive service and repair is the title of their business and it could not be more fitting!!! Great service and so Fair!!! Thanks guys!!!

If you didn't grow up under the hood of a car, car trouble is pure dread. Who can be trusted? Will they make it worse? Will they create a new expensive problem that they want to fix? How will they try to pull the wool over my eyes? How can I trust their assessment? Who has the integrity if they break something to fess up and cover the damages?A few years back I got so sick and tired of this anxiety that I resolved to permanently solve the problem. It took a while, but I found THE only place that I have learned to trust. I'll share why and you can hear and try them out and decide whether I succeeded.I had a scary car problem a thousand miles from home two weeks ago. Alone with my 5 kids, it was a pretty big deal when I found a major oil leak. The temps were around 3� - 10� and I discovered a major oil leak that seemed related to the cold, so that I could only have the car towed. The source of the leak was unclear. Being 90 miles from anywhere worth towing it to, this was a scary problem that would leave me stranded alone with the kids.I then remembered that Friendly Automotive (on Ina Rd) had made some recommendations at my last oil change 3 weeks ago, but I dismissed them as not urgent. Now I wanted to call and find out what those red-flags had been, because it seemed one of them had come true. Leo, one of the two owners of Friendly Automotive, answered the phone and I told him what was happening.I had only called to find out what those recommendations I had ignored had been, but Leo immediately and proactively offered to pay for the car to be towed to a mechanic and cover the repairs! I was speechless!!! I wasn't even implying that it could be their fault, not even a smidge. But he even offered to use his card over the phone if I didn't have the credit to temporarily cover it.So after having it towed ninety miles from the mountains to Idaho Falls, and after having it repaired, I drove back to Tucson with my kids. Later I popped in to see Leo and with zero hassle he made good on his word! Today, I have a $1,250 check, which covers my expenses from the whole ordeal!This proved my well-informed theory right. Friendly Automotive has integrity and can be trusted. When it is MUCH easier to distance themselves, they proactively stepped up, even before it was requested. This was unbelievable to me, and I hope it helps you see what sort of experience I've come to expect from them.

Through the past several years I have continually been so very grateful for the quality, trustworthy, and caring service that Jonathan & Leo and the Friendly Automotive staff provide from the moment you call or walk through the door to the time they take with you to provide a review once the service has been completed. My most recent appointment involved an unscheduled urgent need with a non-running car! It had been a very tiring and stressful morning for me because of this, with a lot of concern due to the obligations I needed to meet within the upcoming days needing my car, of course! I called for advice and they reassured me and put me on the books for that afternoon. Once I arrived I knew I could trust them with whatever the diagnosis and required work needed. Later I drove off a very relieved and happy customer, so thankful again that I could rely on them for both urgent and regular maintenance work on my car (which they also always take the time to keep you informed about). Thank you, everyone!

In spite of some initial disagreement in regards to the cost of changing a light bulb (turning signal, Cadillac XTS), my overall experience with this shop has been very positive.It turned out that they were just unfamiliar with this car model and used the official Cadillac quotes as a reference (which were somewhat overpriced in this case - 450$ for replacing a light bulb).The manager John got in touch with me after I complained. The issue was discussed in detail and their quotes were actually adjusted based on a more thorough investigation of the issue. These actions demonstrate that they care about their customers and take customer concerns seriously, as well as being open to criticism.In return for this inconvenience, they even repaired a couple of minor issues with my vehicle (e.g. a leaking tire) for free!I have found everyone at this store to be extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk.Best regards,Prof. Dr. P. I recently had an experience with Friendly Automotive that I simply have to share. As someone who juggles multiple businesses and values time immensely, finding a reliable mechanic has always been crucial for me. Having dealt with various mechanics over the years, and at one point even dabbling in buying and selling cars, I've become quite discerning about who takes care of my vehicles.After a long 5 year stint with a previous mechanic shop, who unfortunately hired some bad characters who tried to take advantage. When I dropped off my car using their early morning Dropbox service, I was initially apprehensive about not having a face-to-face conversation. Between my wife and I, we have 3 vehicles that service. I used to take our vehicles to other shops when I didn t have the time to service them. But no shop performs better than Friendly Automotive! Extremely Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and military discounts. They treat your vehicle like their own and love the diagnostic details they send to your phone or email! They are thee only people I let service my vehicles. Infiniti Q50, Infiniti JX35, and a Jeep Commander! Loyal customer for life!

I have been using Friendly Automotive for many many years. For both my company cars and my personal car. Their service is top notch and I have never felt they try to exploint the price or try to upsale the service. All of the staff is as in the name, "Friendly"As nobody is perfic, If a problem arises they will correct whatever the problem it is immediatley correct. No need to book another appointment.Highly recondment this company if you are needing repair of you auto.

I cannot thank the staff at Friendly Automotive enough. They are affordable, kind, informative, timely, and most importantly live up to their name. Truly Friendly and trustworthy staff. They managed to get me in for a next day drop off to assess why my brake lights weren't working. I dropped off at 8 am, had a diagnostic report by 10:45 AM, spoke with a representative at 11 to confirm what I wanted done off the report, and at 1 they called to let me know my truck was ready for pickup. 10/10. I found my new go-to shop. (Also if you have diagnostics/inspection done, I cannot stress enough how wonderful their reports are. The report they send you is detailed, informative, and does the work of rating what are minor issues vs what are major issues. They include pictures of issues and comments. Really really helps in the decision making process).Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a true value place. Not only are they actually friendly, but thorogh. I came for an oil change and asked them to look at work done by the neighboring Jack Furrier. I got pictures or everything and a full explanation of what was being suggested for work. recommend! Blue and Cat we both so helpful

Best service and repair shop around. Always courteous, professional, with a very fun, relaxed approach. Jonathan took a call from me on Sunday, when our 2012 Ford F450 lost turbo boost, and helped me get it home without damaging the motor. Dropped it off the same day, and it was fixed by noon the next day. Doesn't get any better than this. 10 plus in all areas.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Always very professional and no pressure. Their prices have always been reasonable, so I've stopped looking around for prices at other shops. You can rest assure that they won't try to sell you what you don't need. They will recommend what you need now & in the near future, but no hard sell. My previous mechanic kept trying to fix my car MULTIPLE TIMES over a series of months. My old mechanic could not figure out why it kept stalling. THEY WERE STUMPED.I decided to go to Friendly Auto.BEST DECISION EVER!I had been without a reliable car for months! Friendly Auto found and resolved the issue in 1 day. I was sent a detailed report online of the condition of everything on my car that included; photos of the issues, who worked on it, what was done and recommendations on what might be required to resolve said issues. Amazing service, exceptionally competent mechanics and genuinely friendly workers. They are now my mechanics for life. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thanks for getting me back on the road!
