Probably the worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I called about a specific car in mind before making the multiple hour commute, since I live far away, and was told it was in stock and available. I drive all the way down to find out they sold the car DAYS before, just that another lot had sold it and that's why they thought they had it. I don't know why they failed to mention that in the phone call, but I put it aside and still gave them yet another chance to earn my business as I had another multiple hour commute home anyway.I found another car that was in my price range, since I was paying cash, but only if they discounted it a couple of hundred off an over 15k price out the door. The car was above market price, so it would've taken it to at around market price. The salesmen straight up just said no, that the way the price was was a discount, "so a discount on a discount wouldn't be possible". They then told me they'd contact me if anything else popped up that might interest me, but then gave me radio silence after the fact. So I drove 5 hours for absolutely nothing. Please stay away from this dealership. They also add 6k in dealer options to all cars which you have to hassle to get off. Overall it was just a very poor experience, I just wish they were more transparent and friendly with their customers.

We had the best experience at Chapman Acura.Thank you Josh! We were locked out of our car. Josh went above and beyond to get us back into our vehicle. Thank you to the service manager. We will always come here. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from here and we will get our next vehicle from Chapman Acura. Highflying recommend if you are wanting a personal touch and caring company to buy your car from.

Chapman Acura of Tucson has and always provides excellent service. Yesterday, Hector made my service experience a very pleasant one. The sales team and Service Department I can t complain about. Plus if waiting there they provide plenty of goodies.

My service advisor Alex was wonderful from start to finish! He showed me the waiting area and the beverage and snack bar. He was very thorough with explaining my service and went through a few pointers with my entertainment system.

Call me old fashioned but I strongly believe in customer service. I believe it is the corner stone of any business. Javier Teran is a salesperson at Chapman Acura. He is exemplary. A genuine salesperson who listens to your needs and puts zero pressure on you. He helped me get a great deal on an RDX. I strongly recommend Javier to anyone in the market for a vehicle. His knowledge in what he sells puts him over the top. You won't regret it.

Consider yourself warnedAwful, awful dealership and I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Especially if you have to go in for any recalls.UPDATE:You can read response below for yourself. Please let me know if I mentioned anything in my review about a loaner car. Or availability of parts. This 1 star review is due to very poor customer service and a demeaning staff, Brandon.I would highly suggest you go to another Acura dealership. Drive to Oro Valley. Not worth dealing with Chapman.

They had a vehicle that I was interested in and valued my trade more than I was expecting. Kim was great to work with, and the only one who did greet us on the floor when we walked in. We did two test drives on different days which was nice of her to allow us and even filled up the car before purchase. If I ever need to buy a vehicle from this location, I'll ask for Kim.For price transparency, the non-negotiable flat fee add-ons for purchasing a car here are as follows:- $695 AVAS vehicle tracking*- $589 doc fee- $499 Red alert --> device that makes your third brake light blink/supposed supplemental insurance if you are rear-ended- $329 VTR** --> supposed tire insurance- $89.95 Nitrogen Tire fill*Of note, the AVAS vehicle tracking, you do NOT get admin privileges so you cannot create boundaries or alerts. I'm assuming the dealer has to relinquish admin privilege for my car.** Hit a pesky Tucson pothole that damaged a tire. Tried filing a claim as documented and was told they're three months out. Repairs have to be pre-approved to have any reimbursement, not after the fact.Overall, if you buy a car here, see Kim.

Great experience, no upsell at all, took great care of our entire family - would highly recommend! This was for a recall and other issues we noticed, they took care of everything for no charge. Fantastic :)

Great personal service. I don't like a hard sell and I did not experience that at Chapman(unlike another dealer I visited.) Courteous and personable with fair prices. Cannot ask for anything more IMO.

I was greated at the portico, the attendant asked questions and confirmed the details of my service. I asked them to check the alignment and I waited in the customer oriented lobby for a couple hours. They explained everything abt the service appointment and went over it with a detailed printed report which I took home. Your tires are good for possibly another 20,000, etc. I laughed and commented abt how Acura is always trying to get me to buy a new vehicle, but why would I when my 21RDX is so great? That s a big problem we have here at Acura, selling new vehicles to our current owners! We had a good laugh. They were efficient and congenial and also had the non-mechanic services down!

Service is great. Justin works with you on solving any issues with the car and updates the status of repairs and explains what service work was done or needed in the future.

I would do a zero if it allowed. Sold them my Acura and still waiting on the balance they owe me.Meanwhile they have it for sale at 5K more than they gave me on their Tucson lot but won t pay my balance owed to me.Complete negligence from a company to big to care!!I ll never go to Chapman again!!!!

If you want to buy car here. Be careful with their add on fee. I went in today and they added some extra add-on toward the car. I am shopping car out of state now due to this, and got way better deal and mileages. Just be mindful about the fee, unless you have money to throw around. -$2000 but then add $2000 on top of it.After bought a car at other dealer. I concluded, chapman is bunch crooked. There were 4 different type of taxes on this image. I saw only 1 at other dealer.

Routine maintenance. Chapman has been doing it for the life of my 2014. Probably the last time because I ll being buying a 2024 from them soon. Service staff has always been friendly, fully exppained tasks that were scheduled as well as any found while in the shop.Trust them to treat you fairly and courteously.

Any time you buy a car, it's a better experience at a Chapman dealership. Professional 5 star service department, quality parts department, and salespeople who help you, not push you. Call Renee in service. Call Patrick in sales.

Based on multiple experiences, I recommend potential customers exercise caution when considering doing business with a Chapman dealership.Certification Delays: The car I purchased was marketed as certified with Acura when it hadn't been. It took over a year to rectify the certification issue, leading to complications with Acura finance such as untracked payments and requests for double payments.Registration Delays: The process to receive my license plate took three months, possibly due to lost or un-submitted paperwork to the MVD. They blamed the MVD. I've never had a plate take more than two weeks.Questionable Service Recommendations: The dealership presented images of 'dirty' engine and cabin filters and advised replacement. I personally replace these filters, and the ones they showed were not the brand I use. They acknowledged this oversight as a 'learning opportunity'.Undocumented Service Suggestions: I was proposed a $600 transmission service, which isn't listed in the vehicle manual nor identified as a requirement based on any tests.Misinformation about HVAC: After replacing my compressor, the dealership informed me that it's common for Acura vehicles to require an HVAC recharge every 18 months. My system was not working, my car is under warranty, they charged me for the repair. This seems unusual.I can provide documentation to back up these claims and I urge customers to be informed and cautious when interacting with a Chapman dealer.

Chapman has a reputation statewide for quality customer service. Their staff is professional and courteous. Beware of the parts department--you can't leave without buying something. They have so much cool merchandise.

Fabian and Jaime were great to deal with during the purchase process. Their team was right behind them to finish up paperwork quickly and easily. They made buying a car from out of state easy. When the car arrived it was exactly as described and I am very pleased with the entire transaction.Even after the sale Fabian and the service team have been incredible.

Purchasing a car from Chapman Acura was literally the worst experience of buying a vehicle that I have ever had. The salesman who attended me, Eddie Sharp, had the attitude that he was doing me a favor rather than providing a service. He was rude, unhelpful, aloof, and deceitful , though I guess the latter pretty much goes with the territory of a used car salesman. While the vehicle I purchased is in theory a good one, a 2015 Subaru Forester, it was sold to me with a number of issues that I am sure the agency was aware of and chose not to address. For one thing, it had a cracked bushing, which required me to replace both lower controller arms, and then do an alignment. In the time it took me to discover this, the issue caused the wheels on the vehicle to wear out prematurely, requiring that I get a set of four new tires only four months after buying the vehicle. At the time of the sale, the headlights of the vehicle were incredibly filthy, and I had to ask that they be cleaned three separate times, neither one of those times resulting in any sort of positive result. A less minor issue, though still one that I consider unacceptable, was that the leather of the driver side seat was torn. When I pointed this out to Eddie, he assured me that he would have it repaired for me as part of the service, only to subsequently have his manager come over and tell me that they were not making any money on the sale and therefore would not perform this repair. This was communicated to me when I was already in the process of signing the final sales documents. To make matters worse, when I performed a tune-up on the vehicle about 6 months later, it was evident that all of the maintenance that had been done on the vehicle was done as poorly as humanly possible. One example is that I actually had to use a corded large impact wrench to remove the oil pan nut when I performed my first oil change, it had been tightened with such a ridiculous amount of torque. A regular mechanic's impact wrench wouldn't budge it. The oil filter they had used was also the cheapest on the market, as well, and was also leaking oil from day one. The cabin filter looked like it hadn't been changed in years. The bottom line is that I wouldn't even send my ex-wife to Chapman to purchase a vehicle. They must be the worst dealership in town, and Mr. Sharp their top fraudster. Caveat emptor! I hope this will spare future potential victims from what I went through. They should be ashamed of themselves. Love thy neighbor as thyself!

I went in for an oil change and Justin greeted me right away with a smile. Rene was amazing at keeping me posted about where my car was in the service. And Michael who sold me my Acura RDX in 2018 ALWAYS stops by to say hello while I wait.

Went into Acura Chapman on a non scheduled appointment day. An they immediately booked me in said I'd be there for a bout 3 hours. I was there for like 2 hours which wasn't bad I know they had scheduled appointments they had to get before me so I was fine with it. Now my baby is running fine thanks Chapman

Purchased a vehicle here in November, and it was the best car buying experiences I have had. Javier was a great help during the sales process, and followed up with everything even weeks after the purchase. Would buy from Chapman Acura again in the future.
