I made an appointment to have my breaks done and looked at. As the emergency break is not working and I had it adjusted once. I am very concerned as I talked to some one on the phone I was advised that the tires were not taken off the truck that they breaks looked great. And the emergency break tested that it was fine.I explained to the gentleman on the phone that it does not work. I have a slope on my drive way and I have to park on the street as the emergency break does not work.I am very disappointed in the fact I do not feel safe going over the Colorado pass with my truck.Now I feel that I need to go to another place to get my truck looked at again. I do not have time to be running around trying to get this taken care. This should have been done the first time and done correctly.At this point we are confident in taking the company cars here now due to this huge mistake.

Hi, I have been going to this particular store for a few years. Jason is the manager I believe. He has always treated me promptly, professionally, kindly and efficiently. I get next day service and they always have my car ready on time or earlier. I have always enjoyed dealing with Jason as he never sells me anything that I don't need and always informs me of his recommendations. Jason is never pushy but very helpful. Yesterday I was at the shop as my check engine light came on. Even though there were a number of issues, Jason was able to take care of it all in record time so it was ready when I got off work. Thank you

Exceptional service! Driving back to El Paso, TX, I got a flat 1 hour outside Tucson. It was 3:50pm a Sunday when the store closed at 5:00. Called and spoke to Don who was kind enough to wait for me to arrive. I arrived at 4:56. Not only was he waiting, but he also had Alfonso and Steve waiting as well. They took care of me and with the guidance of Joe they got me back on the road in less than an hour. These gentleman were patient, kind, and understanding even though it was after the store was already closed. Grateful for amazing customer service and care.

DON,JOE, JASON, very caring and professional mgrs. ,especially because they are HONEST ,all the mechanic guys are great, quality craftsmen. And I get all my tires for both my car and p/ truck, plus repairs only at the Speedway and Kolb store for last several years, because of such FAIR prices! I highly recommend Firestone! Thank you!

Everything was great regarding customer service but after this appt there are two gouge marks in my steering wheel that were not there before. It doesn't effect driving the car but it's annoying.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and considerate of my time. Although my vehicle ended up needing a body shop after collision with an animal, Firestone was helpful and I would highly recommend them.

I brought my car in with a flat tire due to road damage on a friday afternoon, i received a call that night updating me on the tire status and left my car with the store overnight so they could transfer a tire from another store. The following day I didn't receive any calls until I initiated call in the early afternoon. They stated my tire would show up an hour before closing time. I never received a call that day. On the 3rd day i didn't receive a call. I initiated a call in the late morning and they told me my car had been ready for a while. Poor communication. The service rep deflected any responsibility or accountability for the poor communication, ex "I'm just a middle man", "I don't know when it finished but its done now." When I picked it up, i did not receive an apology for the poor communication or the delay in notifying me that it was ready before I had to call the store.

Have my truck fir 4 days to fix key lock on the driver side door. Did not call me or text me at all for four days I called them just to find out they refused to fix a key lick to enter my truck because it have glue on it. I would have bought a new one. 4 days without any call or voicemail, poor service

Long story short, I ended up at this Firestone due to a tire pressure warning light on a rental car. The car renting place said I had to handle the issue myself (I didn't pay the extra $35 a day for roadside assistance) suggested a couple places to go, one of which was this one. So I show up and explain the problem and minutes later the guys are out there shaking their heads and saying yup, there's a tire pressure problem all right: they are all grossly overinflated. Nice! The worker didn't seem to mind that I chatted with him while he adjusted the tire pressures all around. Then he and his coworker actually listened to me when I said they (not me) needed to reset the warning light/code. They did plug into the reader port and reset it for me as asked. Whew! Problem solved. What I really liked was that they didn't make me feel stupid or discount my opinions because I am an old person who probably looks like I know nothing about cars. All the workers seemed to be in a team spirit mood, each working quickly and diligently on various issues for people. I was impressed. And now I'm thankful too!

They always explain everything to me that needs to be done and they do it in a timely fashion. They are always friendly and know a lot of their customers by name as they walk in the door. I wish that I could remember names like they do. Haaa haaa. I think that they are awesome. Have a great day.

I was quoted $250 for an oil change for my VW Jetta. Mine always costs around $60 since I need extra for my car & need a different filter. I asked a few times if the $250 was correct and they were serious. Laughable but sad for people who get taken advantage of and overcharged. For that, I wouldn t recommend.

What the!? Just pulled in for a simple flat repair. Said it was going to be $31 and change plus tax. I was like huh? Most places do flat repairs for free. Truly is hard to find honest helpful people in this town.

Just had an alternator put in, so far everything's great! I didn't have an appointment. But that didn't matter to Jared and the mechanics they got the job done anyway. And just within a few hours. Price didn't break the bank yet, but darn near close. I highly recommend them for all your Car Care needs. I will definitely be back, thanks to all the employees that made this happen so quick.

After being turned down by the first Firestone I called this one. When I walked in the waiting area was as clean as it could be! Joe greeted me as ma'am I liked that. When I told him I was going to hang for awhile b/c my ride didn't follow me in as I came a fair distance he immediately informed the mechanic who brought my truck right in. They began to work on it and found out the brake line on RT rear had come disconnected. Now my truck has a a lot of rust I recently moved here from Michigan, and I'm here to tell you, Winters there are hard on vehicles! Well they reconnected the line @NC I had recently had a brake job emergently in Michigan and due to that there was no charge on this end. Courteous and professional I think I have a new mechanic that I can trust in Tuscon! AND kudos to the gentleman who checked the out he said his name but I don't recall it at the moment. He told me that he got a job at this location b/c they treated him the same way!

Had a bad tire. They said 1-3 hours. 4 hours later nothing was done and I had to leave. A complete waste of my day off. Go to the Firestone on Ina. It's well worth the drive for a competent mechanic.

Jason and crew are awesome. Always welcoming, and never pressure for additional services. Gentle suggestions and recommendations without the hard sell. My car, my choice. The crew at Firestone respects that, which is why I keep going back for regular maintenance. Thanks, guys!

They were great and helped me get all four tires that I could trust for my Honda civic with custom rims for 350$ because that was all I had to spend. Great customer service and very thankful for them being open on Sundays or I would have been screwed for the week. I will absolutly return for other care care needs!

I called at 1:15pm today for an alignment and Jason got me in in 15 minutes. My car was ready in an hour. I'm 10009% satisfied with the service and their professionalism. The only place I take my car.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I used this location for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was buying. The price of the inspection was reasonable. They found a couple of things to be repaired. I used them for the repair and was pleased .

They were excellent! I had an appointment to get a new tire installed on my car. They were on time for the appointment and finished when expected. Great work and totally professional!
