My husband took his car here and the paint job was terrible, not worth a dime. Paint runs everywhere, marks where someone or something brushed against it, an orange peel look in many places, and a huge mistake on one of the doors. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to love their paint job. Spend your money elsewhere, if we had known the poor job quality beforehand, we never would have gone. When we told them about the mistakes, we were answered with "I thought it was just to drive around with" as if that was a good excuse for such a bad job. We were very disappointed.I may not have been there when my husband dropped the car off here, but I am allowed to review this business by my experience.We had a deadline for a certain thing we wanted to go to with the car. We did some prep on our own to help the process go faster, and were under the impression the business would still sand it down and prep it. He brought it to be painted so that it would look good for the things he wanted to take it to, and would be wrapping it in the future, but still expected a quality job that he paid for. We didn't want to spend big bucks on it, but we also wanted a good job, and we obviously didn't get that.If the paint didnt matter we would have done it ourselves or not at all. They had us pick up the car right before they closed, and I felt like we were rushed to leave. When we were off the property, we looked over the car in more detail and saw what I feel are big mistakes, especially being up close.My husband was upset over the terrible job, and with the little time we had left, we decided to spend the money to get the car wrapped immediately. We did not trust this business to do a better job in less time than they had previously after what they gave us.We called to let the business know how we felt, they wanted us to email them the pictures.I emailed the pictures and asked for a refund or I would let people know the product they give. When I never even got an answer back, I decided to leave my review.I just want people to know, that is all. They can make their own decisions from there.

I took my Firebird in with horrendous paint that was some combination of peeling and/or chipping off. $1050 later it looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Before and after photos below.

David isn t going to try and sell you on anything. I came in for a quote and he said my car could get some spot treatments done but said the car is in good shape so he advised me to keep my money. That type of honesty is rare. Thank you David.

Just picked up my vehicle from Dr. Spray & I am beyond PLEASED with the results! I was recommended by my Mom to your business & to Shannon. Shannon was nothing short of sweet with fantastic customer service. She was quick & clear when providing a quote. The turnaround was 3 days. After getting several high estimates for painting a bumper and side moulding piece, I was referred to All Better. They gave a very reasonable $338 estimate to paint the WHOLE car. The turnaround was less than 2 days and the paint job was meticulous and professional. I'm very happy with the color and the work done. They are customer focused and will go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

My friend recommended me to this place. My car got keyed and I took it here to get fixed. Shannon took great care of me she is very professional, an amazing person overall, and they did a stellar job on my car! She truly cares about customer satisfaction as she went above and beyond for me! I had a very good experience here. I needed bodywork and paint done and was looking for something relatively inexpensive. They not only fixed the dents better than I expected but also the paint job was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the employees actually drove me back to work after I dropped off my car in the morning which was unexpected and appreciated. There was a minor delay in getting my car back but that was due to a spot that needed to be touched up and they made sure it happened at no additional cost.I would recommend this auto body shop to people who are looking for an inexpensive dent removal and/or paint job.

I've never had to have a vehicle painted before, so I can't really compare the quality to other shops, but what I can say is that the pricing was by far the best of any shop I got a quote from, and the quality of work is great.I brought in a Nissan 350z which had terribly faded paint, chipped and hazy headlights, and a few minor dents. I had the dents fixed, headlights restored, and the bad paint sanded down to bare metal. I had it painted their Ultraviolet color, with 2 coats of clear, and UV protection. Out the door, it was just a bit over $1,100 for everything. Maaco quoted me more than twice as much, for less work.The orange peeling is minimal, paint looks wet, and I didn't have overspray on anything of importance. Just a bit on the weather strips, but that's easy enough to remove. I am extremely pleased, and a bit surprised by how well it came out considering the price I paid. I would not hesitate to bring another car to them.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Tom was great to work with, and helped me figure out exactly what needed to be done, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an affordable, and quality paint job.

I now have had a fifth car painted here, and while I'm usually helped by Shannon the new guy was helpful as well. I'll never go anywhere else because for the price I pay o can't ask for a better timetable. I've had everything from whole cars to spot jobs done, and I've never had a problem. The office staff is so informative I feel like I could explain to someone else how the process is done, and the quality at which the job comes out is impeccable.

I have had more than one car painted here. I always walk away happy, no problems and excellent work. If there was something I didn't quite understand, the friendly office staff helped me to understand. I would recommend this place to every driver looking for a good paint job at a reasonable price.

Great experience. Thoroughly explained all processes of both the body and paint work applications. Answered all my questions and gave great feedback/service. Didn't try to over sell me while simultaneously working within my budget and needs to get the job done right. I had multiple areas addressed and my entire truck painted for an honest reasonable price. Timeline of completion was very good. Definitely recommend for reliable trustworthy paint and body work whatever your needs may be.

Tom the manager is just about as OCD as me and really takes the time and makes the effort to make sure you get what you want within a very reasonable price point. Really made the effort to make sure my car came out as clean and smooth as humanly possible and has no problem rectifying any issues you might have along the way not to mention got it finished within about 7 days. When it comes to any other projects or paint needs I have Dr Spray is going to be the place I go no problem hands down.

This place is the very best. Best price in town. Best paint job in town. The Manager (Tom/Jack) is the best manager. My old black 2006 Acura TLS went in looking like it should be given to a salvage yard and it came out looking like new. Better than new. I am absolutely delighted.

Dr Spray Paint & Body in Tucson Az was awesome! The entire crew, Specifically, Tom and Javier. They were very friendly and efficient. The cost for a full body paint job was very reasonable and the best in town. It was completed in the estimated time frame. I was unsure of what color I really wanted and they recommended Candy Apple Red and it turned out fantastic. Sincerely, Charlie G

Dr. Spray did an amazing job with my car. The turn around was incredible fast and the quality is top notch. The price was about half of the other quotes I got and I got the upgraded package. My car looks unbelievably different, I didn t notice it parked outside when I went to pick it up. Cannot recommend enough!!!

My 2012 Juke looked terrible as I had it previously painted and the paint was awful and the top coat was peeling all over the car. I was referred to Dr. Spray and I was extremely happy with the work done. The price was great, the attention to detail was amazing and my car looks new again. I am once again happy with my little car. Thanks to everyone who did such an outstanding job.

I had my car painted here and they worked with me based on my budget. We talked about what I only wanted worked on for the paint job. I was given several options for the service and we both agreed to which seemed best for me. I was given the opportunity to rent a vehicle for the convenience of it taking a few days. I was overall happy with my decision and the outcome of the vehicle.

Good price and nice paint job for the money. Tom and his crew brought my fading Expedition back to life. It's been about six months since they painted and I am still very happy. I will go back to them for all my future painting needs.

Cant really give a review because when i went to schedule my paint job the painter hadnt shown up to work so i went back a few days later& the samething. Both days the manager was so stressed he couldn't take phone calls ect. I took my car to AAG & it was a blessing. Renee at AAG did a great job at a great price.Im only replying to the owners comment. Its very sad that you lost an employee but thats not how it was put to me sir. I was told 2 different days that the painter is always late & sometimes doesnt show up at all. The manager was so stressed out saying he had to answer phones, prep cars & take care of customers walking in & thats not what hes accustomed to where hes from i believe he said Tennessee. I was never told the painter was ill & the manager was clear that it had nothing to do with an illness. As the owner if ypur shop has the painter out with a deadly illness like that you might want to get more help in to cover.

Went to about 6 paint shops and this was the lowest quote. The job was finished when promised and at quoted price. My 2012 car looked new when I picked it up. Would be glad to recommend them.

These guys met and exceeded my expectations on my 71 Jimmy. Would go back to them with any project i have. I went to them with a budget and a time line them met both. Eli was very professional. The color i wanted is a very hard color to find/make. They did the research and produced the code for my verification. I wanted to have pictures throughout the process and he took plenty. Along the way he was in constant contact if something came up. Asked before they did the work. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and finished product.

Do not be deceived by their "special packages" B.S. on the the website. If you have an older car with a low blue book value expect to get an estimate no lower than 1200 -1500 dollars to paint your car just for basic paint. Spoke to the guy for 20 min and it is way deceiving

All better auto painting used to have a manager by the name of Shannon.She was a little rough around the edges but was was easy to talk to and honored everything that she said she would.Now it appears they have a Live in manager named Eli. He apparently lives behind the shop in an alley and smells to high heaven he wears blue scrubs and I think that is because he feels more comfortable in a jail cell jumpsuit. in my estimation it would be a mistake to leave your car key with him.This shop is now scarey and unreliable. Oh ya, make sure you do not leave a deposit because you I will take your money and then not show you in the computer for some reason.

OK usually don't put reviews but this place I had too they turned my black rust bucket Mitsubishi 3000gt into a crazy nice blue, I've gotten several complements and all the other place charge crazy amounts, but them they do it for love of cars so I got it for a good price definitely recommend.

Been doing business with these guys for over 8 and half years.They always get the job done.Everytime I bring them a car its in and out, they are very efficient.They offer a reasonable price with a variety of options.If there is ever any issues they take care of it.They got a wide variey of colors and pearls,I choose a different one everytime.~ Steve

For repairs & affordable paint work, this is your place to go bnb in Tucson, do not mind the location, the work is what's important. If you are looking for omg car show, then pay for that, they can make it happen, if you are just looking to revive you old whip on a budget, they can help you with that also. I will be sending everyone I know looking to get repairs or repaint done to these guys.
