They did a great job. Very detailed and professional. They made me fall in love again with my baby. I had them do the interior, exterior and clean the engine bay. Great value for quality work.

These brothers are AWESOME. They made my car look cleaner than when I bought it! They were so thorough and my car now looks FANTASTIC. They were very professional and friendly and are good at what they do. You will not be disappointed by choosing their interior and exterior detailing services. I will absolutely be back, thank you!

Cool Brothers is a reliable, family business and did a great car detail. I had a car with a crazy coffee, food , ect stained seat and they got all the stain out. I had quite a bit of dog hair in the carpet and they got all the hair out. They were nice people, friendly and professional people. They did a very good job on my very very dirty car. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and my car looked great inside and out. Very pleased with their work.

I took my 2001 Nissan frontier in for engine detailing and they did a beautiful job!! These guys are fantastic and the price is unbeatable! My engine looked brand new they certainly surpassed my expectations! I was very happy with my experience, I will be going back and have already recommended them to friends and family.

The service was really fast I was able to get my car in on the next day after I called. and pick it up on that same day too. It was clean and shiny as if it was a new car coming out of the dealership. Engine was clean, leather inside looked brand new and all small scratches disappeared. Best car detailing experience, I highly recommend it.

Wasn't Impressed I brought my all Black Scion here to get detailed its fairly new but has taken some scratches due to the previous owner but majority them are very light and only noticeable because its black. Anyway I came here and while they were extremely friendly i basically paid for a 70 dollar car wash....... if my car was dirty and covered in mud I would have said WOW great job! but in reality all they did was wash the car and apply some hand towel wax...... I really so no improvement on any panel of the body and they didnt even steam wash or clean the engine which I'm almost certain was included in the 70 dollar exterior which is the discounted rate of their full price that does include that. I wasn't looking for miracle work because I know they are not magicians but I was definitely looking for better work than I received.

We needed to get our car detailed so my father-in-law could have a nice ride when he visits this week. We've had our 2005 Scion xB since October 2004 and we've never had it totally detailed. It wasn't 'gross' but it was definitely worn and shabby looking. There were stains on the carpets and seats...and dust and grime that had built up regardless of how often we had it in the car wash. For this reason I didn't think I'd see a big difference when I picked up the car after being detailed by the Cool Brothers.**Boy was I wrong!!**The car literally looked as good as it did the day we bought it. The light colored 'ick' that uniformly covered the seats was removed to reveal clean-like-new black cloth upholstery!! The place where grime built up on radio buttons was cleaned meticulously!! When they say 'every nook and cranny' they mean it. I'm so pleased with their work!!If you need a feel-good dose in your day, try cleaning up your ride with Cool Brothers and you'll be happier each time you get in your car!!I can't say enough about their care and customer service. Everything was as they said it would be, Londi even came out and wiped off rain drops before we left so we'd have the cleanest version of our car we could have (in a Tucson monsoon! ha!)Thanks so much, Cool Brothers! I'll be proud to have my father-in-law driving around in our beloved little "Silver Lunchbox".

I would I highly recommend getting the exterior and interior detail full package. I have taken my vehicles to other detail shops and they did not follow through on removing stains and scuffs that they claimed that they would. Cool brothers guaranteed me that they would and did! Cool brothers, thank you so much for making my vehicle look as it did when I first drove it off the car lot!

Amazing work and customer service! Brought in a 2000 4Runner that I just bought (from a family with kids that left a lot of gunk in it, plus it looked like it had never been cleaned inside or outside). They worked all afternoon/evening on it and weren't quite satisfied with it yet (some spilled paint wasn't coming out), so they asked me to schedule a convenient time to bring it back so they could get the paint out. It already looks amazing, but I'll bring it back tomorrow to get the last bit done.I highly recommend getting their full interior/exterior service. You won't be disappointed! These guys do amazing work.

Took my Tacoma in recently. The thing was as dirty as its ever been. Inside was covered in dog hair and the outside look like it hadn't been washed in years. When I came to pick it up I could barely recognize my truck. They got every dog hair out and it looks like a lot of the exterior scratches are now gone. They did a great job I would recommend this place to a friend. Best Detail service I have ever used.

I am absolutely bowled over by the stellar service and value I received today from Cool Brothers. I got lucky and found a good review of them on line, then pursued it and thought I would try to call to see what worked out. Not only were they able to somehow work me in on a Friday, their price was absolutely fair and their results wildly exceeded even my highest hopes. My car is no newbie - it is a 1992 Toyota Tercel, still running like clockwork, and they shone her up like she's never been shined before and she looks and smells like a first class ride now. I have had other detail work done from time to time, maybe once every 5 years, but Cool Brothers is hands down the BEST of the BEST and I will be proud to take my old Tercel friend back to them, or any newer car I may be getting. WAY TO GO GUYS, you have made my whole month with your care and skill!

I paid for a full car detail... I had many small specks of sap that had gotten on my hood, roof, and windshield. When I came to pick it up, all of the sap was still there. When I brought it to their attention, they said sorry and to bring it back in another time. So I did. Then they spent an hour removing some (not all) of the specks from the hood, and the ones on the windshield and roof hadn't been removed at all.Was my car cleaner than when I dropped it off? Yes.Was it spotless like I was expecting from a full car detail? Not even close.

I delivered the car to my daughter with the detail as a suprise gift, outcome, Embarrassment and Humiliation. Entrusted my 2003 Mercedes-Benz ML320 to them and was left with a dirty car and a poor customer service experience. They left stains and dirty solvents in cup holders. The CD changer compartment was obviously untouched as there was dust layer with the sticky spots.The car seat side was completely encrusted with coke from old spill and left dirty by Cool Brothers..The head light "treatment" left my headlight fogged an unable to see through at night, very dangerous. The management acted like a gang of thugs, refusing responsibility and accusing us of having dog hair (no pets, wrong vehicle?)If you don't care much about the nooks and crannies and you like to pay high prices for substandard work, this is the place for you.If you are like me and are picky about your car, consider using "Boosted Detail" or "Cool AUTO"

Love the job they did on my little red Toyota. I bought is used and 1 1/2yrs later at least the inside still looks brand new. I just wish I could get rid of the nicks from the sand blasting of dessert life. Can't expect them to remove but they made it look less prominent. Thank you guys, great work and I will refer others...

Based on a previous positive visit I went back here (Found a new Groupon). Well I don't know what has changed but the service provided given the extreme cost (Groupon was $125 and I spent an additional $120 not including tip) is disappointing to say the least. I had issues with my wash and took it back to be fixed. Well the guy first argued with me, then didn't correct the glaring items I pointed out. Moral of the story I will not be coming back here. Cool Auto has done better work at a lower cost for me. Sad thing is my friends and I all engineers at large companies around town are looking for a regular detail location.I also couldn't believe the called me at 5:10 to say my truck was ready and only gave me until 5:30. You're kidding right? Then the dude argued that he called earlier and wouldn't admit he was wrong even after I showed him the call records!

Well I have to say I am extremely disappointed. After reading the reviews I was sure we were going to be impressed when picking up our truck. We dropped off our truck at 9am. We were told it would take 4 hours, we called them at 6 hours and they said it would be done in 5 minutes. When we got down there the outside looked good. There were some minor things, they sprayed the tires and it didn't absorb and the mirrors and front still had some bugs, but good considering. Then we started to look over the inside. The previous owners were smokers which is why we chose the complete interior and exterior package, the most expensive option. The pockets in the doors hadn't been cleaned, literally swiped my hand through one, my finger tips were black, but wait, it happened 3 more times, forgotten in every door. The window controls, door handles, dash board, seat belts, ac vents, and lets just say all of the things one should pay attention to during a detail,still just as dirty and when we brought it in. Oh and did I mention the ash trays still had cigarette ash. They said they shampooed our carpets, and yes they were better but not even damp, and while they didn't stink they didn't smell good, which was worrisome. Then I hit the seat and dust went everywhere. The desk girl saw all of this and grabbed one of the men to fix the problems. I spent over 20 minutes pointing out everything, to the person who was supposed to be the professional. After some time I was irritated about everything and we left. When we got home we figured we would just do it our selves. After about 20+ dingy armor all wipes, used on less than half the truck, I called them back. Again, the girl at the desk was sweet. She tried to come up with resolutions but it seemed the man she was speaking too was not having it. This took place on a Saturday and by the time I got home they were closing in a hour. They told me we had 24 hours to bring it back, they were closed on Sunday. They said we could bring it back Monday and only Monday. I explained we work and he said that was the only option. I even offered for them to refund half, or to trade for a traditional wash later. He was unwilling to work with us. Let's just say disappointed doesn't even begin to explain.

Thanks to all the team at Cool Brothers detailing. Both my Mercedes were done to perfection, absolutely beautiful, inside, outside, trunk and total engine all look like new - price for the two car package was very reasonable, I highly recommend this team to do your car.

Got a groupon for a interior detail, my radiator blew so my car was in the shop for a while. I had no clue my groupon was ganna expire. So i had to get my car in asap. The woman i spoke to was extremely helpful with either trying to squeeze me in, or helping me with other options. I was able to tell her my schedule and she helped no problem. I will post another review when i get my car done. Very happy with this company so far.

Broken Headrest, dirty car, windows and a month later still smells like chemicals. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever I had. They actually broke the rotatory bracket on the headrest and tried to hide it in my seat covers. Then it flopped over a couple miles down the road. I came back and they "ACTED" surprised and called some kid over and yelled at him in an obvious scapegoat kind of way. I also pointed out all the oil on the windows from the ArmorAll knock off they used. they cleaned them pretty half assed, but I was more concerned about he headrest with a video console in it which no longer worked. They said it was because of some screws and could fix it the next day after getting the parts. I took it back, spent 5 hours waiting, then got it back. A few days later it came off again. I could see how they put it back together, with a couple of screws and little pieces of plastic it looked like they found on the ground, to act as a kind of little brace. Very shoddy. I've tried calling several times and they never returned the calls. Now they are seemingly out of business...at least I couldn't find any of the same guys around and their signage is gone and Groupon says they are Closed Now.I've had to file a dispute with my cards but that will take up to 45 days! The CHEAPEST estimate to fix my headrest...$800!!!Disappointed and pissed is just a beginning!
