Scott, The owner/operator of Erv's has earned my TRUST. He took on an undesirable project, finished it with a great result at a great price. Scott took on my mustang and from day 1, I never doubted his honesty and integrity. The experience with Erv's was the best I could ever dream of from an auto shop. I would recommend him with any reservation.

I have had 2 vehicles worked on by Erv s automotive. They are quick, fairly priced and honest. Hard to find mechanics with all three qualities, but this place does have them. They explain what is wrong and discuss the options for fixing based on how long you are keeping the vehicle and how much things cost.

I paid nearly $20K for a substandard job. Solid family business where Scott, his son, and sometimes his wife, are always available. The work is thorough, honestly priced, and readily explained.And listen to this: if you re in for an oil change, schedule 8 or 9 a.m., go next door to International Pancake House for a healthy breakfast and get called when the car/truck is ready! I ve done it for years.

Showed up at 8am to find the store wasn't open yet. I was turning in a Uhaul Trailer. An employee showed up at 810am and started to accept the turn in. Another employee, amputee, opened the door to his Nissan Altima and a dog came running towards me barking and growling. I literally thought I was going to be bitten. Very aggressive behavior and the gentleman just laughed and went inside. I'm a combat veteran and a Wounded Warrior who has worked with many service animals during my career. There is no way in hell that's a service dog. It was definitely an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I will not be using them as a shop or Uhaul again.

As much as I hate doing this I need to express my disappointment in Erv's automotive repair. I took my sons truck into Ervs for a final look over before giving it to him as his birthday gift. I was issued an estimate for 3200.00, I was obviously shocked as I was told it was a few minor things from a previous mechanic. I took it to someone else for for a another opinion and was disappointed to hear it didn't need the majority of work that Ervs recommended.The owner and staff are very nice and I sincerely hope this was a greedy mechanic that misinformed the owner, maybe for his commission? As I said, I hate writing a bad review, I know it effects a persons business but feel it was necessary after the bill to correct the work needed was under 700.00 and all is fixed and running great. I also feel charging almost 300.00 to diagnose and issue an estimate was excessive.

Erv and company were great to work with. My husband was in Tucson to take me to the airport before driving back to Guaymas, Mexico, in our 1998 Toyota pick-up. The check engine light was on and he didn't want to have an engine failure in the middle of the desert in Mexico. They squeezed us in and made the repairs and I'm on a plane and my husband and the truck are headed south. Thanks, Erv, to you and your crew! (Erv's dogs are great, too).

Profesional and honest auto shop. The place was very clean and organized. I liked it so much I wanted to work there. I am taking my Camaro in for some work and they will be my preffered shop from now on.

Just came from Erv's. I always take my 2017 Buick there for service. They have kept my car running smoothly. My rear taillight went out on Saturday and I was driving to Phoenix Monday. I knew I needed a safe car and spoke with Jeffrey on Monday morning. The taillight was repaired at noon within 15 minutes of my arrival.It sounds funny, but when I take my car to Erv's, I have so much trust in Scott, Jeffrey and Mike that it makes me think that this could be similar to how some very competent brothers would fix their sister's car.Really a great place to service your car!
