So efficient, so kind, so quick.The gentleman took great care of my vehicle when it got broken into. They went above and beyond and assisted me and my friend with a couple other issues we had with our cars and he really didn t have to. Exceptional customer service. Just the sweetest people on the planet. Very thankful for them!!

On time, friendly, fast, convenient, and well done! I drive a Jeep and they replaced it exactly as it came with all the emblems and everything. Even moved my car wash stick over. I d used them again for sure! This is my second time with them in 2 months for 2 different cars. I m a happy customer.

We reached out to Express Auto Glass after a poor experience with another mobile repair company completely ignored us. Their office staff was very helpful. They started our claim immediately! Their mobile replacement team was amazing! They worked quickly and were done in under an hour. I have used Express Auto Glass multiple times for business and personal vehicles. I have had chips repaired and windshields replaced. I have always received beyond amazing customer service from placing a phone call to scheduling mobile repair/replacement and when the technician arrives the excellent customer service continues. My insurance sent me to them last month and I'm so glad they did. Victor, the owner, went out of his way to make it a great experience. They ran into trouble getting my cameras to calibrate after the windshield replacement and they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. He drove the 60 miles round trip to pick up and drop off my vehicle and they returned it in better condition than I left it in. They vacuumed it! I was impressed. Excellent customer service. I called right after getting a rock-chip in my windshield, measuring about an inch. Angelica verified my insurance and coverage, so there was no out-of-pocket cost to me. They set an appointment for the next day between 8am and Noon. Henry called me at about 10:15am to let me know he would be arriving just before Noon. He also said he would call when he was 20 minutes away, which he did. Henry was prompt, polite, kind and quick. He said it would take about 15 minutes, and he was right. My windshield looks great. It was excellent doing business with Express Auto Glass. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys were fast and thorough, and so kind and so interesting as an added bonus that I felt enriched by hanging around and talking to them as they worked.They came out a second time today, ninths later, for a differentvehicle. Service was horrible, office Staff was very rude. The windshield wasn't installed properly. After the installaller came back to fix my windshield, it still with the same issue. I contacted back the installer, I haven't heard back from anyone. They promise me a $100 card for the issue I never received the card. I will never use this company again.

Victor and his team were amazing. Not only did I get a warm welcome I was dropped off to a shop nearby while my car was being repaired. Afterwards my car was brought back to me with a brand new windshield all ready to go. They did the tint strip on my windshield in a very professional manner. I was given a complete explanation, and it was installed in a timely fashion. This was on the windshield they replaced. I am extremely satisfied. 5 Stars!

Extremely professional and very quick service! I contacted them and was offered service on the same day! They can meet you in town or you can visit their new location in tucson. When I went, they had just started moving in but made sure to have a chair set up for me and offered me water. I filed a claim through my insurance on a Wednesday and by Friday, Express Auto Glass was outside my home working on my windshield. Express auto glass just left and I m so happy! Enriqu and Eddie were awesome! They came masked and gloved and were very fast, friendly, and sufficient! They were done in no time, and they cleaned off everywhere they touched! Can t say enough about the amazing people that work here! Thank you so much for fixing my windshield so fast! Henry was a true professional. He notified me when he was 15 minutes away, found my car in a hidden back parking lot, then called me to tell me he was starting and even asked if I wanted a carwash sticker put on my next windshield. Henry and Eddie were extremely cordial, polite, and friendly when they got here. They practiced social distancing, finished the job in less than 30 minutes, and gave instructions on what not to do with a new windshield replacement on the first day!
