Keep searching, there has to be a shop that takes ownership of the quality service provided to consumers.Issues:1 (Notification): We scheduled an appointment over a month in advance to ensure someone that specialized in generator maintenance was available. When we called to confirm our appointment 2 days prior, they explained that the technician would not be available. We should have received a phone call as soon as (or shortly after) they knew the technician would not be available.2 (Over charged): We were quoted just under $1,000 to perform a PM Service on both the RV Chassis and Generator. Additionally we requested to change the Air and DEF filter (cost unknown). When reviewing the charges we received a bill for $1,900+. Cost of Air filter = $199.77, cost of DEF filter $119.38. And the Generator drain plug was stripped so add $8.58. Bringing our new total to $1,328. Roughly $600 in labor to change 2 additional filters. That's more than all the items included in the PM service.Note: They did work with us on the price and brought it down to a reasonable price for labor.3 (tow vehicle is covered in oil): After running the RV in the lot for 10+ minutes, we saw no sign of leaks. When we reached our destination 1.5hrs from the shop, we unhooked our tow vehicle only to find it is COVERED in oil, everywhere, bumper, hood, windshield, side windows, bikes on the back, so bad it's in the radiator of the car. They do get 1 star as they are friendly. They just need to work on level of quality and honesty.

Took my 4000W Onan generator in after it stopped working. They were able to quickly look at it and let me know it was toast. Thankfully it was under manufacture warranty and able to have the engine replaced. Rose and the entire team were wonderful to work with. Thank you again for all of your help and the pups said thanks for the pets!

I walked into the office and was not acknowledged. There were 3 individuals in the shop and not one person attempted to help me once I entered into the building. I do not recommend this company to anyone, I suggest you take your time and money to a better deserving company.

Took in an Onan generator which is under warranty and we purchased new. Not able to fix it. They want to keep replacing parts at our expense. Very expensive and customer service is horrible. Technician treated us as though we are trying to steal money from his own pocket. We just want a working generator. We've got more than $2000 invested in this product and it's worthless. Very disappointed in customer service and repair. Also be prepared to wait a long time to get your repair done as technician only visits on Thursday. Longest we've had to wait for a repair was a little over three weeks.

Avoid if you can. Had my Monaco towed there as it was about the only place nearby. They worked me in which I was thankful for and had it completed in a timely manner of 6 or 7 weeks.. After driving it straight to Scottsdale, a 2 hour drive, I noticed oil leaking everywhere from their repair. They send Cummins Mobile tech out the next day and fixed a seal that was not put in correctly, a few loose bolts causing another leak the mobile mechanic also noticed, as well as the A/C belt put back on the wrong groove, and the A/C compressor wire disconnected. Not exactly confidence building. A month later when it was in my garage in Sedona, I had a small puddle of oil on the floor from the drain plug not being tight enough. To this day they have ignored my request for a missing bracket for a PVC line. I expected better from a factory service center. A lot better.

Worst service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. They had our toy hauler for 16 days and couldn t fix our generator. They knew we were on a time crunch and said it would be done in time. We finally had to pick up the trailer with our generator in pieces. Over $700 for them to not fix the problem and return the trailer worse than we gave it to them. They offered to put the generator back how they found it for an extra charge. This company is worthless, you are better off fixing it yourself. The quote they gave us for a possible fix was $1700 with parts on back order. A new generator would cost less than that. Please don t go through the same frustration we just did. Not worth your time or wallet.

Onan service bulletin explains faulty fuel lines cause genset failure as little as two years. (Mine 3 yrs and 125 hrs). This facility charged me $2200 to remove the genset from my Sprinter Winnebago and replace the two 4 gaslines -$49 each. Manager Phillip reduced to $1260 just because? I cannot afford another $2200? I took the genset home and had it installed for $500 labor - 3 hrs, not the 11.4 Cummins Service quoted for just the removal.

Oil, filters, and coolant done in one day. Would have take a week at one of the RV dealers here in Tucson. If you have an RV and need service these guys are the real thing.

Had an issue on the road with our motorhome. Rose and Scott talked me through a fix until I was able to get to their shop the next morning, Mike had my parts ready for me to pick up and Scott the tech double checked my work and was on the way in less than an hour. The whole crew made our day with their commitment to keep us rolling! Thanks to the entire crew!

While Terry and the team were friendly and accommodating in the end I can t express satisfaction with the services. Three items in particular... we have a vintage motorcoach.. not that it should have made any difference on the oil and lube services we desired. First after the final inspection - we discovered the house and chassis batteries had not been securely reconnected. (As in, not at all). They tried to blame the terminals - which i had recently installed and had no problems properly tightening myself after we left. second- they were unable to service the Kubota generator because they didn t have the filters. I later got them from Napa all in stock - just like any shop would do. Third i noticed the newly installed oil filter was leaking after we left. 3000 miles later we lost all our oil and were nearly stranded - only to find the oil filter had almost a full two more turns left before it was tight. Cant recommend and will not return.

Great work and excellent timing. We are a family of three, our daughter is two and we decided to leave the shop and enjoy the park for the 4 hour service appointment on our rv. Reid park was 5 minutes away, wonderful place to kill some time. Get back to the shop same time they finished, paid, and hit the road. Thanks for the great work on our coach!

I own a truck with an ISX, so naturally I go to Cummins for parts that can t be found elsewhere locally. Guys in parts are always friendly and polite, but be warned, if they get a call or someone else walks in that they deal with more often, they do have a bad habit of leaving you standing there waiting for them to finish. Went in yesterday for a check valve and gasket, which they had already pulled, and was there for 20-25 mins because the one parts guy who was in kept getting phone calls (wasn t on the phone when I walked in). Prices are so-so as far as buying from the dealer goes, except for exhaust clamps, $25 online, $75 @cummins. Will be back.

Great service from Terry George (Service Writer) and Mike Jones (mechanic). Both are friendly and informative. The work area is clean and orderly. Impressive. The services they provide seem to be first class. While in Tucson, this is the place I will take my motorhome for engine work!

I find it funny Napa AutoZone Tucson alternator exchange everybody can run a model number on the sticker of your alternator but go figure Cummins of Tucson cannot I guess I'll just go to Tucson alternator exchange cheaper anyway

Highly recommend to any person needing Cummins service! Wonderful place, they got our motor home in and repaired in 24 hours! Very accommodating!! We went to Freightliner first and was treated terrible by their front desk advisor..... EXCEPT the parts man at Freightliner sent us to the Cummins service center, looked it up for us and gave us directions! All RVers go to Cummins service center first!

Lucky i gave one star i brought my truck in almost 7,000.$$ latter they never fixed the problem but took a guess on problem just chasing down a rabbit hole running up my bill the things they said were good were not ,but i found a dealer that fixed the problem where they said was no problems ,a total useless wast of time and hard earned money...not at all a good dealer ship

I was stationed there for a few weeks as a test and transport driver. Takes way to long to get something done. I was directly lied to by management which ultimately cost me time, work, & money. All of em can go straight to hell!

They were very helpful but you have to stand outside in 108 degrees and get your parts through a window.
