Excellent service. Randy, at the front desk, was courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt that he gave me good advice. As a woman who knows little to nothing about automobiles, the fact that he listened to my concerns and responded in a logical, patient manner meant a lot to me. He gave me three options for new tires and took the time to explain their differences. The work was done quickly, too. Highly recommend.

Took mother-in-law's vehicle in on Saturday for an oil change. Service has always been great. Dropped earlier than appointment time and was told late afternoon. Called to confirm p/u time but they had a small issue with finding the oil filter in town and running up to the shop. John (helping out from Alcon Mall) was very apologetic and went out of his way to make things right. He expressed how important my continued patronage was as they strive for the best customer service. I will continue to bring my vehicles in for most service related items as the entire staff and technicians are great people!

This was my first time patronizing this business and I found them to be very responsive and thorough. They diagnosed a number of problems with my vehicle, gave accurate estimates of the cost of repair for each problem and then worked with me to prioritize the fixes starting with the most serious. They also kept me well informed of their progress along the way.

I never been to a Firestone where they legit brought out a feet mat and and plastic to put on the seat before entering vehicle. That shows the up most respect they have for their customers. They even took us right away, the seating where you wait is clean and comfortable. I'm impressed

I left a tire there at 10:45am just to get patched they said it would take less than 2 hours so I paid for it. I called at 5:30pm and they said they still had not gotten to it and wouldn t be able to until the next day. I will be picking up the tire and take it somewhere else to be repaired as I thought this should be an easy process but the customer service was terrible and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.I wish I would have been told it would take this long and I would have taken it to another shop from the beginning but the lack of communication is what caused me to leave this review.6.5 hours later no call or enough time to patch up a small tire for a trailer.

Our experience was awful here. We brought our car in and they said they replaced and repaired parts of our engine. When we picked up the car within the next day our check engine light turned on and the turn signal does not light up (which was not an issue before taking it in). They said they replaced coolant but our a/c is still hot when it blows. We contacted them and they said WE would have to pay for new diagnostics even though there are new issues from their servicing. Disappointed in the customer service. Don t take your car here.

Ethical and Professional: I've gone here twice in the past six months to repair a tire. Both times Chris fit me in on the same day. The work was professional and reasonable. The last time, I decided to purchase four new tires for my car. I was two weeks late filing the paperwork for a $60 rebate on a $1,515 purchase, and Bridgestone would not honor it. Chris stepped up and covered it from his own shop. That is customer service at its best.

Randy was thorough and kept me in the loop about the needs of my Nissan frontier tire rotation.I received an oil change and tire rotation.They called me when completed.I recommend Firestone on sunrise.

I had a flat tire, thanks to a pothole in road. They kindly gave me some money off my bill since I had to end up buying new tire. I bought the tires at Firestone in the past, so I asked about a discount since it was a pothole, and they were bought there.

I had a flat tire & desperately needed a repair. I was worried because I pulled up right before they closed. Rhyan was extremely polite and assured me they would help me out. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so grateful for the help!

Patrick was a great help. The car needed a quick oil top up before I was able to schedule an oil change just to tie me over til then.Perfect service, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place of business for your car repair needs.Thank you as well to the front desk attendant/manager as well for an extremely fast and pleasant service.

This Firestone location is the best. We've been bringing our cars here for the last six years. They have great customer service, are always friendly, and I never feel like I'm being pressured into doing a service I don't need. When a check engine light went on recently, we took the car into another auto shop closer to our location, and... We ended up getting the car back from them and bringing it to Firestone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery

Took my car in for diagnostic of why I was not getting heat or AC out my vents. They verified the issue but recommended I take it to the dealership for repair which is fine but mysteriously my check engine light was on when I went to leave.I've owned the car for 9 years and the check engine light has never been on.This visit was an absolute waste of time and has now left me with another issue to resolve.Unfortunately this is a little too coincidental. I will let corporate handle it. I am also opening a BBB claim.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

Was in Tucson visiting for the weekend when my van started having problems. They were very helpful and upfront about the problem and chances of repair. They didn't charge me for the attempted repair and let my van sit overnight while I found a shop that was capable of the work needed. Their kindness made a tough situation a little more bearable.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR DIAGNOSTICS , THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEYMy car had a check engine light on, was making really loud and unusual noises, struggling to start, not running properly, etc., so obviously in need of repairs. I brought my car to this location for diagnostic testing to address the issues listed above. They held my car for 2 whole days and didn t call to let me know any progress, so I called them and they said oh yeah, we were going to call you. We couldn t find anything wrong with the vehicle . So I explained (again) all of the noises that are coming from my vehicle and how it s not running properly and they said we couldn t recreate any noises coming from your vehicle. So we don t know what you re talking about. They claimed they did all kinds of testing and couldn t find anything wrong with the car, but I have owned my car for 8 years and knew something was wrong. The next day I brought my vehicle to a different mechanic to have diagnostics ran again and within and hour they found 2 definite causes of the noises and issues with my vehicle, WITH PROOF, and told me that my car had a very low amount of coolant, a gallon low, to be exact. Wouldn t fluids being checked be one of the bare minimum parts of a diagnostics service that I paid Firestone over $120 to complete?! If they weren t even checking the fluids on my car, what did they even do with my car for two days?! Nothing at all. They did nothing at all. They didn t even try to look for any issues with my vehicle, yet still charged me $120 for all of the tests they did. I have been using Firestone for all of my mechanical needs for almost a decade, never having any issues. I go to this location for the first time and they scammed me. Because of the dishonesty from this location, I will not be using Firestone for mechanical services anymore and will encourage everyone I know to avoid them as well.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The staff are all very friendly and will readily smile while they are putting the screws to you...I live on a limited income, am retired and an elderly female, I needed a simple service; however I was told I needed 2 new tires, and a new CV axel with joint...excessive play!!! I did look at the axel and joint and couldn't see the issues so I refused to have it done at that time. I bought the axel on my own saving money and took it to a mechanic who asked why I wanted to replace it...once again I looked at the axel and there were no issues and the mechanic and I went over the axel and joint THERE WAS NEVER A NEED TO REPLACE ! Saving me a quoted price of $576.99..I have no idea why a company would want to do this.. If you are an elderly female by yourself do not patronize this business, lord only knows what you may need.!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE RUDEST , AND THE MOST NON CARING ABOUT ALL CUSTOMERS , AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE FIXED YOUR VEHICLE AND BE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND OR OFFER TO HELP YOU , WHEN YOUR CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO ACTUALLY GET IT FIXED THE RIGHT WAY , WHICH COSTS YOU MORE MONEY TOO , SO , THEN YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE JUST TO GET YOUR REFUND ! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF FRAUDULENT BUSINESS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE EVER ! I WENT IN TO GET MY AIR CONDITIONER FIXED IN MY CAR AND TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND I WAS CHARGED $274 , JUST FOR THEM TO WASTE MY TIME THAT DAY AND PUT FREON IN MY CAR THAT WAS ALREADY LEAKING , FROM THE HOSE NEEDING TO BE REPLACED , AND FOR THEM TO PUT A STICKER ON MY WINDSHIELD , LIKE THEY DID AN OIL CHANGE WHICH THEY NEVER DID THAT EITHER , BECAUSE TODAY MY LIGHT CAME ON IN MY CAR TELLING ME TO CHANGE MY OIL SOON , AND IF THEY GAVE ME AN OIL CHANGE A FEW WEEKS AGO , WHY WOULD MY LIGHT COME ON SO SOON? THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND LIARS HERE AT THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION IN FOOTHILLS , IN TUCSON , ARIZONA !

I don t believe that a lot of people are thrilled about having to have a flat replaced but it s an understatement of how thankful I am to have come across THIS Firestone. Since having my first flat replace and other visits to fix up my car I don t trust anyone else to work on her. I m always taken care of! Chris Thoreson is absolutely amazing! He is the reason I am a repeat customer always going the extra mile for an all around great customer experience! And having great technicians such as Randy and Juan who always get me back on the road safely. I absolutely love this Firestone and will recommend to anyone!

When I called for help, the sole response was that they were booked out five days, they had only one mechanic on staff and had no suggestions for tire help. If you're unable to meet the demand capacity of your community, a courteous business would offer alternative solutions, and actively work to hire and retain adequate staffing.

I absolutely love this Firestone. It's the only one I go to. The manager Chris is absolutely amazing. You always feel welcome. I'm a female and it can sometimes be rough. These guys are completely honest and try to give you a good idea and or try to help you out where they can. Not just trying to make a dime off you. High Five to Sunrise!
