UPDATE:1. After Firestone aligned my car, when I drove it down the street, it still veered heavily to the right. Another tire company said Firestone did not do *any* alignment! What the hell?! Why did they charge me $120!?!2. The reply corporate Firestone told me, was contact their support email and they would "fix things". Guess what!? I contacted them TWICE... and no response. Want to know what this is called??? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.____________As a Google Star Reviewer with 5 million readers, my goal is to be the most objective and honest reviewer I can be. When I find something scammy or dishonest, I inform my readers so they can make their own informed decision. When I find a great, reliable and honest business, I also, tell it like it is._________I cannot recommend the Firestone service center on Ina Road (near Thornydale) in Tucson, AZ.Firestone had a horrible reputation with scamming customers in the past and had lawsuits from customers filled against them in numerous states, including California.I assumed this was over and in the past, but apparently not. I had heard stories about this Firestone service station, and I decided to find out how honest and reputable they really were. Boy, was I in for a surprise!When I entered the station, I told them I wanted a tire rotation, alignment, and requested my fluids checked (also told them I had a leak in one tire). I was told, "absolutely can do. No problem."The results? Firestone said they would NOT rotate the tires because they were "too worn down and NEEDED TO BE REPLACED"... in spite of two other major tire service firms stating the tires were in, "great shape." But oddly enough, the tires could be aligned .. at a cost of $120! Here's the scam: think they would have called me to tell me that?! Nope. They performed a minor service then charged me the maximum amount they could. Thank God, they could charge me for something! Come on, Firestone! Can you be honest?!? They did not check for leaks in the tire that I said had a leak, and they did not check or replace ANY fluids. Only result of the latter part: "one of your tires seems to be low, got to have that replaced.". Right, I'm sure.Bottom line: they assumed I was an uneducated, inexperienced, stupid car driver. When in reality, I was testing them for their honesty and service.Unfortunately, I have to give them an "F" for Fail. Their solution to my relatively new tires: "buy new tires" from *them* because they can't rotate tires when they are so bad! (And, oh, if I buy new tires from Firestone, I get a discount. Wow, they said I could get a discount! Really?? Even when my tires didn't need to be replaced!? Amazing!) After new tires were bough, only THEN would they align my tires, and check my fluids. Huh!? Amazing great service and honesty.Come on, Firestone, STOP scamming your customers! This is exactly the *same* type of scam other Firestone shops were doing that caused huge lawsuits a few years ago. Did you learn anything from those lawsuits?Nope. I guess not.---------My Star Reviewer conclusion? Do NOT use this Firestone repair shop. They seem to be scamming and taking advantage of their customers who depend on then for honesty, good service. Very sad.

Andrew the manager of this location is a horrible person. He had no professionalism, I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and never dealt with him directly but I noticed he treated his employees very bad. I only worked with Dave the service manager who is very understanding and worked diligently to get things done. Once I left this location I drove across the parking lot to another shop and was told whoever work on my vehicle last did a lot of damage and it cost me over $700 to repair what was done. When I contacted the corporate office I was brushed off and told I would get a call back. This is very unfortunate as I have been trusting this particular location in safely taking care of my vehicles I drive my family and kids in.

While on vacation in Tucson, I had an issue with my rental car the tonight before I have to drive back to Phoenix at 5am with my 2 year old. I was so nervous about something being wrong and when I walked in, I could tell they were busy, but Dave couldn t have been any nicer and said he d have a tech take a look and be sure we were safe driving back. I ended up having a rock stuck up in the wheel that was causing the awful sound and they got the issue fixed and I was on my way in no time! It was really nice to feel like someone cared and went above and beyond to make sure me and my son were safe on the road tomorrow! So grateful for their help!

I'm visiting family in Tucson and my nephew informed me that my truck was leaking gas. I came to Firestone on N Oracle and was greeted promptly and mentioned my problem. Dave filled out the information he needed and my truck was looked at within 5 minutes. No problem with the truck, problem was a 5 gallon gas can I carried in the bed. The bungee cord came loose and the can tipped over and leaked gas.Dave charged me nothing. I'm thankful for Dave and his techs and any time I visit my brother and I have a vehicle issue, this is where I will come to have it fixed.

I had a nail in my tire. David had his guys fix it at no charge. They also noticed a small oil leak at the oil filter and fixed that. Everything took about an hour. Good job!

Quick service, listened to my description and did visual inspection before attempting to perform any work. Turns out, service was not needed yet, gave me recommended services and sent me on my way.Friendly staff, clean store.Will be returning when the recommended services are due.

The shop was open on Sunday not many tire stores are. Needed a 15inch tire, but apparently they re a little tougher to come by these days. This was my 4th stop, and the kind gentleman (shame on me for not getting his name) let me know he could get one delivered and set up on Monday. I went with this, and true to his word it was complete by noon on Monday. The service is excellent at this Firestone, and I strongly recommend it!

The agent was so friendly, helpful, and customer focused. He explained the maintenance to be included. He provided solutions and best approaches. I come to this shop all the time and feel that they have integrity!

I had a flat tire and was able to put air in it and keep it inflated long enough to make it to Firestone on Oracle and I was so grateful that the guys were able to fix the tire even though I didn t have an appointment. Thank you for keeping me safe on the road. I will definitely support your location in the future!

Had taken my car to a different tire place for a slow leak and they told me there was no issue. Firestone got us in early for our appointment, found the issue quickly, and repaired it right away. Price was very reasonable. Will be bringing my car here for other maintenance in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

Last 2 times I have been to this shop they have told me the same thing. They only have 1 tech and they couldn't even do a simple tire rotation. Or even worse the first time around they couldn't even change out a tail light bulb. I've worked on multiple shops and not once did we turn down simple easy jobs nor did we only schedule 1 person for the morning rush. They need to either close doors or hire more techs for morning rush.

Made an appointment for Saturday, 4th of July weekend 2023. Called right before I left and was told there was no record of the appointment. Scheduled another appointment around noon, the first of the week, and, when I showed up, was told they scheduled over it because their records showed I already had an appointment on Saturday. Was told that I was at the end of the current waiting list, and that it was perhaps a five hour wait.I think they were short -handed. There is a probable reason that I was told on Saturday that they had no record of an appointment. It was a holiday weekend.I walked out, planning to never, ever go back.

The place I usually take my vehicle to receive an oil change was closed, and I desperately needed one before my long trip, so I was extremely happy to see that Firestone was open. I did not have an appointment, but Andrew said he could work my car in, and it would be about an hour and a half wait, which I was more than willing to do. The waiting area was clean with some good instrumental music playing in the background and lots of magazines. About 20 mins later, I was advised an appointment did not show, so they could get me in earlier, and I was on the road in another 25 minutes. I greatly appreciated the kindness, speed, efficiency and professionalism of the staff. The reason for the four stars is because the cost was significantly more than what I usually pay, but other than that, I would recommend.Service: Oil change

I have brought my car here for oil changes and any issues I have for almost 2 years and I have always had a great experience. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they are always able to schedule me to come in quickly when I call. The mechanics are very thorough and take the time to check on everything and inform me of important maintenance or repairs, but I never feel like I am being pressured into paying unnecessary costs. I highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

All the guys here are awesome! I never have any complaints. I had an unexpected breakdown on a Sunday night and they were able to get me in Monday morning to look for what was wrong. Same day repair got me back on the road! They were also able to get the repair I had scheduled later in the week completed so I didn t have to come back for that maintenance appointment.

Flawless car service + customer service. I visited there to patch a hole in my tire just an hour before they close. Even though they were super busy with incoming calls and new customers, the professional mechanic examined and fixed my tire within only 20 minutes or so and the manager (Dave) gave me a detailed explanation about conditions of my tires (i.e., what the thread depth measures mean) and how to check if my tires need to be replaced. They are professionals who do provide the best quality service.

Do not go here, a simple oil change went from them asking for $438 for damage to my oil pan that they "didnt do." I have been going here for a while for my oil changes next thing you know I have oil dripping all in my driveway. No responsibility for the damage and tried to use my warrenty and refused to work with the warrenty company. Then the tech there tries to slip me a number of his friend to complete the work at a lower price. I let the manager know and there was no accountability held for anything. As a woman and customer, I have never felt more bamboozled my whole life. DO NOT GO HERE ! I was left paying for a damage that was "man made" per the insurance company this was a damage someone did and tried to cover up.Service: Oil change

Maybe don't use this place!! I took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection and they recommended a few things, I took it back to dealership to address those issues they agreed to fix. Great!! The mechanic called me to come look at the 3 items they say I needed fix were perfectly fine!! He made it a point to show because he didn't want to be accused of lying.he thinks they didn't even look at the vehicle that they only recommend things based on mileage. He also showed me himself the noise the ac was making was caused by the blower motor!! Firestone did not mention the ac!! Yeah have your ride checked out else where

My young adult deaf son moved from Ar to AZ. I sent him to this location and David has taken excellent care of us. We have really been a pain customer but David & the the crew has been so patient & helpful with new tires, alignment & found a repair that we didn t know about. Today is the 2nd time in a row this location has completely dropped the ball.. I schedule all my appointments online on THEIR WEBSITE. Today marks the second time they have confirmed my appoint and sent me a email confirming it. When arriving at the location they magically don't have my appointment in their system. The first time was a alignment and oil chance, this time a oil change, inspection, and other repairs that are time sensitive. I arrived at my appointment time to tell me they don't gave a appointment for me and I'll need to come back another day or go find another shop.Do not go to this location if you care about your time.Their work is good when they can work on your car, but I can't spend the money on their services if they cancel my appointments.

Stellar service by David and the Firestone crew! I pulled into Firestone because my Jeep's coolant temperature warning light came on and liquid was spewing from underneath the vehicle. I was panicked and it was late in the day when I arrived, but David reassured me that my Jeep would be safe in the garage overnight until he had the opportunity to look at it in the morning. He promptly called me the next morning to let me know the diagnosis and cost of repair. He and his team repaired the vehicle and I drove away that very same day. Professional, transparent, and personable! Thank you, David!
