I can't speak highly enough about Gene at Finish Line Collision Repair! Gene and his team are nothing short of exceptional. I recently brought my BMW M340i to them for the second time, and once again, they are delivering outstanding work. Their attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to excellence are truly commendable. If you're looking for top-notch collision repair services, look no further than Finish Line Collision Repair. Had some paint work done under an insurance claim a few years ago. Started having issues with the paint on the roof that was done by this company. Been trying to get in touch with them for almost a month now. Sent numerous emails, left multiple voicemails and even spoke to a lady at one time who took name and number and stated that she would pass it along to one of the guys that would be handling the warranty stuff. Was informed by them in the only email I got from them that the paint work they do has a lifetime warranty on it as long as I own the vehicle. Well I cannot get anyone to take the call or call me back and no one will respond to emails. Unfortunately with my schedule I am not able to really get over there during the day. Very unprofessional. At this point it seems like they are avoiding it because it s warranty work so it seems that their warranty is bogus being they are not holding up their end of the process being they cannot call someone back or email anyone back. Been more than patient with trying to get someone to call or email but this is ridiculous. Definitely not going to recommend anyone to this shop and will take this issue father with the appropriate people. All could have been avoided if they would have just had the common courtesy to call or email back with how to handle this but they can t even do that. Very poor business practice. I have attached photos of the garbage work they do and they won t even stand behind it like they said they would. Highly recommend everyone avoid this place. Been trying to get them to fix this for months and they won t even call back.Service: Painting

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at finish line. The way the owner treated a tow truck driver today was unacceptable and disrespectful. Refusing to allow him to use the bathroom and water is not only inconsiderate but also potentially illegal. As a previous customer who has entrusted them with my Bentley, I am shocked by this behavior. This incident has completely eroded my trust in this business. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and network

They diagnosed the damage to my car.They had an opening, so I left my car.Finger print dent and bumper cover.Quote reasonableCan't wait to pick up Monday.The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Gene was great to work with in all aspects of getting my car repaired. I have never in a situation where I needed heavy work repaired on my car but he helped me navigate through the process with ease.Thank you, Gene! I would definitely recommend.

On 11/17/23 I went to the facility for a simple estimate. An older tall male who attended to my request took pictures and said he would have the estimate to me by 11/18/23. I proceeded to call them back on 11/20/23 and 11/21/23 for the promised estimate. I never received the estimate. I surmise that because I was self pay and not an expensive fix they deemed not worth their time and effort. I am very disappointed with their professionalism even though they were highly recommended for their actual repair work. I can't help to think that I was cast aside because I was self paying and not an insurance claim they could keep milking for more payments. Thank you for wasting my time!

Wonderful experience for what I was given. I was in my very first accident, with other drivers insurance taking full responsibility so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Tracy and the rest of the crew made the whole process easy and painless. Communication was great and understanding. Great middle man between insurance and rental company. Definitely felt like family with Tracy, very kind and understanding. Spoke up for me and reminded me to get the babies car seat reimbursed. Very great experience. AND THE BEST PART, I got my car back almost better than before my accident.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Took my car here based on dealer recommendation and reviews and they did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly,The color match was spot on, the work was done quickly and even when they noticed a defect in the paint they informed me and took the time to fix that as well. Will definitely use them again if any future work is needed on my vehicles.

Most amazing body shop. They did everything they were supposed to they even made the truck look brand new with a full detail wash tires and everything including the bed .The insurance company wanted to only provide aftermarket parts, but they fought so that we had the truck exactly how it was before the accident with stock parts.Gene and his crew are amazing I highly recommend them and will only use them if I ever need any body work again.Service: Body & Trim

I had extensive body, suspension, paint and other repair on my Chevy Colorado Z71. Communication was awesome, repairs were done to finest detail. Suspension, new frame, body and paint. They even did some additional detail not expected!!! The culture within this team is amazing and it shows from top to bottom. They even dropped off my truck when I couldn't pick it up myself. They dealt with the insurance company and handled it all. I have been in the service industry for 30 yrs "retired" and I have never experienced anything like this from anyone else. Dealership door dinged my car and had me take it to Finish Line for repair. They did an excellent job on the dent, however, when I got the car home the paint clearly didn't match. I took it back and they agreed with me, that it wasn't right. I was very pleased with their professional approach to the situation. The second time the paint was perfect. I've had collision repair work done over quite a few years, Finish Line is the only shop i will ever use. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. When they were done, the car looked better than new.

Excellent customer service. We were referred here by the Fiat dealer and couldn't be happier. This shop went above and beyond our expectations! They worked with the insurance company and made sure all the work was done well and in a timely manner. We also feel at ease that the car is safe due to new parts. I can't say enough about this company and crew. If we ever find ourselves needing auto body work we will go here.

I oopsed a curb in my truck and tore the front spoiler off. Finishline not only took a look at a moment's notice, they also ordered the part right away and got me squeezed in the same day that it arrived to get replaced and fixed up my headlight too!New part looks great, I have two working headlights now, and they were super nice and easy to work with! I will most definitely recommend them and continue to bring my truck there for anymore oopsies!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Dodge Dart in to have the rear bumper cover replaced after a coworker backed into me at work. The guys at Finishline went above and beyond for me. The initial estimate only took 10 minutes. I didn't feel pressured into doing the work here; I felt comfortable making the decision based on the realistic information I received in terms of pricing and ETA for completion. My car was ready when they said it would be. And what's more, they detailed my car. Not just an exterior wash, but a full on detail. The work was done to my rear bumper and they buffed out some tire marks on my front bumper (5+mo old from running over a piece of tire on the freeway). When I got inside, my whole car had beeb vacuumed and wiped down. It smelled brand new again! I didn't expect anything like this. Needless to say, I am one happy customer.

I had my car towed to Finishline Collision Repair this week. Customer service has been great. I talked to Tracey,she was so very polite and helpful. Tracey explained the process of steps taken before repairs could begin. I felt very comfortable with leaving my car in their care after our accident.

My brand new Dodge Ram got rear ended by a young lady who was texting and driving. Her insurance company wanted to put used aftermarket parts on my brand new truck. Finishline automotive was recommended by the Dodge dealership here in town, I couldn t be more happy. My truck looks brand new again, I can t tell where the damage was by just looking at my truck. They advocated for me with the insurance company, put Dodge parts on my truck and even detailed the interior for me; which after a cross country move with three dogs was looking a bit tired. I m not sure my truck looked this good coming out of the showroom! I am looking forward to taking her back for her bedliner and a few other trinkets. I couldn t be happier!!Service: Body & Trim

Whatever you do , do not take your vehicle to this company they did the worst job possible on my vehicle and better yet I was forced to pay for something that was not completed. Even better they gave me my truck initially the first time with missing bolts that caused my truck hitch to bend into the street and nearly cause a major accident. Yet they still demanded being paid for work not completed and damages not repaired. The sheriff's department was involved and if anybody reads this read it several times and pass it on that this company is fly by night and will take your money . I will be suing this company for all that I can to make sure this never happens to another customer again!!!!!!!

The staff was caring and professional. My dealer suggested Finishline. My car looks like new. I was skeptical to take my car to an small shop. I am glad I listened to the dealer. I wont go anywhere else again.If you want it right, go see these guys. Joesph

I just finally picked up my car n wow just wow what a great job they did not only did they put their heart into making sure my car was repaired 100% they even cleaned it it was so dirty when they took it the people were very kind n worked very hard
