Everyone I worked with there was professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me ASAP, even stayed past closing to prevent me from having to keep a rental over the weekend. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing repairs.

I'm pretty sure this company has their employees put 5 star reviews on for them.I regret using Chapman Collision for my repairs. I was in a fender bender and had them replace hood, headlight, and front fender. I've had to return my vehicle 3 times because of quality control issues.They tried pawning my car off to me multiple times even though the repairs weren't completed. They painted pieces the wrong color, neglected to put the VW badge back on and much more. On top of that they hit my door on something and left paint chips on my passenger door + my vehicle was covered in overspray from sitting in their shop.It's currently back for a 3rd time because they routed my entire washer system wrong and neglected to put back parts for it. Update, I've taken it in the Chapman Volkswagen to get this issue fixed, I've brought it in two separate occasions (which they told me to) and when I picked it up both times they said they didn't have time to fix it and keep pushing me months out.This place is a scam. They are careless about working on peoples vehicles and don't provide the services they're paid for!

Worst body shop I have ever dealt with. I feel like this facility hires amateurs to do collision repair work. My preferred body shop had a 4 week delay before they could work on the car because of the backlog. So I took it to Chapman because I assumed the collision center would be good as the dealerships as I have purchased and serviced my cars at Chapman dealerships. Boy was I way wrong. They finish the work on time and I go to pickup the car and I am looking at the paint job on the damaged side and it had scratches and dull finish with no shine as if some kid took a can of spray paint and just sprayed it over the primer. The advisor said I will fix it and a week later I go to pick it up and the paint is now fixed but the car is missing the hood emblem and the reverse light on the accident side does not work. I wait there for 45 mins and they come back and tell me they need to replace the light assembly and will call me when all these parts are ordered and come in. The advisor acts like this is a normal occurrence at this facility and have no pride or quality in their work. My advice is never step foot in this facility for any collision repair. I should have waited and went with my preferred collision center Formula One Collision because I know If I had used them I just have to pick up my car once and then leave with no worries and 100% satisfied with the quality of work.

My good friend has been waiting for 60 days to get his car back. Every time he goes over to check in on his car nobody is working on it. I think this company takes its time on purpose so they can collect more money in fact that is exactly what they are doing because if not they easily can put two people on his vehicle and get it done quicker. Don't let your insurance company use this company.

Was recommended by insurance company. Repairs were completed earlier than initial estimate, even with a supplemental claim submitted. Repaired area looked like it was never even damaged. Could have been better with updates, but not a huge issue since car was ready before estimated completion date.

There was NO communication from the collision center. We made multiple calls and left multiple messages that were not returned. After making multiple calls on day I was finally able to reach someone who gave me information that was helpful but not fully accurate. It was not until Made a call to a manger in another department at Chapman did anyone call us to let us know what was happening. On the day we were supposed to pick it up we received a call late in the day that the collision center was not able to recalibrate the system so it was being taken to then Subaru dealer. We were able to pick it up from the Subaru dealer the next day. The repair work was very good but the communication and customer service are seriously lacking.

Would absolutely never recommend. I was originally told I would be getting updates on my car, but I had to be the one to call or text everytime. I was also originally told the car would take 2 weeks, and that was in November. I barely got my car today. I was told different things by different people numerous times. I was told the car would be detailed as well, qnd when I tell you my car is just the exact same as 3 months ago, I am not kidding. My doors also no longer beep when locked, which was never an issue before. I sure hope there's nothing more wrong.

Chapman Collision has a staff that listens, professional, & warm inviting & especially maintains a very high degree of attention to detail. The Receptionist & my Body shop representative Selena & her Support staff displayed all the attributes that I listed. I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my 2013 Ram that the drivers rear tire, wheel well, tail lite & truck bed were damaged by an unknown spike on California Interstate 8 returning from a Disneyland Anaheim trip with my wife & I & daughters.

Very poor communication, extremely slow in repairs when they actually had the parts. It was just that they did not repair it quickly or efficiently. Kept turning car in as complete when it was not done which delayed repairs even further.

We took my car here a few months ago, was estimated a week long repair. Turned into phone tag while no one ever gets back to you with updates and didn t get my car back till over a month. Once returned it was filthy covered in dirt with a dead fly inside, seemed like they left to sit with window open in summer. After getting car back it was in worse shape than when we brought in, the ac completely not working and stunk. Found out there were pack rats after my car was sitting in their lot for a month. The owner tried to say it was our fault as They do not have any pack rats in their lot but when we brought my car in it was almost brand new and we do not have any pack rats at our house and checked all of our other cars. He agreed to fix the damages and said he would get it detailed as well. That all went smoothly and we appreciate how he fixed it for us but took another few days. Now we have found out from the past rat damage my fog light wire was chewed and Chapman did not check under the hood completely before returning my car. I m extremely disappointed and now will be paying more out of pocket to fix their damages to my vehicle. Will hate to discover what else was chewed through since they couldn t even check all my engine while fixing the first issue.-Forgot to mention when we FIRST went to pick up my car (before discovering the rats) my bumper was not attached completely and they blamed a new person forgot a bolt AND my freshly painted bumper already had a chip in the paint. The only reason this review isn t one star is due to the owner agreeing to detail our car after we expressed how bad of condition the car was returned in.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was the second time my car was repaired by them. The first time was almost 2 months but there was a back up on parts. Not their fault. They kept me informed the whole time. This time it was finished sooner then i expected. All the work done was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially with the fact that it's a lifetime warranty. I wish I could put ZERO stars. Took car here a week ago for a new bumper, paint, and broken headrest after getting rear ended at a red light. They estimated it to take a week, called back 5 days later saying it was done. They put the bumper on and painted it (beautifully) did not replace the head rest (whatever) but got the car back in worse shape than it was in when dropped off. It's almost like someone took it out joy riding. The AC is completely out, and there's something now wrong with the suspension and steering. They wont do anything. Do not reccommend this place at all, only came here because that's where the insurance wanted it to go to get fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Front end repair from vehicle backing into car.. Geico had the car taken into Chapman Collision to fix my 2016 Corolla. I wanted to take it over to Formula One that s my usual go to and they do fantastic work. Unfortunately there was over a month wait for repairs (worth it). We wanted to resolve it sooner so we took it over to Chapman I saw mixed reviews and thought should be fine. I was mistaken. The front end was not a match for my Toyota 2016 Corolla they put some cheap spare parts or non fitting front bumper. The shape was extremely off. The sides were popping out. It was bent out of shape. Curved pullling and pushing from the right to left. I don t know what vehicle they pulled this from but it wasn t a match. There was cheap tiny inner brackets holding it entirely on there. Cosmetically was just the worse. Horrible copy/paste. Right away upon pick up noticed it was off within 24 hrs took it right back demanding they fix it. As they claim they stand by their work and repairs. Instead they didn t and took no responsibility or action regarding the dissatisfaction and bad repair job. All lies. Geico wanted us to put in a additional claim just to fix the Chapman issues. It s since been resolved with CARSTAR. Do not recommend Chapman.Service: Body & Trim

So far my vehicle has been in the shop 37 days and they keep giving me estimated completion dates they wait until the day before pickup and add a week. They have given me 2 updates since they have had my vehicle I have to call constantly to find out anything and their answer has been i don t know I ll call you back and when they do call back which isn t every time they will just give me the same i don t know that they gave me over the phone the first time. I don t recommend this place.

I was recommended to Chapman by my insurance company and only wish that I had read reviews beforehand. After estimate was given I was given a timeline of 3 days for the minor repair as the parts were apparently in stock. After the 3 days I called to get status only to be told by Liz that car wouldn't be ready for another 4 days as didn't have part!? I call again after the 4 day period only to be told at the end of the day that the wrong part was shipped. Still waiting for additional information ... Liz never returns calls, ever and is so disinterested. No customer service whatsoever ... never trust this outfit.Service: Body & Trim

Just got my Go Mango Challenger back and it's PERFECT. I've had the front bumper worked on before at another, bigger name collision center; I had parts missing and the "new" paint was not the correct color. A year later I need work again, so I came here to Chapman and I am ecstatic. Everything is perfect, nothing is missing, and customer service was great! Bring your oddball colored cars here and they will not get it wrong! Your team is awesome and they deserve praise. Thank you.

I would hands down recommend Chapman to anyone- even if you just need a paint job. They have seen me through hail repairs, a drunk driver collision, and minor fender benders. They are also honest and upfront. From CeCe - who coordinates care to the amazing mechanical specialists in the shop. A most superb experience every time!

My experience was less than adequate. A repair initially estimated to take 21 days wound up taking 43 days. All along in the process the communication was poor and I had to initiate contact most of the time in order to get updates. I was called in to pick up my vehicle when it wasn't ready and that mistake was never acknowledged. The quality of the repair was good but the whole customer service experience was not. I believe it's telling that in these reviews the owner only acknowledges the positive reviews. That speaks volumes about the company's intent to provide excellent service - they should absolutely be responding to the poor reviews before the positive. Clearly the management is tone deaf.

Chapman did a truly expert job in repairing a large deep scratch in my 2 month old 23 Honda. Alexis was highly professional and coordinated the insurance coverage and helped with the rental. She also got it done quickly which helped reduce rental cost. Refered my grandson, will send others.

These people don't care about communication or good service. First, they lost my car. They have had my car for about 3 months, told me it would be ready a month ago. Now, every week they tell me it will be ready. But every week there is a new part that they thought they ordered but didn't. Don't bring your car here.

I removed the more important, bigger items out of my car before leaving it with Chapman. I noticed things missing soon after leaving after picking it up. I was already impatient and done with their mediocre customer service so I decided not to say anything. To this day I m still finding little things missing. The first thing I noticed was all of my change was taken and just today I went to reach for my scissors and they too were taken. Ridiculous. I had to keep calling for updates and had to continue paying for more expensive gas for the rental when they ordered the wrong part. DO NOT GO HERE.

The whole experience was stressful. The 1st time when I went to see the car the parts did not fit but they wanted me to still take the car saying that it Had a warranty. But I refused to take the car until they found the right Parts that actually fitted My vehicle And they end up having my vehicle for just about 2 months Leave it me without transportation.Service: Body & Trim
