My husband & I came in on the morning of Wednesday April 3rd to drive through the line in the parking lot & get Air put in our tires. *JESUS* Is the gentleman that helped us & he was SO KIND & SO PROFESSIONAL & INFORMATIVE! He aired up the tires and was able to show us which tires needed to be replaced. We were able to make an appointment later on and all this only took a few minutes! We have been coming to this Discount Tires for years and my family does also. They are really great and we appreciate them So much!

Very speedy and super helpful. I highly recommend the credit card if you need tires immediately. I was also able to replace my windshield wipers at a cheaper price than the usual and no installation cost.Mikey was very helpful in ensuring the team would get it all replaced within a timely manner since I had arrived during my work hours. Rather than coming in to schedule for a later date I was able to go in and out 20 minutes! Super fast and very grateful for the services to the team at this location. They are always super helpful.

please be cautious when choosing This Discount tire location for your needs and business! I have used Discount tire for my tire needs for many years and have never received such disrespectful service! After the service was said to have been accomplished, and I was able to go home, one of my tires had a screw in it that was shiny and new, and seemingly perfectly placed straight in to the tire at a spot that it would not be able to be repaired. making it necessary to be replaced at my expense, taking a free service and making it a $100 blunder

I am so glad I came last week. I got my tires changed and the people who work here were very kind, personable and helpful. I m grateful that they told me about the condition of my tires so I can take action. My ex boyfriend would rotate my tires and I was told by the people here he didn t rotate them correctly. Lesson learned, don t trust anybody else but, the professionals.

Alex Carillo is always making sure me and the family are riding safely. But over all the teams at all location he is at are very proud of their job and to me that keeps me coming back when the entire team is friendly and ready to assist from entire pressure sensor light to a full set of tires and wheels no matter the job they are proud of assisting and for that I give 5 stars thank you to all

I went back to Discount tire because the last tire purchase I made I waited in line for about 20 minutes and there was a young attractive lady behind me and the guy showed me a set tires on the computer screen and went outside with the lady and left me standing there so I left and bought tires at Embassy Tire. This time I went back and couldn't find a parking spot at Embassy so gave Discount another try bc I was going on a trip and couldn't wait. This time I got really good help from Mikey. I wish they had the buy 3 get 1 free sale again bc $1200.00 is a lot of money but really good tires.

I have been buying my tires for over 20 years at discount tires. They are reasonably priced efficient and dependable. They also price match with competitors prices.I would highly recommend you check them out before buying new tires, I'm sure you'll agree with purchasing from discount tire.

Ricardo was outstanding, very quick on the CPU and had me in and out. I took advantage of the free tire repair they offer and was treated like I spent thousands of dollars. Kid should be training everyone or promoted before he realizes he has to much skill and should be managing districts or running his own bussines one day instead of using his CS to give discount the coustomers (it's good workers that keep people coming back-not you franchise)

Ordered tires, made appointment and prepaid. When doing the shopping on their specific website for this store on Oracle, the tires were in stock. That was on a Friday for a Tuesday morning appointment.Got a call from them at 8am telling us these tires weren't available. Went on to make several suggestions for higher priced tires. Told them several times no thanks, refund my money. Glad I paid through PayPal, but this was Black Friday, and still waiting for my $530 refund a week later. Went to another tire store and explained what had happened. Was informed they have had other customers with same complaint. What the sales person, (who called to let us know the tires we ordered weren't actually available), was doing is called "overselling". In other words they wanted us to spend more money.Will never go to any Discount Tire again.

I am extremely upset about the service I received. I was planning to have my tires rotated and balanced. The service man told me I needed to replace my 4 tires as the front tires were problematic however, he would give me a credit for the back tires as they were newer (actually replaced just this year). I think they see an older, somewhat overweight woman and think of my as an easy mark. He then stated there was no point in rotating the tires as the better tires were in the right place. My car was recently at the BMW dealership and they love to sell stuff. The service people agreed I would have to replace my tires in about a year but not now. I do not want to purchase 4 new tires even with the credit applied. This is not the first time I have been less than happy with the service at Discount tires.

So thank you Jesus that I didn t get the flat in California had just got back the day before . Went to help my brother with an errand came back with a roofing nail. So there you go . Discount Tires helped alot .. sell me a tire . The cost reasonable . Wasn t there very long either so my experience with Discount Tires was good

Came into get my tire patched after waking up to an almost flat tire .. it was worse then I thought and all I gotta say is thank you to Ricardo he was my angel today he is amazing got me situated and back on the road safe and sound !! Best experience ever I highly recommend these super men to help with any tire needs

Very disappointing. After many years of great service, at this location, in fact, going out of my way to go to this store, today's agent went directly to payment and did not explain that a [recommended] $90.00 charge was optional. When [sales] becomes more important than the person in front of you, Discount Tire, ceases to be a business. I left unhappy. That should never happen.

We had three different employees ask us to buy new lug nuts because the current ones I have could wear out and then I won t be able to change a flat tire. Are you kidding me? The only reason to change lug nuts is if somebody boogers them up taking them off or putting them on. And since you all are the only ones who touch my nuts what does that say about you? Never once in 35 years have I ever had to replace a failed lug nut. Geez

Daughter took her car in with a nail in a tire, they did the common tactic to the unknowing telling her her tires were too old to repair the flat, she needed a new set. She let them talk her into 4 new tires at close to $1,000 and drove home. Then she called me that a "low tire warning" light was on the dash. This was right before a trip she was taking solo. She brought it by my house and I checked air pressures. One was at 50 PSI, way high. the other 3 were between 25-35 - all different pressures. I aired them up properly, but the light didn't go out.Then she told me that one of her hubcaps was missing. I checked the spare, they put one of her old tires in that spot. It didn't have a valve cap on it. That tire was at about 75-80% tread, still fine for use. When I called the service manager, Alex, he promised to order a new hubcap. He told her to bring it in. My daughter took the car back, to determine why the low tire light remained on. They tried to sell her not 1, but 3 TPS sensors at $60/ea. I called and explained all TPS sensors were working and there was no low tire warning light when she brought it in, why should she pay for 3 of them that all went bad when they changed the tires? I called Toyota and they said it was common for Discount Tire to break them, and they'd seen it happen a lot. When I called the service manager back, he tried to blame fate or coincidence on all 3 going out when in his shop. I made a formal complaint to Discount Tire headquarters. They assured me something would be done - the local Oracle shop would call me. After 4 emails and 3 weeks of trying, I never got any call or any resolution on the hubcap nor the TPS sensors that they broke. Nor an appology for letting my daughter drive away the first day with a low tire warning light. This is a shop that made a lot of mistakes, over sold what was needed, then made excuses and refused to make it right or even talk to me. I would highly recommend you avoid business there.

1) Monday morning was extraordinarily busy at opening. They were hyper organized and ready for action.2) Warranty replacement was done with no fuss $27 for a new warranty on the replacement totally worth it.3) Watched other customers be treated well and fast.

I always get my tires at discount, but it s getting pretty annoying that every time I get a flat from a nail they always say it s too close to the wall of the tire. They just want to sell you a new tire. I took the tire to a mom and pop shop in the south side and they repaired it with no issue whatsoever!Shame on you Discount tires!

Again like always discount Tire customer service horrible, can't even honor a reservation mistaking deleted says nothing on file also a 2hr wait . Nothing new here horrible service, horrible time and seating and lobby if u make if with appointments to wait 45 to a hour limited seating think by now you would have a better lobby . More so two three techs playing around. I wish I could throw my tires through the window like the old commercial, Olympia ,Chris, etc horrible customer service all around orangization or disorganization ignore front service but answer phones no greet at 5 mins I store.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from beginning to follow UP services. Always have enjoyed this operation. They are awesome.Came in today to check on my air pressure. My suspension was correct.The way the car felt New tires are needed before taking the car on another road trip.

They were Great I had 2 Tires that literally had Wire showing ....Yes This could have been a Bad Situation. So I called them and my tires had a Warranty on them still so I spoke to a Manager I believe it was Eddie and he Honored my warranty, But my size tire is Not widely Available so I Eddie had me speak with Cisco and gave me a Deal on 2 new Tires For $200 and still with a warranty...Thank you one Again Fellas .

Spent 1200.00 on new tires the salesman sold me a warranty with the set, when I came back for questions on tire noise they said my new tires were no good due to "cupping" and that I needed to buy new tires the warranty would not cover anything. Then they proceeded to tell me my truck was the problem. No help whatsoever just trying to sell new tires less than a year later. All lies and sales tactics, if I could put zero stars I would, no customer service, rip off artists, I will never use discount tire or recommend them ever. Don't buy tires from here unless you like getting ripped off.
