These guys are awesome! They are all full of knowledge they use nothing but the best quality parts, extremely trustworthy and reliable. They had my vehicle fixed ahead of schedule and running better than it ever has in the 3 years I've owned it. I would give 10 starts if it would let meKeep up the great work and I will be coming back when needed in the future

We're tourists in AZ from Oregon. Had brake problems on our F150 pickup. An amateur brake repairman, (that would be me) had put one of the pads on backwards! Bad mistake! Didn't have a place to work from so I threw up my hands and took it to Freedom Automotive because it was highly recommended by a local person. The owner, Kyle, took care of my screwup and was totally fair and reasonable pricewise. I can't recommend them enough!

These folks did a remarkable job on a complicated repair on my 1997 Ford Ranger. Best quote. Best warranty. Best turn around time. Best 'out the door' cost. Excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

I went to Freedom earlier today after having an issue with my battery and not knowing how to program it after swapping the battery. I called Freedom and told them my issue and that I would need to have it towed and they told me they d help me. The tow truck ran late so I got there around 5:45 and they closed at 5 but because I had said I was coming they waited! The two gentlemen were SO nice to me and patient as I asked questions and explained all that had happened. They reprogrammed my battery to my car and told me if I had any other issues they would be more than happy to help me. This was my first experience with them and because I was in such a tight spot they waived the fee for the job since they said it only took a few minutes. As a female I have NEVER had such a great experience at an automotive shop and was utterly impressed with how they helped me. I will be bringing my car here for anything it may need in the future and my truck as well. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!Service: Battery

I had front brake issues/concerns with my vehicle. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and made an appointment for later in the week. When I arrived, Kyle immediately recalled our conversation. Even though I had out of state plates, Kyle and Joe the tech rectified the issue without up-selling me. Joe also warned me of an issue I need to keep an eye on (with no pressure to immediately fix).I will be returning for all my future automotive needs and have already recommended them to a neighbor needing automotive work.Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Outstanding mechanics.After a decade of sketchy, dodgy, and lazy mechanics I am vastly impressed with the service, work performed, and the window that it was completed in at Freedom Auto. I extra appreciated these guys taking the time to put my car up on the lift and do a walk-through of what they found and how to fix it. 10/10 will definitely be back for future work. Thanks guys!

Fantastic customer service. It's very nice that the owners are the ones actually doing the work, and serving customers. Very professional personalities. VERY clean and beautiful facility. Localy owned and operated. Take a moment to chat these gentlemen up. They are insanely good at what they do, and take pride in it! So nice to see!

I was traveling west on a family vacation and my truck went into limp mode with two dogs, two kids and a ton of gear. I found this shop and they were still in the process of getting their shop open, but understood the sense of urgency I had and could tell I was in a jam. Joey stopped what he was doing and proceeded to diagnose the issue, got me a price and told me he could have it back on the road with a warranty. With in three hours and a more than reasonable price for the repair I was back on the road and on my way. 4,000 miles and 13 states later no issues. Wish there were shops like this all over what a gem of a shop. Can t thank these guys enough.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection
