Michael and Joshua took good care of us when our AC broke while traveling from Texas to San Diego. The first attempt at repair was not successful, but the reason was clearly that an additional part had failed. They presented the issue clearly and their logic in making initial decisions was quite reasonable. We appreciate that they did not immediately jump to replacing components that might not have been truly necessary, thus potentially saving us hundreds of dollars. We did have to stay an additional night in Tucson, but understand the reasons. Really were quite pleased with the encounter and will recommend this business.

As a Phoenix resident,it was more than a little scary when my car broke down in the middle of the night while visiting Tucson, resulting in having to be towed to the nearest shop available, dropping my keys off in a night drop box and leaving my car in the parking lot. This turned out to be the Firestone on Ina Road, and once we connected by phone several times the next day, I felt better for leaving it. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered questions, easing my concern about dropping my car off at an unknown (to me) shop.My car was fixed and back in my possession before the store closed for the day. I drove it in Tucson while on my visit and back to Phoenix a few days later, and it handled optimally after the repairs.Thank you Firestone!

If I could give 0 stars here, I would where do I even begin. I honestly feel like I got swindled out of nearly $4k in the course of one month by not only this Firestone location but collectively by the Firestone on Swan Sunrise. I went in for an oil change, simple enough, right? I drop my car and then realized I had left my phone in the car. I go back to get it and that s when I m approached about my car needing a new suspension, new tires, a new air compressor, new spark plugs and a fuel system cleaning. Mind you, I bring my car to Firestone every couple of months for an oil change and I do the recommended services as I can but have never let anything go on my car. I ask them what NEEDS to be done and they say my suspension and tires should be replaced right away. So I have that done, and they also do a wheel alignment. So I get My car back and when I m getting checked out, the tech that was helping me confirms my full name and vehicle and proceeds to tell me that all that was done was my wheel alignment and tire replacement. I said Okay, and what about the suspension? He says, I don t See anything on here about a suspension. He then goes to grab the tech that originally told me that I needed To have it replaced, and all of the sudden they mixed me up with another person with the same vehicle . I was Livid. Then I go out to my car and it s making a weird clicking noise. I begin to drive it and notice that it keeps veering off towards the right, meaning the wheel alignment was off. I bring It back the next day, I m told they can t fit me in because they only have one tech. I bring It the next day and then fix it , only for it to to still be off. I bring It to the Firestone on Swan and Sunrise and ask them to not only fix the wheel alignment, but to also replace the spark plugs and do the fuel system cleaning. Here we are two weeks later and check engine light comes on and my wheel alignment is still off. One of the codes for the check engine light states that it s a misfire, which should not be happening (and wasn t happening prior) to a vehicle that JUST had the spark plugs replaced. Fast forward to today, I bring it back to this location and they have my car for HOURS and say they played around with it to figure out what was wrong. Like what? Aren t you guys professionals??? Long story short, my wheel alignment is STILL off and I will never go back to Firestone for ANY Service and will not be referring them to anyone from here on out. You all lost a loyal customer that has been coming to you for service since I could Drive.

In a tine of hardship, this locations leniency as I manage to afford the work my car needs. They are always professional and the work they do is always amazing, they SAVED my power steering and it was extremely difficult to turn the wheel before getting work done. Its always a pleasant experience taking my car to firestone on Ina. Theyve got a loyal happy and grateful customer out of me! 11/10!

The manager Mike and the technician Tyler both went above and beyond to make sure that my new to me vehicle was safe, dependable, and left it clean. What amazing service and I will most certainly be bringing my vehicle to them in the future.

This location I went to was one of the best experiences I have had with Firestone and I have been to several here in Tucson and a couple in Texas.Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and it didn't take very long for my Jeep to get done. I will definitely be back .

Don't go to this firestone or any firestone. The store manager Mike was good at the the beginning but after 1000 of dollars spent on what he said was making noise. They replaced my shocks but what i really needed was the arms. one of the what he called cushions did not fit they cut up rubber they had land made the part. Which in turn he gave a refund.told me to give him a call once the noise came back due to the fact they made there own part. Well 2 years later now i called i said hey mike i need some stuff done like transmission flush before i could continue he said we dont work on transmission and hung up the phone i thought maybe it was accidental. I decide to call back and I said hey Mike I need a spare tire and oil change and I told him since you sold me a lifetime alignment and shocks I wanted to get that done also convinced me to get a firestone credit card. Mike than told me to take my car some where else. I asked wait why oh because I had to give you a refund. So now I'm being inconvenience Mike feelings are hurt. Well I talk to Sal the district manager this guy already made up his mind. I asked him what is Mike basing on not wanting to work on my car. Sal the district manager says it's cause you asked for a refund. Isn't firestone a model guarantee.?To be honest after ready these reviews I think it's because i a woman corrected him yet was willing to continue to go and have them service my car. Sounds like he has issues with mexican women. My car insurance will deal with firestone. To think this manager Mike refuses to work on cars instead of making right on his mistakes than to have a district manager like Sal tell clients it's because you ask for a refund made Mike look bad in front of a bunch of men. Please read the reviews I will be making a tik tok on the record due to my business recording phone calls where Sal says I hurt Mike's feelings

Gave them a shot - typical garbage.Scheduled an alignment a week in advance. Dropped off 8 AM, was told I'd receive a call before noon (45 minute alignment, 4 hour contingency window, OK sure). Noon came and went; no call. I gave it an extra 45 minutes. OF COURSE I had to call THEM only to find out my vehicle hadn't moved from where I'd left it. They promised I was next in line (typical), quoted me two-three more hours tops (seriously). I told them not to touch my vehicle and rode my bike there to pick it up. It's a good thing they have a steady backlog of work, hopefully their customers don't get wise.[I went with Jack Furrier's a mile up the road, much better experience.]

Spent a thousand dollars so they could change my accessory belts with their buttcheeks or something idk but they didn t use their brain that s for certain. (FYI the accessory belts were changed as a precautionary thing because it was a new car). My car started squealing shortly after they did the procedure so I BROUGHT IT BACK and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I m not sure if they lack skill or they use the cheapest materials known to man (then drastically up charge you), or both. The point is, my car is in worse condition now than before I even went to Firestone. Thanks Firestone, now my whole entire neighborhood knows when I turn my car on cuz it squeals so loud. Steer clear of Firestone

I've been coming here for a long time, but the past few years they've really gotten pretty bad. My last visit I paid them $$$ to fix something that wasn't fixed at all - had to take a day off of work to come back and wait all day until they did it right. Avoid.

They started working on my car on time, gave me recommendations throughout the process along with prices, we're able to do additional work I requested without an issue and the pricing was reasonable.

As a Google Star Reviewer with 5 million readers, I try to be the most objective and honest reviewer. When I find something scammy or dishonest, I inform my readers.(Update: I emailed their customer service team *twice*, 4 weeks later... no response back. What a bunch of b.s.) btw, both Discount Tires and EVEN Walmart told me this Firestone facility is a scam. And don't use them!Such is the case with this Firestone service center. Firestone had a horrible reputation with scamming customers in the past. I assumed that this was over, but apparently not. I decided to test this Firestone to find out how honest and genuine they were... Boy, was I in for a surprise! When I entered the station, I told them I wanted a tire rotation, alignment, and requested my fluids checked (also told them I had a leak in one tire). The results? Firestone said they would NOT rotate the tires because they were "too worn down and need to be REPLACED", in spite of two major tire service firms stating the tires were in "great shape." Firestone also did not check for leaks in the tire I said had leaks, and they did not check or replace any fluids.Bottom line: they assumed I was an uneducated, inexperienced, stupid car driver...the kind they like to take advantage of! When in reality, I was testing them for their honesty and sincerity. Unfortunately, they get graded an "F" for Failure. They wanted me to buy new tires (oh, wow, they said I could get a discount!Amazing!) And THEN they would align my tires, and check my fluids. Amazing "great" service, and honesty. "Come on, Firestone!!!! STOP scamming your customers!"

Very useful phone menu "Welcome to firestone, press 1 to connect." They want way too much marketing info just to patch a tire - stay away from the big corps like these dipsticks.

Where to start, but I'll just say that the wheel alignment made things worse.Secondly, I noticed on the back of the repair invoice, it mentioned I shouldn't even get an alignment unless I fix another part. So why do the work?Regardless, I called back to ask about this and one guy said, "oh yeah we didn't do any work on it". So then I asked why was I charged? They put me on hold and escalated me to the manager. After I explained how some of the adjustments made things worse based on their own specs, he didn't really seem to care and all he mentioned was how I can get new tires and front suspension.Another thing I noticed was they said all my tires were 30lb around. I just checked them and all of them were 40lb except the front left tire which was only 30 lb. They didn't even bother to pump it up.I would avoid this shop at all possible costs. Clearly I didn't have a great experience here, I question their integrity and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Especially the manager, this guy seemed to show zero interest in helping me outside of just selling me more services.Service: Wheel alignment

I want to sing these guys's praises for a second. I brought my car in three times this month. Got a new radiator the first time and hose assembly the second time. But still over heating. Both times on a weekend with no notice. They just said "no problem" and got right on it and finished in a few hours. (It helps to be the first one there in the morning).Car is still overheating so I take it back a third time. They tinkered with it for three hours. Found the problem that we all and fixed me up. I was handed my keys and I went to ask for the bill. Dave looks at me and says, "No bill".Now granted, I had dropped A LOT of money there that month. And the only reason it's not a five star is because the prices are indeed steep. But if your in a jam, you can count on Dave and the team at this Firestone, I know I will. They will take care of you!

Went to these guys at the recommendation of a family member. They repaired my fan blower motor quickly and easily.Next time I went I needed a diagnostic for what I suspected was a sensor. Replacing the sensor would cost me SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for a part that cost less than $50. I was then told I also had spark plug issues and I needed to change them out and that would be an additional NINE HUNDRED. It s a Ford pickup, not an Alfa Romeo, people.Young guy at the counter was nice, didn t like that we were unhappy. Mouthy guy with earrings and an attitude needed to mind his own business and not talk down to us as the customer. .They are price gouging. To the nice kid at the counter find another job, you are too good for this place. You re the only reason they got one star.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Today I was having problem with my battery terminal. I called ahead and talk to Steven it was late in the day but Stephen said I could bring it by and they would take a look at it. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and they look into the problem right away. A new terminal is put on my battery and I was ready to hit the road.

I m giving this particular Firestone a 5-star rating for going out of their way to help my family get our truck oil changed and safety inspected for a road trip to Temecula within 2-3 hours, a very short notice (no appointment). I spoke to Mike and told me bring our vehicle in and he ll work it in. He did just that, we re very grateful. Highly recommended.

This location has been working on all of my vehicles, my in-laws vehicles and even my ex-wife s vehicles. We go there because we trust the manager, Mike, and he has always been a honest mechanic. In the event that there is a repair needed, he takes the time to explain the importance of the repair, the cost and even goes over the potential ramifications of not doing the repair. He has also been very helpful with proactively looking for coupons and telling me about their Epic Events. Also, love the tires! The Bridgestones are better than the Michelin I used to buy.Services: Tires, Electrical, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My wife took her car in because of overheating and they were able to get the car in and figure out the problem. They were very friendly and helpful. They also checked the other fluids to make sure they were full.

Well my grandma has been going here for years turns out they like to over charge for labor Among many other things, When I asked a lovely veteran named David who works there He told me don t you even go there when I asked why is she being overcharged $600? Hindsight, there are plenty of other places to go to and you should boycott this place because they are singling out elderly people for $$and David it s a small world watch what you do to people. Work is good but what they do is wrong flat out and customer service sucks.

This place deserves ZERO stars. My wife brought her car in to get an alignment because she just got new tires and the car pulled a little to the right. Now it pulls to the right way worse than when she brought it in. The manager said it was not test driven. He says the car is in spec according to VW. The sheet you get that shows the before and after measurements has 2 different features that are out of spec. What gives? This place is definitely not being run professionally. Sounds like incompetence.Service: Wheel alignment
