These people are super nice. We had an emergency and had to get on the road due to a medical issue (with a flat tire) and they helped us immediately. I can't thank you all enough!

Price was great ($125) and the service was fast and reliable. They mounted and balanced a set of 35/12.5R20 tires. All four where done in less than an hour which was awesome for me to see. Will definitely be going back in the future.

The customer service is great here. Even though I'm a woman, they didn't make me feel out of place and explained everything to me. Kevin was very helpful with the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to get your oil changed fast and efficient! They did my Ram eco Diesel in about 20 minutes. Very happy and at a great price too!

I went all over town looking for a place to repair a rim. They said they could. Let's wait and see the results when they come back. 25 days later, they gave me an excuse that the computer crashed and had no way of contacting me. The rims were not fixed. When I asked for the rims and that the tires be returned, they acted as if they knew nothing. My advice keep moving find somewhere else to spend your time and money as I did.

Hi, I'm giving you this rating because you were wonderful and understanding. You fitted me right in and got the job done. Now the bad part. You finished the job and it showed 24 lbs, you said it would come up as I drove. It never went up and my fiancee went to work at 11 pm, came out this morning and the tire was almost completely flat. He knew he couldn't make it home. So, he went to a shop on the east side by his work. They said the patch had come off and it couldn't be fixed again. So, he ended up having to buy a new tire and still pay them! And I also paid you. It quickly became an expensive cost, that no one was prepared for. Not a super huge fan... service the last 2 visits minimal. Not busy yet wait times are pretty long. Prices are not competitive. Their snap finance is clearly the bread and butter

Highly recommend them for tires, brakes, suspension components and oil changes. They took amazing care of my entire family! Fast, friendly service we all miss!! Excited to go back and take care of more overdue car repairs. Cannot recommend enough!! Give them a shot! You wont regret it, new lifetime customer.

They ignored the fact that I purchased tires from them previously even though they opened my account on the computer. My mechanic said I had a nail in my current tire and I went from the repair shop to Embassy and dropped my car off for repair. They called and said I had 3 nails and it couldn't be repaired. I would have to purchase not only 1 tire but 2, front and back. When I came to see where the nail was, they showed me 4-5 nails in front tire and 1 in the back. Very suspicious to say the least. I'll never go back or recommend this establishment.

Best place for great service. Honest people. I ve been a customer for about 5 plus years. Something goes on w/ one of my vehicles-1st place I call is Embassy tires on 6 th & Valencia. They don t just do tires/ they have knowledgeable Mechanics I have had a number of things done on several vehicles. From a flat tire repair- oil change, diagnostic test, tune up, struts, brakes, lift kit, leveling kit, electrical, starter, thermostat and the list goes on. So they are not just a tire & wheel service place. If u got an issue w/ your car Give them a call.

I called quite a few different places before I chose this one. They re very friendly and kind hearted they got the job done fast and convenient price Wouldn t choose anywhere else happy I found this place definitely going to be using in the future

Went to Embassy to get a tire mounted on a rim and balanced. Diesel took me in right away and got the tire mounted and installed. When he was finished, he put the tire in the bed of my truck (pretty heavy and bulky). Excellent service all the way around. I'll have Embassy do all my tire work from now on.

Great customer service, I been taking my car for tires and repairs for about 5 years and always 100 percent service. The team of workers and especially the management team show so much care and compassion for their customers. I know when I go to them they will take of me.
