Great Job to this Amazing Team. Lenny is always very friendly & knowledgeable. Cody does a phenomenal job on tire checks always has a smile even when the line is long. Brandon is knowledgeable & great too work with always recommends great tires.I have been in to get tires checked & the Teamwork & dedication this store shows is The Best even when it is super busy. Employees keep a great attitude & smiles. The Best Discount Tire Location. Don't 4get to tip your tire checker

Doublecheck your service! We do a ton of business with this location. We had tires put on and specifically asked them to be extra careful with our wheels. They scratched the hell out of 2 of them and then blended the damage to try and hide it!

I couldn t speak more highly of these workers. Had new tires put on & they were fast. The best part though was how two weeks later a tire has been leaking air . Came mid Saturday rush hour morning on the day I was leaving to drive on a trip. I was out the door n in about an hour Turns out I had two screws in my tire within 30days so fixed free of charge. Couldn t believe how helpful they were. Awesome staff

I had the best experience at this store on 1/25/24. I walked out of work to a completely flat tire that was not repairable. When I first called the store, I spoke to Carlos who was so pleasant and helpful. I rushed to get there by 6pm, and walked in at 5:50pm. Even though they were getting ready to close, they were more than happy to help me. Carlos helped me with a full set of new tires, and they had it done by 6:45pm. I was so impressed by everyone there, it was one of the nicest experiences! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tires. Thank you again Carlos and Team :)

I needed a trailer tire while my trailer was loaded, big o had better prices but they couldn't get me in for 6 hours so I checked here. after I told discount the price big o quoted me they matched it plus got me in and out within 1 1/2 hours without an appointment. I use to come here faithfully but I had stopped for years. There starting to win me back

I was traveling from California back to Texas with a U-Haul and halfway wanted to get my tire pressure checked and the person assisting at the tire station was so wonderfully cheery and upbeat and made the whole experience fun while also being informative about my tires..... Another reason why I love discount tire.... Happy people even when busy as heck.... Thanks!!!

I was skeptical that they could get my van done in a hour as promised. however Jesse and the guys provided 5 star service and delivered as promised. Great experience highly recommend this location.

Drove my truck to discount tire for wheels to be balanced, I was texted and told it was completed and then I received another text saying it was back in the bay, about 45 mins after that I receive a call from the manager saying that the truck was damaged. I head over to discount tire to find out that all my lugs on my back left tire have been snapped, the general manager goes on to tell me that I brought it to them like that even though I drove the truck to them. They refuse to help for the damages and now trying to trespass me from there store don t ever bring your vehicle to discount tire. You will be stuck paying for a mechanic to fix there problems

Carlos got me in there as fast as they could. Which I knew would be a bit. But once they started working g on mine a different so called boss came and pulled angel off my job . And then I waited an additional 45 mins for one tire to be put on

We bought our tires here as they provided the best price (the Walmart tire center on la cholla experience was a nightmare, btw). I recently experienced a blow out on the freeway, and Discount Tire guys were able to replace with the same brand and a prorated discount, since the tire still had some life left. They re SUPER busy at opening hour of 0800, so if you show up within that hour, prepare to wait just to speak to someone. I was quoted 5-10 minute wait which ended up being 22 minutes. They utilize a nice feature where they text your phone with a link to a website that shows you your number in line and how long you ve been waiting. Outside of that, everything was good.

Flat tires occur at the most inconvenient times. They seem to sense when you are most vulnerable, and strike! I had a flat on a very busy day, with three guys waiting for me on the clock, and figured it would be better to spend an hour getting the flat fixed that spend three hours by the side of the road. DT fixed my flat in under 25 minutes. I will never buy tires from anyone else. Come to think of it, I have bought all my tires from DT for over 30 years.Lifelong customer. Thanks, DT!

Bought some all-terrain tires for my 2007 sierra classic z71 online. The process was super easy. I saved hundreds less than anywhere in town and I got four or five quotes from other places. HUNDREDS I can t stress that part enough. My appointment was on Monday but the staff reached out the following morning after I ordered the tires the night before told me I could come in at any time and they would have me out really quick. So I headed that way .This is the fastest and best service I ve ever received, it was just a little over one hour for Mount balance and out the door. Every employee I Interacted with was helpful and polite even though they were completely slammed.

I go to this Discount Tire Store once or twice a month to have my car's tires inspected and air pressure adjusted.It's convenient and close to places I shop; and with the recent drop in daily temperatures, the cold temperature causes the tires to lose pressure.The staff is great and very thorough when they inspect and service your tires; which includes, a complete review of your tire's condition with you. Such as, ware patterns, road damage, and tread condition and depth.If something needs to be corrected, they can take care of it for you right away and at an affordable price.Don't forget to tip the person adjusting your air pressure before you leave. Okay!!!

Customer service has really gone downhill with the last two months. Went in for a basic air check and left with uneven air pressure and unnecessary attitude from the tire tech. I ve been going to Discount Tire for 14yrs, this is disappointing.

I can't say enough good about Discount Tire. They do a great business and are always busy but the staff will attend to you as soon as possible. You can shorten your wait time by booking an appointment online which is easy and convenient. They carry national, and international, brand tires. They also have a wide selection of aftermarket wheels. I've always appreciated the free tire inflation service and free flat repairs.

We'vebeen using Discount Tire for years. They have consistently treated us fairly, stood behind their work, and even serviced our tires when they were not purchased there. I've never felt that they upsell us. I feel so comfortable that I've had my young kids take my cars there for new tires, knowing that Discount Tires will make good recommendations even to young and inexperienced buyers.

Always happy with Discount tire. Just came today to get air checked. The staff is always friendly. Grew up with my dad going to Discount and how they treated him is the reason I started going to them for my vehicles once I got my first car. Since then I've never had a problem with Discount. Would, and do, recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely baffled by the service we ve received at this location. My husband had been trying to get his wheel replaced for over a month now when the associate told him he wasn t safe to drive. It was 3 weeks of hearing nothing my husband had to keep calling and then come to find out they ordered the wrong wheel when we took it to finally get replaced. The lack of communication and sense of urgency to fix something the associate told us needed to be fixed ASAP really is astonishing to me. It s a bummer because I m a fan of discount tire s other locations. We won t be coming here again unfortunately.

Excellent friendly service of a leaking tire (booked via appointment) on a busy Monday. Waiting room packed and a lineup but despite that I was done in an hour. Fortunately there are lots of shops and services nearby to browse as well. I had purchased my tires there a year ago and not only was the tire fixed for free but they rotated/balanced them for free which I didn't even know to ask for!

Raul is always a pleasure to work with very courteous All the guys working were professional clean and respectful ordered some new rims for my truck said it would be 5 to 7 days it was nice they showed up 3 days later and got me in the next day beautiful job. The rims look amazing

Not a good experience today had scheduled appointment checked in 30 minutes early and not appointment customer after non appointment getting service ahead of me they blame it on a special bay which a non appointment car that came in after me is now parked and stuck there. What is the point of appointments? Try harder!

I ordered tires that were not the quality I expected and didn't fit the rim as they should have. The gentlemen there upgraded them at no cost. They were fast friendly and professional. They could have put the old tires back on that still had a little life but chose to go a different route. This was my first time there and I'll definitely be a return customer with all my vehicles. Thank you!

So i went there in the morning for a tire rotation, the guy told me it would be like 30 mins since they weren't very busy. Over 3 1/2 hours later, they finally finish. I would have liked to have been told that it would have taken that long so i wouldn't have wasted so much time. Pics support what i just said about the wait. Edit: i haven't had anything but good in my past few visits so the rating will go up as they do better.

By far the best discount tire I've ever visited. From sales staff to service techs. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and busy. They had the tires I needed for a great price. Changed out 7 tire with in 45 minutes. Many thanks.

Thanks so much! Discount tire is always friendly and professional. They were really busy today. I let them know I needed to pick my kids up by a certain time and they were very accommodating! They checked in with me a few times to let me know it was almost finished and I was able to get out and make it on time to my next destination. Thanks again, Ricky and the gang!
