I like their bundling of oil change packages where you can buy 3 and save some money. I really struggle with their service time.. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. My car was 90 minutes late just going back. That's absurd.

My husband and I were looking for either a TRX or Durango Hellcat and when we called the dealership Carlos the salesman was fantastic. He was courteous respectful and was very knowledgeable about these high performance vehicles. Thank you Carlos for making our car buying experience enjoyable. Monika

They worked us in for an oil change without an appointment, even though they were short handed and very busy. Daniel, our Service Advisor (?) was very friendly and didn t seem to mind the litany of questions that I asked about various little issues that I ve noticed with my vehicle. Every Service associate that we encountered was friendly, competent and professional even though the place kept getting busier. A couple of them even stopped by to meet our dog and give her treats!Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I can highly recommend this location for service. Great job Larry H. Miller Ram and team, and thanks again for taking such good care of us today!

A year ago I purchased a used 2017 Fiat 500e (electric) from a dealership in Phoenix. It was due for its annual inspection. I had purchased an extended warranty and wanted to maintain the car as required. I contacted the service department at Larry Miller Dodge / Fiat and explained the situation and my concerns about Phoenix being too far to go and whether they were capable of servicing my electric vehicle. I was surprised when they told me to bring it in the next day that it wouldn't be a problem. When I brought it in the service staff explained the process and set my mind to ease. The waiting room was comfortable and provided coffee and snacks. The whole process took less than hour. The technician inspected the car and didn't find any issues needing attention. They didn't even charge me for it. Thanks Larry Miller for going the extra mile. Highly recommend this dealership.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I've had a pretty subpar experience in the past, but this last visit, everything was great with each step. The initial call to schedule the service was much easier and the employee who answered was super kind an helpful. My service advisor was kind as well, he managed to get one of the repairs needing a new part done in one day. The other employees who helped me where also much more friendly. I don't know whats changed since December but I am grateful for it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had to have the car radiator replaced. They got us in the same day and the radiator was replaced the next morning. We were traveling so we really appreciated the help from the service personal and dealer. I took two different cars to Larry Miller Dodge Ram Tucson, a few months apart, for oil change and tire rotation. I was quite satisfied with the experience.It was easy to schedule the appointments online, and the drop-off process was efficient. The service advisor provided useful information and offered me a discounted package of 3 synthetic oil changes for the newer car, which I accepted because it was a pretty decent deal.I waited for the car today; the waiting area is large and well-appointed, with free WiFi, comfortable seating, and decent coffee & beverages available. Both cars were done right, right on time.I just moved to town, and I'm glad I found a reliable MOPAR service department.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am not able to give 5 stars because of their timing. Last time I took wife's car for scheduled maintenance it took over 2 hours beyond estimated time.i scheduled the first appointment of the morning so I was sure to get out quick. This time I took my pickup and was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, it took 2 1/2 hours. Otherwise service itself seems to be good.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first use of this dealership as I am a new resident of Tucson. The service department provided an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Sam Miller was my service coordinator and he kept me informed during the repair process and assisted me in utilizing my extended warranty. Took the truck in for a tire rotation and oil change..waited three hours since this is my only vehicle only to get it back without the tires being rotated..told the guy over the phone what I wanted and the service advisor when I showed up only to have both of them miss that tire rotation. I drive a one ton dually with alcoa rims so they would of needed to dismount and rebalace tires..wondering if this was why they didn't do it...oh well. Nice guys other then only getting half of what I wanted done.

I ran into trouble with my spider 124. I was on a recruiting trip. SAM WAS AMAZING! he took care of everything, got me back on the road and set up a rental. We didn't miss any of our appointments! Had it fixed and ready to go the next day. His service and confidence was so awesome. I was planning to wait for my car to be serviced however they where on a delay but the dealership offered (and paid for) an Uber (aka free of charge both ways)!I have to say it was not the day I was planning but they took care of everything to make it a great day for me.My service advisor was Daniel, super good guy, easy to talk to and he explained everything.Great job service team!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I typically hate going to car dealerships, but this time my experience was painless. I got my oil changed which took 1 hour 30 minutes. Kellie made the experience painless. She greeted me with a smile on arrival and walked me to my truck after the service was performed. Super friendly. The price was of $50 was reasonable too which included tire rotation and inspection.Service: Oil change

Poor service. Called to schedule appointment for a recall item, girl took my VIN number, verified the recall for my truck, then put me on hold to contact the parts department to verify that the parts were in. She came back in after five minutes and told me the parts were all in stock. Showed up for my appointment a week later, after taking the day off, and service manager said, no parts were in, and that parts can only be ordered once the vehicle was there. So he would take my info and order the parts, but it would be at least two weeks. Complete waste of time. Unless something changes I do not recommend. Also, tomorrow is two weeks and I have heard nothing about the parts coming in.Service: Engine repair

Kellie was spot-on. This was my final service appointment included when I purchased my truck. She got me in, let me know what to expect, and gave me a number to call if I had questions while I waited. After the service was done she explained what would be required next time and how much it would cost.Don't know how anything could have been handled better than the job done by Kellie.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle maintenance, Oil change

The service department was professional and very friendly. I was traveling through the area and they were able to locate the part and have it delivered the next day rather than it taking the week they initially thought it would take to order it. Juan, my technical advisor was great. He actually recognized the issue having seen it before I imagine making the whole diagnostic portion of the service much more efficient.Service: Electrical

We originally took our other truck in for a window repair and the salesman convinced us to get a newer "better" truck. The truck was newer and we figured it would work great for our family. Then, three weeks later I'm driving my children through town and the truck starts driving horribly and the check engine light and service throttle control alert comes on. We set an appointment for the service repair and no one can give us an estimated time of repair. (We live 30miles from the dealership). We leave the truck there and coordinate a ride all the way home. We get a call the next morning that the truck was fixed- go to pick it up and find out we have to pay a $100 copay on a $300 service repair. We haven't even made the first payment on the truck and are paying for repairs!!! Two days later after picking up the truck- it did THE SAME THING!!!! The issues is not fixed and I paid $100 for nothing. I called the dealership and left a message with staff members and was promised someone would call back, I emailed a request for a manager to reach out, and no one is answering. I am beyond upset with this experience. My husband was recently disabled, and we have three kids- we did not sign up for a newer truck that we now have to dump money we don't have into. I will now have to go back into this dealership, miss work, and demand that someone there makes this right.Service: Electrical system service & repair

Drop off was great and easy. My service agent did seem preoccupied and stressed. She did great at drop off...however, I sat at home for 6 hours not knowing anything...not even a call to tell me it was ready. Then when I finally get there to find out my paperwork for the services were at the bottom of a pile of customers whose vehicles had been completed. I had to wait 30 minutes while a storm rolled in and I finally got my car and left. I received a thank you from the agent the next day. I seriously think she needs a vacation...as the service reception area should be larger than the lounge since you have more traffic there. I counted maybe 6 people sitting in this huge cafeteria sized room with very little space for people checking in and employees moving about. Overall...i give it a 2.5 stars but since there isnt a half star you got 3.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change.1. She couldn't find my record and tried to send me elsewhere. I pushed to look up by name, not phone number. Found me and had area code off by one digit even though my phone is in same area code as dealership.2. Asked for confirmation and she said she'd text. Never texted.3. Called morning of service and she had difficulty finding me but did and confirmed appointment.4. Got to dealership. They had no record of my appointment. Took me in anyway. Said it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change!!!5. Chelsea who took care of me was professional and a good representative for the dealership.6. Got my car back after 1.5 hours. I could have gone to Jiffy Lube and been out in 20 minutes. Another customer was there saying he was waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change.7. No car wash. Really???8. Summary: poor poor customer service. This dealership sucks.

Great service this time and last!I've taken my last two trucks here for about seven years and the first six were nothing short of inadequate, unprofessional and awful customer service! Only Lisa was their shining light but she was so well liked that it was difficult to get her help even for an appointment!Several of the service department employees were terrible in customer service! These things I have written about in previous surveys multiple times!However, they have done a complete turnaround and deserving of 5 stars! Way to go Larry Miller Dodge! The service advisor was super professional and very friendly but man that place takes FOREVER. Over two hours for an oil change, fuel filter change, and tire rotation. That was with a 0700 appt first thing in the morning when they open up I guess what matters is the quality of work.Service: Auto maintenance

Informative, caring and the after options available should l encounter any problems in the future completely won me over. A very Special employee for this company. Brought my car here for the free oil change that came with it (bough 5 months ago) and to get the tire balance checked because it shakes at interstate speeds. Waited 3 hours from my appointment time for them to change the oil and tell me they couldn't check the balance on the tires because the tread depth.A week later I notice the cover for the cabin air filter sitting next to the windshield wipers (they forgot to reinstall it). By complete luck it stayed there for a week, very lucky.I took it to a local wheel shop and the balance on the tires was fine. Lowest tread depth was about 5/32 vs the 6/32 they said it needed. Good thing I didn't spend a grand on tires that I dont need, yet.I will either do maintenance myself or pay a trustworthy shop to do it. I won't be going back to Larry H Miller Dodge in Tucson.Service: Vehicle maintenance

By far some of the most unprofessional people I ve ever worked with. I went in to get my vehicle diagnosed as my back up camera stopped working. After confirming what I already suspected, they tried to gouge me for 660$. After I told them I found an OEM camera for 200$ and I would rather do it myself their tone immediately changed. I go to pick up my car, as I check the trunk to access the camera, they didn t even put the cover back on, and broke 3 plastic tabs so I cannot secure the fabric cover to my trunk without ordering more. When I call them to ask about it, I talked to someone right away, told them what my issue was. Then was put on hold for an hour. After which I hung up. I absolutely do not recommend their service center. Especially Brian, was rude and condescending.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had a tire replaced because it was unrepairable and Kellie was very professional when I realized it was a different tire than what I have. Contacted Kellie and she's going to make it right. The customer service is terrible. I was told as soon as there is a diagnosis I would be notified, three hours later, I still don t have a phone call. So I call, my service advisor stated he would check and call me right back. I never received a call after another hour, so I call back. I m told everyone is out to lunch, no one is available, not even a manager. So I head in to pick my car up. Then I m called and told there is no leak, they can t find anything. When I know there is one. I recommend finding your own mechanic, that actually calls and gives updates.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Service Dept went above and beyond to locate the parts for my headlight (the LED bulb was aftermarket). Great service but it did take 4 hours to complete. And the Customer Lounge is straight out of 1989. When I arrived I was greeted quickly. My service rep helped me within a few minutes and confirmed all the details of my appointment, including the amount of time it would take for everything to be completed. My vehicle was finished within the timeframe given. When I checked out my service rep Daniel explained all that had been completed, and provided a few suggestions on some service work that needs to be done in the near future.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
