Miguel, Bryan and Panchitto are incredibly nice and professional. I've been to many tire shops in Tucson and it feels good to know that I found a new home here. I can't remember the last time I was at a business where doing the right thing was more important that just money.

I ve been here twice. Got 4 like new tires today after an alignment. They let me check out all the tires before I paid. They re excellent and were kept inside out of the elements. They were practically new with great tread. If they were used it was VERY lightly. The price was great. The lady and the workers were all very nice. I won t be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Great price good people.. they always definitely get me moving again on the road so customer service is pretty fast for being a small business I think they have a lot of potential there and thank you again guys for getting me through the day

I came here twice after one day one of my Tires blew and other time I need to buy a Tire.I call other Tire shops for some reason most of the time they don't have the Tires that use for my car. When I call Herr they always have it.This place love it because the people at this Tire Shop, always moving doing their job. Trying to keep you moving even after having a bad day. Every time I come here don't take no more than 20 minutes to do their job (for one tire).Need used or new Tires with Zero drama and fast. This is your place.

SUPER impressed!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff working the front desk. An awesome team of guys running the shop, working together on vehicles. My whole experience with this shop was very efficient and thorough. The price was right and the used tires are in great condition with nice tread. I will definitely be a repeat client!

Super awesome helpful, and Affordable, had a rude customer cut ahead of me and take my spot but the employees made it right and worked quickly and efficiently Grade A+ customer service.

I ordered 4 each 6 ply tires 3 days ago. I checked the day after and they said the tires arrived. I came in and they put on new tires. I Did not check the tire ply. When I had my f150 wheel alignment done I checked and the tires were 4 ply. I went back and they put on 10 ply All Terrain tires.. They went out of their way to make things right.

These guys were awesome. I pulled up and was out in 45 minutes for 3 tires. That's good work.The two gentlemen we intuitive and honest. He found me the best tire for the best price, and I even noticed more expensive ones that he didn't mention on the way out.

The worst experience ever! Do not support this local business. They are very shady and dishonest about warranties and honoring what they sale and write down on they invoices. I was told by Mike that my new tire will be ready Monday went to today to get it and Mike told me that the warranty end road hazard were not longer good, when I purchased tires for 75k, it has been 14 months since that purchase. I will never recommend this people. Stick to costco...

I picked up a nail on the highway and my tire was going flat fast. It was close to the sidewall and figured I d probably need a new one. I didn t want to go to discount because they take forever and are expensive. I found Contreras online and decided to try it. My visit took less than 20 minutes and I was on the road again with a quality used tire (good tread, same size and brand even)! The price was great as well! Highly recommend Contreras Tire Shop!

Remarkable service today! We got a tire pressure warning light on the I-10. Limped to the next exit, and looked up the closest tire place. Tire was down to 22psi by the time we arrived. We were seen immediately, they efficiently removed the tire, fixed the hole, and put it back on. And it cost just $10! Highly recommend these guys.

Great prices on used and new tires. Great friendly service. I called for a used tire, they had two in stock that had 90% of the tread left. I were willing to sell me just one. All I could afford at the time. I did go back and get the other one. Love their fast service.

11/25/18 Purchased two quality used tire at a great price, mounted and balanced. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you for being friendly and for taking the time to allow me to pick the tires for my specific need.

Purchased tires for our Yukon today the brand we chose and told we where getting was NEXEN. After the tires had been put on I realized the tires they had placed on the vehicle WAS NOT THE BRAND WE CHOOSE, when we pointed it out to them they said no you chose these tires we continued to disagree with no outcome for the customer (us) We also had brought the vehicle in before hand so they could make sure the tires wouldn t rub THE ORIGINAL TIRE WE WANTED NEXEN they assured us multiple times they would not rub, so we proceeded with the purchase once the tires where put on I drove across the street to get the vehicle aligned. The shop (where I was getting the vehicle aligned) let me know that in fact the tires are rubbing after taking the vehicle back to the tire shop to let them they know they are rubbing the said they would have to modify the fenders. IF THEY SOLD US THE RIGHT TIRES IN THE FIRST PLACE NOTHING WOULD HAVE TO BE MODIFIED. We had a 285/46r/22 on before the new ones and it was almost touching the fender. They assured me multiple times that the 305/45/22 would be ok. They tried to blame it on the Alignment but it was rubbing when I drove it to get it done. They offered no Resolution and I will now be coming out of pocket to get the fenders modified so that the tires don t rub and ware faster. I truly feel that I was scammed by the shop just so they can make some money. I personally will never go back to the shop or recommend to friends and family

I love this place. Only place in tucson I will get my tires from. The guy who runs it always takes care of us. Even after one of our tires popped we went right there and he hooked us up and took great care. Went back recently to talk about some tires issues the dealership said I had and they are once again taking care of the customer.Definitely go here if you need some tires and want great service without paying the crazy prices from big retailers!!!

We called multiple places looking for a used tire for my car with no luck. The places said my tire is rare to sale so they don't typically carry them. This place however had more than 1 of my rare size and in good condition for $40 it was fast service and they were friendly! Will most defiantly think of them the next time i need a tire

Great tire shop, Hard working personnel. They attend me very fast and get straight to the point, they don't hassle me with new tire or buying stuff I don't need, I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family, great prices too!

I had purchased some tires at a different tire shop on a Saturday and they were defected so I have to cancel my trip that I had on that day. I was heading out of town due to a family emergency. So i headed back to the shop to my surprise they were closed so I had to wait for the next day Sunday and unfortunately they were closed so I found Contreras tire shop that were open on Sundays and Pancho was a big help. thank you sir for your help. I highly recommend this location customer service is awesome

Fast and efficient. Very pleased with the repair to my tire. Would consider them for purchase of a next new set.*** Was pleased with them tell finding out there repairs were substandard. A rip off.

I went last minute after work thinking I would be late, they were starting to close up so I was afraid I was too late. But to my surprise, they still helped me. The staff was great upon arrival, very kind and helpful people. They have great deals and are willing to work with you. If you need new or used tires this is the place to go! Thanks again!

The best place in Tucson to buy tires at a very reasonable price. I thought the Southside would sell tires cheaper but Contreras Tire blew everyone away with the price they gave me. Also the workers are awesome!!! They don't waste time. You are in and out very quickly. Please Tucson let's help keep the business going and give them chance, you won't regret it.

We wanted NEXUS brand tires, they ordered and put on a whole other brand. They tried telling us they ordered what we agreed upon WE DIDN'T WANT THE BRAND THEY PUT ON. They told us repeatedly the tires wouldn t rub on the wheel well BUT THEY DO. They are trying to blame it on the alignment NOT TRUE the tires are too big. Now we have to pay to get the wheel well modified so the tires won t rub. 10/10 would not recommend!!
