Dave's auto repair is a family owned auto body shop on Ajo way. He didn't charge me to over see the damage on cars body, very honest reliable body shop went out of his way to help me with best estimate repair work!! I'll always go back to him for repairs

Very professional and polite!Very reasonable estimate to repaint! Had my truck painted there before and was given a great price to have it painted again.The work before was terrific and I know it will be top notched again this time.These people work hard to please!!

Not very satisfied I took my car 3 times after they painted bad work,not very professional work I paid almost 6 thousands dollars the paint is coming off white spots are showing now.

Took my car in after a fender bender. Super friendly staff. They handled all the insurance stuff, so I didn't have to stress about it. Great work done. He even went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend!

I had my daughter's car painted here They did such a horrible job. I had to take it back two times for touch ups, that took a couple months. We had the car completely repainted unfortunately they painted over the old paint and you can see pitted areas through the new paint. It's been a little over a year and the paint is literally peeling off in different places, it looks horrible. I definitely don't recommend this shop.Service: Painting

I had a couple small scratches on my Jeep, so I went in and spoke to Erick. He assessed the damage, worked with my insurance and I only paid the deductible. Honestly, Erick handled it all and all I had to do was hand over the keys. I could say they were professional but more importantly the were friendly, understanding and honest. The lady at the desk is so nice. Local family business

I've gone to this auto body shop twice now. Eric, the manager, is very personable and good with the customer. This week, he fixed my truck driver's side door that had a bad air gap. So very reasonable with the repair cost.

I shopped around and received 3 estimates. Eric at Dave's made me feel confident my work was important and would be done correctly. So I gave them the job. The shop is fine for a auto refinishing office, what is important to me was the quality of work and ability to deliver as promoised. This shop did a great job and finished on time. Communication was great and I would recommend to others.

This shop is really great and does some really fantastic work. I came in to fix the front end of my car and they did a really fantastic job. The customer service is also amazing, just like the work. I'll be coming back to Dave's to get more jobs done on my car, and whoever needs work done on their car I recommend you go to Dave's Auto Refinishing.

I recently lent my mother my car and wouldn't you know it, she got into an accident. I had gotten a few quotes around town from several places and then I found out about Dave's from great word of mouth through two of my co workers. I am really glad I did!!! Eric and Dave very fair about the initial quote and he and their staff were very flexible and were able to offer me some cheaper alternatives to certain parts to save me money. I am really happy with how the car turned out and I recommend Dave's without reservation!

In response to the post from Lux Photography Hiker-1999 Toyota 4-RunnerWe communicated with the customer listed above in regards to his concerns immediately after he brought them to our attention.(Our delayed response to post is due to the understanding that the customer left happy because he agreed that we accommodated and resolved his concerns.)Our efforts to resolve:-We called Sirius customer service, they notified us that the current radio in the customer's vehicle was not compatible with the new update. We relayed this information back to the customer.-The customer listed above had damage on the rear bumper of the same vehicle and we repaired the damage free of charge for any inconvenience. The repairs completed are priced at $450.00.-We also came in on a Sunday, which we are normally closed, to deliver to accommodate the customer's schedule.At Dave's Auto Refinishing, we make every effort to make sure that every customer leaves satisfied. We give each customer the same personal attention and do our best to provide exceptional customer service and workmanship to each client.

These guys did EXCELLENT work on my F-150 and at a reasonable price. Couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend Dave's to anyone needing any body work and paint, my truck looks new again!

We brought my wife's car in and the insurance company's estimate was well well over 3k. I had a bad feeling about this place the moment I walked into the office which was very old and dirty....the whole building looked in bad shape. It is a family owned business and so I decided to overlook these things. Eric was very friendly and helpful but the job that was done on our vehicle was terrible. The paint started to chip in less than two weeks and the seams along the hood and the headlight did not match up -- there was a gap and one of the corners stuck out over the headlight. They couldn't even replace the liner with a new one. I mean come on! The insurance company paid you almost 4k! When I tried to trade the vehicle in, the dealership noticed these things right away. Thankfully I had asked for a written warranty and called Eric. He had me bring the vehicle back although they refused to pay for a car rental for the time our vehicle was going to be in the shop again. This second time around, they fixed the paint chips although I don't trust that they did it the right way and the seams were still not done right. The torn liner did get replaced with a new one after I asked for it. Oh an btw, aftermarket parts were used all around.This shop does help you out with the insurance deductible but be assured that they will get their money back by going cheap on the work done on your vehicle.

They have great customer service. I used them a few years ago and they fought for me. Eric and all the staff did amazing job! I will highly recommend or use them in the future if needed.

Eric Did a Great job with my Truck refinishing the headlights. Looks Brand New!!! Great customer service and excellent attention to detail. Will be sending all our service trucks in and personal vehicles.

Hit the curb on my 2015 Nissan GT-R called for a quote, very kind and supportive customer service. Texted pictures of my damage got a quote over the phone, slotted a time and got my car back the following day. Amazing service came here at the recommendation of fellow reviewers always concerned about who is handling my car, would trust them with any of my vehicles pristine work! Very pleased! Friendly and comes highly recommended my bumper / lip on my GTR looks like brand new! Can't tell I ever hit it anywhere!

Disappointed. I made it clear when I dropped my car off on a Friday that I would return the next Friday to pick it up. It wasn't ready. The trip from my house to the shop is 1 hour each way. They agreed to be there for me to pick it up Saturday, but did not answer the phone when I called before leaving home. I finally picked it up Sunday. I later discovered that the SeriusXM receiver was not working and that they hadn't cleaned up compounding material from the body. I brought it back to address these problems. They admitted that they'd run the battery dry a couple of times while working on the car, but insisted the radio problem was not their fault. I will not go there again, and recommend others think twice, even it their price seems good.

Body work guys know what they are doing, paint guys on the other hand not so much. It's hard to believe they have been in business so many years and their painter is making rookie mistakes. Received my car back with tons of imperfections including fish-eyes and orange peel, not sure if I even received the upgraded clear coat I was promised as the clear is very thin and full of swirls from when they did the final polish. For the money I spent I'm really disappointed.

NOT HONEST PEOPLE. EXPENSIVE.My car was not finish on time and was not completed and not well done, after a month parked at Dave's Auto Refinishing.When I complained about it, the older lady at the front desk answered on a harsh manner: It's not like somebody is dying of cancer.But when I've had to pay at front full on cash, she didn't said the same, she was receiving the money VERY HAPPY!Her son gave me my car back saying that there was nobody available to take care of what was missed done, he asked me to take my car back to Dave's Auto Refinishing two months later to finish what was missed done.Would you like to know when I'll trust them any of my cars again?NEVER!

A little over a year ago I had some front end work done due to an accident. My a/c compressor was replaced. I have had nothing but problems since then. My a/c has never worked properly. I took the vehicle back and apparently they just added freon. I took the car to another mechanic, they put a gauge on it and said there was to much freon and to much can be as bad as not enough. They also noticed that my radiator was never clamped dowm after the work. It just wobbles around. I am very disappointed with my experience at Daves auto shop. I have taken my vehicles there for over 25 years and reccomended many customers to them. I should not have to keep going back, the job should have been done correctly the 1st time around. I will say Eric, Dave, and Bridgett are wonderful people and treated me with the most respect. I will be calling them to try to resolve tge problem and hopefully they will make this right.

They try. That's about it. Received my vehicle with nuts, bolts and screws in the cubby of the passenger door as well as in the trunk. As a favor (so called) they removed both wiper arms to paint them. Problem was they couldn't be them back on correctly, REALLY!!I had to remove them and put them back on correctly. REALLY guys, the wiper arms are marked "D" and "P". "D" for driver and "P" for passenger.Would not recommend Dave's Auto Refinishing.

I dropped by and no questions asked they helped me fix my car's paint. I thought it was hopeless and they went above and beyond to help me. My car looks better than it did initially! I plan to refer everyone to this amazing mom and pop shop!

Great shop, honest guys that do a professional job. I had a scratch on my door and they were the only shop in town that I found that could do proper touch up without repainting my entire door.

I recently had my truck hit while I was sleeping I went out for work in the morning and seen my truck all smashed up I made a few phone call's and dropped my truck off to Eric..No hesitation he gave me a quote right on the spot and got right to it .They did an amazing job especially with matching the paint on my 2019 Silverado I highly recomend them for any of your auto body needs.i will definitely go back to them if I need any work done.. thanks Eric I appreciate it
