Quick service and fair pricing. Courteous staff and straight forward quotes. Open 7 days. Would recommend. The business was cash only when I was there.

Although they were quick to help, I was quoted a lower price on the phone and told a higher price when I got there.Out of all south side tire places , even the lowest quoted price was still higher than the other shops.They do have a huge lot though.Card machine was also down so it was cash only, but it could have been just that day.

I ve been coming to El tingon for a while and I have to say they have the best service and the lowest price I ve seen in Tucson. They are very quick and reliable to come to get your tires changed.

If I could do Zero stars I would,DONT COME HERE IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY, COME W. Someone WHO KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH.SOME OF THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO HUSTLE YOU $20 JUST TO TAKE OFF A RIM AND PUT IT BACK ON , WHEN REALLY THEY CHARGE $10

I was recommended by Chicos Tires Shop for a Weel repair. It was a great experience. I went there and was treated with customer service satisfaction. I recommend this place #1 for wheel repair and tire service for everyone who see my review.

Employees aren't honest and are giving this location a bad reputation. Employees give you a different price rather then what the shop really charges. So be careful in getting scammed by the Employees.

This place just charges you what they want to charge for services. There are no listed prices for services. I visited this location to swap new tires on a set of rims 2 weeks ago. I returned today to do for the exact same service on a different sent of rim same size and all, and I was charged almost double the amount. When I addressed the worker about the difference in price, I was told I was given a deal last time which I was unaware of to even appreciate it. I would have understood if he statedprices had changed but say i did you a deal was unprofessional to say, nor would that make me want to return there. I definitely will not return to this store ever. I will wait it out at Rafael's tire shop. Thats what I get for not staying loyal.

As a proud owner of 4 vehicles I want people to know and need to be aware of this major issue. As I don't want anyone to be in an accident or feel like they got scamed.So it all started when we took my moms car to get a patch job on Saturday -which of course we got charged a good amount for-. The following morning the tire was completly flat. We took it back and they said it had a lot of nails in it (which was odd because we didn't use the car after we patched it). Then on Monday we took our truck to get a small patch at the same place and the next day our tire Blew up at of nowhere driving down Golflins rd and nearly got in a car accident. Finally a friend of ours got a patch job also last Wednesday and had warned us that his tire was flat the next day.. I am not sure what they are doing over there to the tires that they are not succeeding.They will not get my or my families business again.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I use to like this place back in the dayBut now it just seems like everybody does what they want. Nobody is in a rush to help you or get you out!Last time I'll be coming here

They get you in and out. Tell them what you need or the problem and they'll get you cared for.Always training young workers also which I love!Tingon mascot sometimes can be spotted!

Left my tire at 55 psi too much psi could result into blowing up my tires as if they wanted my tire to blow up safety concern they really don t care about the public safety

My brother went here to get some tires on his truck, they are a bit overpriced. If you care about your wheels I WOULDNT Recommend this place. Only good thing there are open on Sundays.

I tried two other tire shops they all had a wait of 1.5-2.0hrs of wait. I left & decided to head to El Tingon Tire Shop as I drove in to thee above mentioned Abraham instructed me to pull my truck into an empty slot, I stated to him I needed to have a nail pulled out and patch he wasted no time, in a matter of 15mins Abraham had me in & out. I will strongly recommend to anyone to take they're vehicle(s) to this tire shop they will recieve very professional service.

I came in 5 minutes after close and needed a tire mounted and installed in place of the donut I currently had installed. No questions asked and no fuss made (even though they were closed/closing up shop) these guys helped me out and I was in and out of the shop in 5-10 minutes max! Great place for a quick tire fix and great team of guys working there. 5 stars all the way, I would and WILL recommend them to anyone�

Went in last week because I had tried out some rims that were not the right size ended up messing up all of my studs. I called them and they said they can replace them all for me. They had it done pretty quick, and even stayed after hours until I got off of work to go pick it up. Everyone was super friendly, and they kept me updated throughout the whole job. I went in again today for a patch on one of my tires, very short wait. I will definitely be going back for a new set of tires.

They did an amazing job!!!! I went there with an emergency situation (time sensitive stuff) and they helped me even though they were almost closed. They helped me beyond my expectations, I went there hoping to fix one problem and they tackled both. Forgot to get the guys name that helped me, but I appreciate you bro!!!

I liked the old owner but nowadays I have to say this place is not my first of choice, I went in for a set of new tires and paid for them and a tire alignment, after I left it drove smoothly for a day then I felt a rumbling every time I stepped on the brakes... took it to another tire shop and they said my alignment was off, they fixed it and now it has been running smoothly... hope the best though for the company.

Very very bad service. I called them twice and asked about an exact price of an alignment on Toyota 4Runner and they said it s $70. Then I asked again am I right an alignment will be $70 on my car? And they said yes . And then I came to them and they started increasing a price and said that $70 it s to small cars. I asked them why did they told me by the phone that the price on my car is $70 and now they increased a price. I said that I don t wanna pay to liars. I spent lot of time to come there and heard just lying and efforts to increase the price. They just wasted my time. I ready to pay for a service but for a good and fair service.

This is one of the best place to get tires. Good workers and have a fast pace of getting in and out of there. Even give you good deals on used and new tires. So if your looking for a good tire shop this is the place to go on 12th Ave. Abraham did my tired for me. Thank you.

Abraham & Steve are good dudes,came here and got some tires for my ride at very good condition.They were going to sell them for 50 but they hooked it up BIG TIME 100 bill went down to 80.Now take note that my car uses specific tires and size, so prices vary. For tires, they cut the price by 20 buck fam!I been with these guys since their 1st shop on 12th and Valencia. I'll be getting oil changes here too for now on too.Come here fam, El tingo 100% Were They Sell Used tires were you can't even tell if they're brand new or used!

El Tingon Tire Shop there is it inconvenience please to work with ,I needed two tires for my daughters vehicle , it was towards the end of the day I called them up they gave me a good price I was able to buy an extra tire for her spare for her vehicle, Maria the receptionist to talk to me on the phone was very helpful knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs, all the workers very knowledgeable helpful courteous and most of all made it a pleasant experience, the tire shop was very clean, I highly recommend El Tingon Tire Shop. We have a nail in our tire, we called at 415pm and asked if they would be willing to repair tire today before they close they close at 5pm. They said yes come on down and we could do that for you. We get their at 430pm and they say "sorry but we're not doing repairs" we drove about 15 minutes out from where we were just to have them turn us away. We have been customers for many years but will no longer be back.

Worst customer service ever... balanced tires with them... weights came off by the time I got home and they don t want to warranty their service. If you go there don t balance tires...Answer: do not change the history because that will give you word customer service. I advised you specifically the reason I didn t put my tires on the truck was because I hand washed them and polish them with a soft towel. I don t not use abrasive chemicals or anything else the way I explained you. No worries I will take pictures of the weights put a claim on BBB I will do the right thing specially because you lied on you replied and I will send my ring video with last week video I was hand washed my wheels. Thank you please don t delete your post I already took screenshots
