They were able to get our vehicle in quick and determine where the coolant leak(s) were. The estimate was reasonable and they were willing to work with the warranty company, which covered about half of the cost. Very good experience overall and friendly, timely service.

I've been a customer here for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't trust my auto service needs anywhere else. With competitive prices, friendly staff, and top-notch mechanics, I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto service.

Fantastic local shop. They were communicative, fairly priced, and did excellent work. They diagnosed and repaired a problem with my 06 Malibu fuel pump that other shops in town quoted me double the price and double the time for. I ll definitely be back with the auto work I can t do myself at home!

I'm amazed by the great service that was provided to vehicle in a timely manner. I had previously taken my vehicle to another mechanic that ended up messing up my car worse than it was and overcharged me for it!I contacted Douglas Auto repair last week and made an appointment this week because my engine light was on and my car was acting up weird. after properly diagnosing the car they ended up ordering the proper parts and doing a great job fixing it! The service was a job well done and at a very honest price. I will be coming to this place If I ever need a car service again. I'll make sure to mention the place to my colleages for whenever they need a car service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Long drive for oil change but worth the inconvenience. Saved me hundreds of dollars first visit. Recommended not buying most expensive new tires. Sun damage will destroy tires before warranty expires. Honest car service.

Great service, quick quality. Until I saw the intentional hole welded into my exhaust pipe. $600.00 to repair the damage at a more reputable shop won't be forgotten soon!

Top notch service. My heater issue was diagnosed after a brief description of problem. Work was performed in the time and price promised - and my pickup had out of state plates! The place may be a bit off the beaten path, but definitely worth finding.

They came highly recommended by a family member but I thought I'd get a few other quotes too. They were the lowest and when it came time to pay, the labor was even less than the initial estimate so they are clearly honest tracking their time!

I have taken my truck here for repairs and each time it is done quickly and for a reasonable price. I now recommend this place to people, I feel they are honest and jean at the front desk is always sweet and goes out of her way to be helpful! My last visit I was in a time crunch and they moved things around so that I could pick my truck up at the end of their business day, not many places make that much of an effort, especially when so busy. I will continue to be a returning customer!

Honest and reasonable. The work they did was $300 less than the quote from the shop I used to go to. They were reasonable and took into consideration what I use the car for instead of telling me a long list of small flaws that didn t need to be addressed at this time. I will definitely be back for my car and my wife s car.

Very honest and reasonable pricing. I was a little hesitant to bring our vehicle here since it has always been dealer serviced since day 1. Shop is very "country" which should be obvious due to its location but they are fully equipped and extremely knowledgeable. Staff was also really friendly! I'll be returning here instead of the dealer from now on.

Exactly what you want in an auto shop.They are expert mechanics, who are honest, friendly, and empathetic. What more could you want?They ll give a thorough evaluation of your vehicle and then patiently work with you to explore the options of how to handle it so that you can make the best decision for your situation.This place is a diamond in the rough and I hope the stick around for many years to come.Totally worth it!

Douglas Auto is fantastic! They clearly explain options and openly acknowledge when a repair isn't necessary (fixes an annoyance that won't affect anything else). When I used to do repairs on my own car, they would even do partial repairs so I could do the rest.In the 12 years we have gone to them, we have never had an issue. We use them for all our car repair/maintenance needs.

Douglas Auto easily has the most helpful and knowledgeable mechanics in the Tucson area. They work efficiently and honestly. All the work I've brought to them has been done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I have never been pressured to have unnecessary work done by them. I have never had a bad experience with Douglas Auto, and I don't plan on getting my car serviced anywhere else as long as they're in business.

They are great ! They do a fantastic job and everyone there is very friendly. They are reliable and will let you know if something really needs to be done or if it can wait. I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years. Thank you for taking care of me!!!!

I have been going to this shop since it was a 2 man operation. I got to know Bob Douglas and his wife very well over the 20 + years. Very respectable people, as are their children and son inlaws. This is the most honest shop I have ever taken my vehicles to. Will not ever go to another shop ever! Keep up the good work.

Great mechanics and they won't charge you for all the unnecessary bs that other car places do.... I won't take my car anywhere else now... And I just found out it lets out right onto my road by my house so bonus! Thanks for the great work, fair prices, and helpful service! Customer for life now!

We've been coming here for about 2 years now and we are really impressed with the service we have received. Some of it had been routine maintenance and some repairs. I've had issues in the past with dishonest mechanics. We love the people that work here and trust them. We've got nothing but high praise for Douglas Auto.

Friendly and helpful. They fixed an issue that another repair shop "fixed" for me earlier this year. However, the experts at Douglas Auto actually fixed it correctly the first time for half the price and I didn't have to return multiple times to have them correct sloppy work. I will certainly be taking my truck back to them for my future repair and maintenance needs.
