We were on a cross country trip from Prescott AZ to Savannah GA. An hour east of Tucson we heard a loud clunk in the vicinity of the right front wheel. We couldn t determine what it was but it clunked loudly over every little bump in the road.We returned to the Tucson KOA where we contacted a mobile tech.He found that the steering stabilizer spring was cracked and broken. He had a contact at Freedom RV and he said they could get to it Monday at 0830. Only two business days! That s unheard of!We arrived this morning and we re greeted by the tech there named Woody. VERY knowledgeable! He removed the stabilizer and I test drove it. Sadly, the clunk was still there.I picked up Woody and went for a drive. After just a few minutes, he said, I think I know what that is. And he did. There is a coach support truss that bolts to the Motorhome chassis and the bolts had back off approximately .5 inch! He said it s a known problem on the Ford chassis. We were fixed and out of there in around 30 minutes!I wish I knew the name of the nice person at the counter. She was very nice and they all seems to care that we got back on our trip.Usually, I am loath to go to an RV place but these folks were different.A totally great experience.Thank you Freedom RV!!!!

The crew here, led by Newt and Elka, are top notch, first rate. They really know service and repair on RVs and travel trailers. We're trailering 12,000+ miles a year (& lots of AZ dirt roads for boondocking) and I've been using them for couple years. They fixed my slide, stove, skylight, broken front window, awning, & helped me get solar with lithium battery optimized. They have an excellent crew, w/ parts dept, and do clean work... and.... it's done right!

We found ourselves thousands of miles from home (Alberta Canada) with a broken axle. The staff at Feeedom RV were professional, caring, and able to order and repair in a timely manner. We truly felt like we were back home at our own trusted facility, and you can't ask for more than that. Back on the road at a reasonable time and cost. Thank you, everyone in Service!

I have an older fifth wheel and I have an outside shower that needed to be replaced. I went to several different places and even Camping World and had no help whatsoever, then by chance I went into freedom RV and went to the parts department & Brian @ the parts dept was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me research the part and we were able to order it, it was like finding a needle in a haystack & Brian was able to do it I would definitely recommend this place for parts and service.

We took our 2015 cedar creek silverback to the freedom rv service center. They were able to get us in within 1 week of calling them. They were transparent regarding pricing and service. I even popped in a couple times looking for updates and they were super nice and willing to take me out to my unit and show me the status of the work. Their quality of work was top notch, the technician was super knowledgeable and willing to talk about the work they just performed. I think I have found a service center for big jobs that I cannot do myself. The total time freedom rv had my trailer was 3 weeks. Considering they had to order parts, I'd say this was a win..Work performed: replaced living room slide floor, water damage. Repaired kitchen slideout, brackets were bent like spaghetti. New batteries. New breakaway box and cable. Replaced seals on kitchen slide out.Great work freedom rv service center. Thank you.

Did a lift on my 18ft retro travel trailer. Excellent job. Also had a problem with my interior lights, which they helped me fix it over the phone. Could have easily told me to bring it in and charge me for it. I would definitely bring my travel trailer back.

Great work installing my 5th wheel assembly to my pickup. They also beat all the other quotes I got from other installers. The service manager made sure everything was perfect and safe.

We all know business's are in business to make money. But Freedom RV is in business to make money and take your money. With that said let me tell you why I used them and I will not use them again. AUGUST 2021, I took my 2019 coach in for an air filter/oil change. I explained that I would be inside the coach if they needed me for anything. They pulled the coach around to the service bay. They had a young tech that decided to check the coach batteries and ended up blowing the inverter. Before you think, yes I have an extended warranty. They where kind enough to give me a loaner inverter. They called the manufacturer of the inverter, the manufacturer stated that the inverter could be repaired by replacing one of the cards inside. Freedom RV calls the warranty company. After waiting six weeks I returned to Freedom RV. I was told it could take up to 1 year to get the inverter back. I was told to continue using the loaner inverter. I check back from time, I was told I was told I was on a waiting list and that there was 2 other in front of me. After 1 1/2 yrs. I went back and talk with the service manager and that 1 1/2 yrs was long enough. He stated let me call the manufacturer and warranty company. This was his reply, We get you a new sine inverter, now I'm thinking great my deductible is $100.00. No that's not the bargain they made with the warranty company, I would end up paying $850.00, Freedom RV paid the $100.00 deductible. Makes you want to think who they are really working for, it's sure not the customer. In all reality because it was their tech that fried the inverter Freedom RV should have covered the largest amount. And for that reason I will never use Freedom RV.SAFE TravelsMarion

My husband and I had a fith wheel receiver hitch installed. The finished product was done well we don't have complaints there. We had an appointment scheduled a week out. We told them we needed it done latest Tuesday because we needed to pick up the trailer by Tuesday evening in Phoenix. The person we spoke to and set the appointment with said the soonest appointment they had was on Tuesday but the job wouldn't take longer than 6 hours at max. We scheduled the appointment at 8am and again reminded them we needed it for that day. At 2:30pm we called to check on the progress because it should have been finished it wasn't. Called at 3pm to check on how much longer it would be. The lady working that day said it didn't get it the shop right away, and it would take longer. Wasn't finished till 4:30. They shouldn't promise a time of 6 hours if it will take them significantly longer and if an appointment is scheduled for when they open and it's a priority appointment why wouldn't they start working on it when it's scheduled to be worked on? We even explained when setting the appointment if they couldn't do it sooner or quicker we could go somewhere else but we were assured a timely turn around. The lady in the office was also rude and uncaring to our situation. Over all unsatisfied with the way the service center is managed. Will be looking for a different RV service center for work in the future.

Highly recommend them. We purchased a motorhome from La Mesa and they pushed our repairs immediately after we drove off the lot. Freedom got us in same day, and not only fixed the minor issues we found upon purchase from La Mesa but also found MULTIPLE frame cracks that La Mesa missed. They got us in and out in time to saved our family trips. Will use them from now one and NEVER TRUST LA MESA.Service: Body & Trim

Called for service. The service personnel I was transfered to answered, "Freedom RV." I responded, "Hi, with whom am I speaking?" as I always ask the name of the person if they do not state their name up front in order to be able to reference the conversation and the person I've spoke with at a later time. Upon asking, though, the service personnel responded not with their name but rather returning the question (in a seemingly impolite tone), "With whom am I speaking!?" As such I thanked her and will take my service business elsewhere.Oh, and just remembered that I've purchased parts from them in the past. The people who have helped me then were quite helpful and knowledgeable. And one more thing.. the reason I had called in the first place was because of an apparent error on the contact page of their website. I had intended to send a detailed message for ease of reference, but upon attempting to submit received an error message stating "invalid character" and was unable to send(?).

Our 5th wheel broke down on the road when a rear axle leaf spring broke. Freedom RV helped us get towing and then scheduled an emergency repair the next day so we could continue our travels. They went above and beyond and explained the issue with our extended warranty company to get them to cover most of the needed repairs. They also found some cracks in the frame and repaired them for free. Besides repairing our home on wheels they provided excellent suggestions on tires and ways to prevent this from happening again. GREAT SERVICE - 5 STARS.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We had an Excellent Experience today! I felt calm there. It's not intimidating at all. Julian is both professional and personable! That's rare nowadays. He took extra time with us and explained everything to the fullest. We very much appreciate the way they do business!!!

Freedom RV are our "go to" repair folks. First, they worked with us on warranty issues when our coach was newer. Professional and friendly, their work was always first rate and all paperwork with manufacturer was handled behind the scenes for us. More recently, post-warranty repairs have been completed in a fair and timely manner.Donnie is a master tech and has thoroughly and accurately diagnosed and cured our various problems, as well as doing some custom install work for us. His workmanship is excellent and his coach knowledge unsurpassed!Elka has always been fun to talk to on the phone, and has handled the warranty claims for us, as well as working us into Donnie's schedule to meet our times passing through Tucson.Jason, DJ, Newt, and all of the team at Freedom RV Northwest Service Center are to be commended. We highly endorse them for work on any RV!

We have had great service but today not so much. Tech was helpful but in a hurry to do other things. Tough to hookup without help. Tough to check trailer lights especially brake lights by oneself. Also they had trailer since July 2nd, and I had some questions. I still gave them 4 stars because I personally like the service staff at Freedom RV.Bought two travel trailers in past year from Freedom RV. Attempted to buy third but didn't workout.

Called freedom because we had a soft slide floor needing to be repaired. Estimator asked for photos and measurements. We were quoted $1500 plus parts for the repair totaling roughly $3000. We took our R.V. to them and left it for repair.Later we were called and told the repair would now cost $9000. Three times the cost. We told them we would not pay that much as we have had three other estimates for $3000 to do the repair. One from the manufacturer repair shop and two independent shops. Multiple shops and the insurance agent all said the quote was insane. We picked the unit up several days later to discover they left the interior lights on completely draining and ruining our coach battery. Which cost me $150 to replace. When I attempted to hook the trailer up it immediately blew a fuse because the battery was completely drained and now ruined. They did help me replace the fuse and get it going, which I appreciated. I still had to replace the battery myself, and at my expense.

We purchased a used motor home from Freedom several years ago. We have used them for service since. They are always pleasant and work hard to satisfy customers' needs. This last trip, Jason in the Northwest service center elevated the concept of SERVICE to a whole new level! It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares for people and works so diligently to meet their needs. BIG kudos!

I am totally satisfied with the performed work, and the personal interaction with employees of Freedom RV. The expediency of work done was much quicker than I expected, even after I explained that I fully understand that the time logistics are next to impossible to predict and I would not pressure them.

Excellent RV repair shop. I appeared on time for my service, they took my RV, the attendant told me what I needed and in two hours all was completed. They needed to replace my front shocks. They even had to have the shocks delivered. I am very pleased with their service and staff.

Poor on time service had for seven days before service done . quoted 200 dollars cost 600. Christian insisted I clear the bay. Had to hire a tow truck to remove it. RV in lot when removed . not in bay. Did not installl luggage dooror as requested. Did not return old hitch and jack as requested. Caveat emptor. Tow cost me 105 dollars. Will request paid back.

I brought my RV in to have the heater fixed. Heater was starting up but not igniting. They charged me $361 to replace a control board, that they had shorted and broke during diagnosis. Ultimately it was a defective sail switch that they did not diagnose. I have sent them a letter and am waiting to hear back to render a final opinion. It has been over a week and have not heard squat. I suspect they do not care. So, if you want to spend $120/hr to have someone break your RV, this is the place to go.Freedom RV did eventually contact me and refunded half of the charge. I'm not entirely sure how I should still pay $180 for not fixing my RV but I raised my star rating to three stars as a compromise. Its important that they did reach out to me and at least discuss the issue and make partial amens.

I got excellent service from Jason in the parts department. He helped me figure out my problem and get the part I needed. He also gave me some tips on how to figure out a tricky issue.
