We are so pleased with the results of repairs on our 2019 Nissan Rogue received from Fix Auto. Edward was friendly and explained repairs needed.He sent us daily reports on the progress of our cars repairs. The front office ladies are friendly and represent the great customer service you expect. Thank you everyone for your hard work and best body repair service.

Incredible experience, Andrea and Tanya are professional and intelligent office intake secretaries, Vincent was also extremely professional and assessed our damage within minutes. He graciously took our vehicle in, and had the repair done in less than 15 minutes.Your vehicle might need more repair than ours, but the amazing quality and experience of professionalism is second to none.I am a disabled Vietnam vet, and the respect they provide military members are a stand alone part of their quality.In my 70 years of life, this was the best in body repair.

From the Tanya answering the phone, to Jeff and David, everyone was courteous, helpful, and informative. They provided all the info we needed to make a decision to trust them with our Lexus, after someone hit the front of my car and scraped the paint.

The did a great job on our Pilot that someone backed into the driver's door and caved in half of it. I checked their work when I went to go pick it up and you could not tell there was any work done. The paint matched perfectly. It was the only AAA approved shop in the area and now understand why. Great job fix auto and thanks

Fix Auto was committed to excellence as evidenced through the level of customer service from initial estimation to final repair. Communication of progress was detailed, thorough and accurate during the repair process. During a mid-repair inspection we found a few things that needed to be addressed and the follow-through was top notch. John (Advisor/Estimator) was exemplary! Thank you!

They always do a good job. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They also have unique capabilities like frame straightening that is rare around Tucson. I always recommend their services based on my positive experiences.

My car was involved in an automobile accident and was taken to fix auto to be worked on. The employees were super helpful, and Vincent communicated well throughout the entire process. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Besides being super professional, all the employees are extremely kind. Most importantly, my car turned out beautifully! Our newly purchased vehicle was hit in a parking lot, and I was sick about the scratches and impending costs of repair.The dealer recommended thoroughbred FIX auto as a reputable Body Shop.We set up an appointment for an estimate, and could not believe the experience at the shop.The reception staff Andrea and Tanya were super friendly and professional , and Vincent assessed the damage, and had a quick fix to the repair in less than 15 minutes.Our Toyota is flawless where the scratches were, and we were amazed by the quality and service of this highly professional shop.Your vehicle might require more repair than ours, but it will be the best it can be, and your wait and price will be value time spent and extremely fair!Our sincere thanks, and appr�ciation to allCeline leger

Needed a repair on my truck due to a hunting mishap. They said they could make it look like nothing had ever happened. Not only was that the case, but it was also done 4 days earlier than we were anticipating and under the estimate we were given. Great work and fantastic customer service. I hope I don't have to use them again :) but would not hesitate should the need arise!

Somebody hit my car and I took it in for bodywork. Everybody there was professional, and very, nice and they kept me well informed. I wasn t able to pick up my car when they called and said that it was ready because I was sick so I went four days later and there was no problem. I was told to take care of myself and come when I was feeling better .They were very kind and patient to me and they even offered to come and pick me up if I did not have a ride.When I did pick up my car, it was in perfect shape, and I could not have asked for a better place to take it. The worst auto repair shop in Tucson. They have wonderful sales skill and that is it. My car was there for over 1 month. For the whole past month, I have no vehicle to drive and keep dreaming that they will get it fixed. The part arrived 20 days ago. I called every week. The staff kept telling me we will do it with very (fake) positive attitude. But never just fix it. I estimated that the job shall be no more than 6 hrs (2 person). I simply don t understand how it can get 4.7 out of 5.

John and Kevin really did try to do everything they could to get the car back to us at a reasonable time. We were frustrated it took so long but understand that the problem difficult to diagnose. However, their customer service was exceptional as it always is.

I met with Vincent Noriega to discuss an estimate on a few minor blemishes on my car and to also polish my headlights. He was very professional, said if I had 30 minutes he would have it taken care of, then did not want any payment. The office staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, very clean and quiet. The work (buffing out, paint touch up and buffing of headlights) was exceptional. I will be using them again. Thank you to everyone today at Fix Auto Tucson, especially Vincent!

Fix Auto repaired our 23 Tesla Model 3 in less than 3 weeks from drop off. Estimated time was 2-3 weeks, so it was right on. Another shop said 4 weeks and there would be a wait to get it started. Fix auto took it in same day as the scheduled estimate. The car looks like new again. Staff was great, highly recommend.

I brought my Toyota Supra to get repaired after an off duty police officer. Sideswipe me trying to change lanes without looking.Put a Dent in the back of my car scratches alongside my driver's door. I was amazed how beautiful it looked when I picked it up.They matched the paint I couldn't even tell where it was damage.I would recommend Fix auto to everyone outstanding works.

Jeff Was Amazing. Greta Customer Service, Always Kept Me Updated With Anything And Everything On My Car. Did A Fantastic Job Fixing The Car, The Paint Looks Amazing. Definitely 100% Satisfied. Would Definitely Recommend To Anyone. The Staff Was Great Everyone Was Nice And Very Helpful. 11/10 For Sure. Will Definitely Go Back If I Need Any Other Vehicles Repaired In The Future.

I was neither satisfied or unsatisfied. A total loss is what it is. If I'd known it was going to be a total loss and couldn't get my vehicle back the way I brought it in, I wouldn't have even bothered bringing it in. Staff was professional and handled everything accordingly.

I usually don t write reviews but I had to take the time to acknowledge just what a great customer experience I had at Fix Auto Tucson Thoroughbred. David walked me through every step of the repair process and went out of his way to coordinate everything from rental car, warranty repairs, and even had existing recalls taken care of while my truck was at the dealership saving me the hassle of taking it in. I received text alert updates as my truck progressed through the repair process. When I picked up my truck it was as if nothing ever happened. Looks brand new!!! Thank you, Fix Auto for turning a really bad day into a great day. We are on a road trip from New York to Florida and we hit an animal in the road on I-10 doing significant damage to the front of my car. The car had to be towed into Fix Auto. Everyone there was completely wonderful. Jeff and Dave went out of their way to help us. Dave the mechanic worked some magic and got us back on the road. If you are looking for a shop that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly look no farther, you have found it!

They spared my car from being totaled after horrendous hail damage. It took time to basically rebuild my vehicle but the wait was worth it. Everyone there from front desk to technicians was kind and kept me updated. Should I ever need future body work they will be the only one on my go to list:)

Haven t gotten my truck fixed yet, but after dealing with their front desk and estimating staff I believe that all will be well. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I'll post again after they are done.

I was in a hit and run accident and had the car towed to Fix Auto. Unfortuately, the car was totaled, but I have heard great things about Fix Auto. My daughter has had a car fixed there before. My experience with them was great and I would go to them again.
