Not a good day at Costco tire. Stood in line for 25 minutes to drop off my key to have one tire repaired (by appointment).... Took over 2 hours. Polite, but understaffed.

I had my wife's car towed to this location as her car did not come with an extra tire. I was first in line on a Friday morning but as it turns out, that doesn't matter. You need to schedule your appointment online or you will be waiting 2 to 4 hours for services. I was discussing with one of the other customers that Everything is great at Costco except the salsa. Well, I would say that their could be an improvement at the Tire Center. I don't think it due to the guys working there but either get more help or pay them more or both! Clearly this service is need and used by its members. I know my review won't make a difference but I going to vent and still give them 4 stars because the service was great but for what they do they could move customers along much faster if they were supported better by the management.

They rotated my tires and claim that the hub cap was damaged. Well they didn t tell me and they just put the broken hubcap back on there like it was nothing. They didn t say anything to me. so 30 minutes later I m going down the highway on I-10 at 70 mph and the hubcap goes flying and who knows what it hit. All because they either damaged the hubcap and didn t want to tell me or it was legit broken but also didn t tell me.Besides that hubcap was fine until they rotated my tires. And it was on there for years before they touched it and it never had a problem. So I doubt the brackets were broken like they claim.But worse than how they handled it was their attitude. Their management is severely lacking in professionalism. I went in and filled out an incident report. The manager didn t even say hi or anything. They basically ignored me like I m not worth their time or trouble. I never felt so ignored.

I don't understand the purpose of booking an appointment online. I made an appointment for 1:45. I went shopping and came back at 2:40 and they were getting ready to pull my car in, and then it's another 30 minutes after that.???

Cheapest prices on car/truck batteries. Interstate is the brand, not as good as they used to be, but Costco backs with a three year full replacement warranty. Tires have good prices just not a lot of sizes in stock and only top makes. The Northwest Costco requires an appointment to install tires. Even with an appointment it took 95 minutes to install.

Bought 2 diesel batteries they came to my car got the 2 old batteries took them inside and then put the new ones back in the trunk for me very nice people

They are always professional and willing to take the necessary time to assist you. They weren't able to fix the screw in my tire this time (too close to the edge for their specifications). Even after they ordered new tires, I was able to easily "return" them for a refund when I ended up not needing the 4 new tires. The place is popular though, so expect a long wait, or a few days before you can get an appointment.

Don t get me wrong, I love Costco but if you re buying tires you need to know a few things. First of all is make an appointment. I didn t have one and my wait time was three hours and even then they didn t have the tire I wanted in stock. And even when they had to order it I was told it may or may not come in on time. So I went over to Discount Tire and they gave me a comparable set of tires and beat the Costco price. Beat it even with the standard $150.00 Costco discount.Installed by 1:00 the same day.Having said all that the Costco tire shop is absolutely the best place to buy a take with car battery.

I have always purchased my tires from Costco with no issues other than the long wait times for tire rotation. However, on my last visit for a nail in the tread of my tire, I was told there was damage to inside of the sidewall and the tire could not be repaired and I would have to buy a new tire. I am knowledgeable about tires and ask more details, the employee basically told me I don t know as much as him and I am not an expert like he is. I had to leave with a hole in my tire and go to another tire shop who fixed the tire without any issues.

I got a flat tire on my truck and I voided the warranty by putting some Fix-A-Flat in the tire the manager there at the time gave me a quoted price for a new tire and when the service was done he had informed me that he had given me a discount still out of the kindness of his heart. He didn't have to buy chose to and I really appreciate it

Twice I came here 2021 on evening shift. The front desk people are super rude and impatient.I ask 2 questions they cut me off and tell me to just order those tires online! Woah thanks. Would not recommend.March 2021 follow-up. I ended up order the tires online and gave this place one last chance because it s the location works the best for me. This time the service was amazing! They were super nice and knowledgeable about the details and I do appreciate that a lot!!Changing my previous reviews. The night shift team on Tuesday is awesome.

Buying tires at Costco and having them installed was a smooth process. However, if you develop a leak and need to get the tire fixed, you can either make an appointment several days in the future or drop in and wait for three or more hours. As a result, when I recently needed to patch my tire due to damage from a nail, I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

They took nearly four hours to mount my new tires, after telling me it would only be one hour.The next day, one of my tires was completely flat.They did not answer the phone when I called the tire center.Customer service said they can't get someone to contact me in less than 2-3 days.They lied on the final invoice, saying they released the car after one hour instead of nearly four.They put the wrong tire pressure on the final invoice.They put on the wrong tire pressure sensor for one of the tires, causing it to leak.This was for mounting tires on OEM 19" wheels for a BMW 335i, nothing extraordinary. The new tires were the exact same kind as the ones I drove in on.They never contacted me during the service to tell me it was going to be longer than they expected, I went inside after 2.5 hours. The guy I talked to acted like he was mad at me for having such a difficult vehicle and that it is my fault they are now behind for the entire day.If you can't do the job, at a certain point you should admit it and send me elsewhere. Firestone had zero issues doing the exact same job a couple years ago, and I should have used them again.

They need to man the shop better. Too many times the line for service takes forever. Guys are great, but understaffed.

Excellent customer service at this location ! I had two tires blow out on my trailer and to leave the trailer on side of the freeway while I took tires in, driving home to Buckeye. The tire shop understood my situation and got my tires on in a hurry. I had to buy membership as well, they were also great!! Jason, Carlos, and Nina were a big help in getting me home. Thank you for the great customer service.

Costco Tire Center has a great deal right now going on that saves about $200 over Discount Tire so I decided to try them. The price was a great deal and the installation seemed like quality work but I had a couple issues with how its ran. After several phone calls trying to schedule an appointment to install the tires I finally found someone that could help me. They said I could schedule an appointment online but they weren't sure how so after a few minutes of searching I figured it out and schedule the appointment. It said to show up 15 minutes early and we showed up about half hour early to do some shopping. When we walked in there was only one person in front of us but we ended up waiting about 25 minutes just to drop off our vehicle where the tires and installation had been completely paid for prior to arriving. Installation was average time. Then when we returned to pick up we had the same 25 minute wait just to grab the keys and leave. I'm dreading the day when I have to get the tires balanced and rotated.

Easy access! Relatively faster service (while you shop at Costco). Honest service and no pressure to sell their tires. Although they have few brands of tires, they are the cheapest for those brands in town. Also warranty is unbeatable (it's Costco!).

Don t waste your time with an appointment. Don t expect them to answer the phone. Don t think that reserved tires will actually be reserved.

I was looking for a battery for an 86 Nissan truck but they don't stock itI really wanted an Interstate battery they are the best. Probably call 1st make sure yours is in stock. Otherwise excellent service.

Just ok service. I needed one tire replaced. They said they would call when the tire came in but they never did. I tried calling several times but was hung up on. Long wait. 45 minutes for them to agree I needed to replace the tire. 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to replace the tire. Friendly staff, clean, but mediocre experience overall.

Can't seem to pickup the phone to let me know my tire is in, then either left off or didn't secure one of my -now gone- locking lug nuts, so I'll be out another $40 for a new set.Disappointing all around.

Needed tires for my little car. Stopped by, they got me in, a new set of tires, at the best price around, installed and back out again in a little over an hour. Super professional, courteous and friendly! Will go no where else. Thanks so much guys!

Terrible customer service I think my next tires I'll get from someone else. It took 30 minutes after I paid for 1 tire for them to roll it out the doorSo I could leave. Very disappointing I expect more from Costco

Very knowledgeable staff on tires, batteries the only place I've been dealing with Michelin10 pyl pick up tires interstate batteries or pick up automobile and rv, I know and also automobile Michelin tires. You just can't beat the service locally or Nationwide.
