Great customer service. They were able to squeeze me in and fix my broken scrape plate quickly and easily. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I usually feel like I'm being taken advantage of at most mechanics since its pretty clear i know next to nothing about cars, but I never once felt like they were trying to push anything on me here or sell me things I don't need. They were honest, helpful, and checked my tire pressure and fluids without me asking.

Dan the Manager was especially helpful in making my decisions here. Friendly from the get-go, explained things Thoroughly, was Honest and so helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to friends for the experience i had and to get professional work done at a fair price. It's busy, so make your appointment ahead of time. Even though i had a long wait, it was well worth the time! Thanks guys! Nj

Went here a few times about 3 years ago and one of the times the mechanic who was working on my car lost my key. They gave me a replacement key but when they did this I'm assuming they reprogrammed the RFID anti theft system to work with the new key. I haven't had to use a spare key since then, but today I went to use one and now neither of my original spare keys work... so I'll probably have to go pay to have new spares made due to them losing my original key. Their work was fine other than that for the most part.

Dan is rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional! Why they don't keep him in back w the dog, I will never understand! Instead, he is the face of the business! I had to walk away from this place and I advise you to do the same! I give this business one star!

Kim makes our experience a great one. He is the only reason why we go there. I haven't had any problems with our vehicle's either. There was only 1 other problem we had with a tech but that was taken care of by Kim. It's worth coming here. Haven't gone anywhere since I had my vehicle, 2017.

Great friendly group. Did a great job fixing my car.. and sweetly apologized for it being so expensive (was way lower amount than what the dealership wanted to charge)

I had a nail in my tire tread Maine for me they had a couple people ahead of me and him be a little while so I went to the mall. Within 45 minutes I got a call that it was done the nail is only half inch long did not puncture the tire so no repair needed. I know the manager here his name is Kim he runs a great business stop by and see him they'll take care of you.If you found this review helpful please like it thank you.

Ran over a curb just outside their store, and the car detected low tire pressure, and I knew it was flat. Saw the Firestone and turned right in. The guys were attentive, friendly, and honest. The issue turned out to be a bent wheel, but they exhausted all options and gave me some suggestions on what I can do. Very appreciative of the guys there tonight.

Best place in town showed up 20 minutes before close with a nail in my tire only shop open and didn't turn me away because they were close to closing. Awesome people.. thank you

I dropped by this place for a routine car inspection, but it turned into a nightmare. Right after leaving, my car started overheating in no time. Apparently, my belt fell off. They replaced that for free, but later that night, I was stranded on the side of the road because my car overheated again, this time because it was empty of all radiator fluid. Thankfully, my boyfriend's dad came to the rescue. He refilled the fluid, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. It feels like they drained the fluid and forgot to refill it. On top of that, the new belt they installed has been making an annoying screechy sound all week which I assume is because it s loose, so they didn t even do that correctly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

By far the worst Firestone to go to. Only company that has touched my vehicle and has done oil change.. I took it back and they said problem has been fixed. Days later it s still leaking. I take it back says it s the AC. Definitely not. Now the low oil light is on and I am trying to figure out where I go from here!

I popped one of my run-flat tires on a Sunday, these guys had someone drive out Monday morning pick up the tire across town to get my tire swapped! They had me out the door in less that an hour an a half, absolutely first class service from these guys! Would recommend this spot to anyone! Dan is the man to ask for he is even helping us out today with yet another flat. Love these guys !!

I showed up at Firestone 15 minutes to closing (sorry bout dat) and Alek, the technician, was so amazing and offered to patch my tire. He was kind and personable and I appreciated him personally offering to do this. I just spent the whole day at another shop waiting to have my tire fixed and was so frustrated when I got in my car and saw it was still having issues. He stayed late and replaced my tire for me so I wouldn t have to worry about having a blowout. You made my whole night, Alek! I appreciate it!

I've now been to this location a couple of different times and each time has been a pleasure. The installation prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place. I've been to the Sears autocenter several times; everytime Sears serviced my vehicles, I left happy and confident that everything was good. My most recent visit was April 2018.I've had oil changes at other places and always seemed to get an employee who wanted to "upsell" me. I never felt like that here and will continue to go here as long as Sears is around.

The employees explained everything to me and were very up front. I asked a bunch of questions and they were all answered. I want to take good care of my new car and I felt like they helped me figure out what to do without overcharging me.

Needed brakes changed. Made an appointment for 9:15 Saturday morning and was told to wait for a call. I called them at 12:00 for an update and they hadn t got to my car yet. Finally found out which brakes needed changing at 3:00. They told me it d be done on Sunday and here we are. In the shop at 5:15 on Sunday with no end in sight as to when they d be doneService: Brake service & repair

I'd say it's mediocre. I asked for a service on my vehicle and ended up getting just an oil change. They charged over 80$ for it which is sub par. I got 4.3 quarts for 58$.It also took an hour and fifteen minutes.They also tried selling me a bunch of expensive stuff.They get 3 stars because they were able to get me in the day I called which was convenient, but I probably won't be going back.Service: Oil change

This Firestone got me in on a Sunday knowing I had to go to a funeral at a certain time. Dan was able to fit me in and was very understanding also when I got to the counter Chance The service representative was very helpful, even called me and suggested that I needed. A horrible exp�rience! Stay far, far away! They are unethical, incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional. They told me that I need new brakes. I replaced my front brakes one year ago and had my front and rear brakes checked 4 months ago and they were fine. I went to Goodyear next day and they said front and rear brakes were fine. They lied to me. I visually verified measurements within normal range at Goodyear. I just asked them to top off my fluids and they didn t even do that. I did not ask them to check my brakes. They will try to scam you. They find problems that don t exist and did not even do the requested task of simple vehicle check and top off fluids. This is the first and last time I will go to Firestone. They live up to their bad reputation. It explains why their garage was almost empty.In reply to your response, being lied to and treated as stupid was totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory. There was no part of the experience that was satisfactory. This store committed fraud and deception in order to turn a profit. They are tonally untrustworthy. They don t care about their customers.

Paid for a full vehicle inspection, due to my check engine light being on. Turns out it was a Mass Air Flow Sensor, which I paid to have replaced. The light went off and came on a few hours later, took it to Auto Zone and was coded as a Mass Air Flow sensor. I took it back to firestone to discuss the issue as it was something they claimed to have fixed, was told they couldn't look at their mistake that day and to bring it tomorrow. I did this and it turns out this was faulty due to them not checking the engine air filter, even though this is included in the pricing of a full vehicle inspection. Disappointing as I had to pay over $100 for them to not inspect my vehicle completely (who knows what else they skipped) and they did not reimburse me for this, just a "whoops, our bad". Never coming here again.
