Poor communication. We talked and he admitted that he outsourced the car washes but never called us to let us know he was doing that. See below...He is trying yo fix the issue and said he will be out in Monday to wash both cars.Hired him to come out to detail two cars. He said he would be out between 8-9 when it will be very cold that morning. Day came and he was half an hour late. Then when I asked why he was late, he proceeded to tell me that it was too cold to run his water equipment. Now mind you a quick phone call would have changed the WHOLE SITUATION but there was none.So no call to reschedule or say he is coming later and then complained about the washing when he could have started on the inside till it warmed up.

Fast, efficient, professional.I contacted them for Motorcycle detailing and received a reply within an hour with information and availability. I was able to come in the following saturday for an amazing care and service. Overall great experience. Needed a full interior detail badly after years of dogs and camping out in the desert had done a number on our 4Runner. Dom did an amazing job, the interior looks and feels like new. True professionals who are clearly passionate about quality. Pro equipment. Pro products. Pro application and technique. I had a complete interior detail of a 2018 Maxima with about 3 years of business road trips putting the dull and dusty all over everything. Every square inch of the car's cabin now looks showroom new. Upholstery, carpet, consoles, bezels, instrument cluster, glass. Any and all. Even the floor mats look completely renewed! Dom got me in quickly and was able to knock out multiple dents on my WRX within an hour at a very reasonable price. Can t even tell where any of the dents were. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Had someone back into my car and cause a good amount of damage to my front fender from the moment of first contact they were nice and professional they were even able to go out of their way to be able to squeeze me in when they had a busy a busy week along with giving me a ride to and from the shop I swear my fender came out looking better than before I had somebody back into it highly recommend I will be returning anytime I ever have any kind of body work that needs doing and all at a more than reasonable price especially for the high quality of work that they do!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto detailing
