Great experience! They gave me an estimate on the spot and were very straightforward during the repairs to my Mercedes that was hit in the rear. They worked with me as more damage was discovered and gave me options. I was very impressed with the work performed for the cost. The paint matches perfectly. They are awesome and efficient. It took about a week to get my bumpers fixed but my car literally looks brand new. The only thing is I wish they answered the phone more often, but I really really enjoy talking to them when I can and am able to get what I need done right away. Decent pricing as I went to a few other places for the same issue and they were charging me $200-$800 more.

Kevin (the owner) has been a great person to deal with. Very accommodating, I have a breathalyzer in my car, and he was more then welcome to work with me on that device. He makes sure to use OEM parts with Insurance claims like mine was. Even know insurance will try and have them use OEM parts. Car is all buffed out looking like it s brand new. If you have any question or concerns Kevin will make sure your good. Very pleasant people to work with, I will be bringing all my auto body work here in the future. You will leave happy, with the assurance it s done right. If your in need of auto body work, bring your vehicle here. Also the lady in the office was honest and very pleasant to deal with as well.

We were told that Central Collision is the best, so I went there with my daughter and her Subaru. Shelby treated us with respect and was extremely helpful. Her and her parents were very friendly and nice to work with. The car was repaired flawlessly and it turned out beautiful ! They do terrific work and you should stop looking around and just go to Central. We will always use them and recommend them in the future. One of the best shops I have ever been too. Shelby at the front desk was super helpful and Randy went way out of his way to help me out. My heads lights had a cheap tint covering them and eventually caked over so I couldn t see my headlights. Randy found a work around to get new lenses instead of paying for an $800 headlight. Not only that he rushed to finish the car three days in advance so I can take it on a road trip. Shelby and Randy both went a few extra miles to help me out and save me some cash. I can t say enough good things about this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kevin, Jill, and Shelby are fabulous. The work done was outstanding and my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee looks like new. Lots of rave comments from others. They went out of their way to find body parts no longer manufactured. This is a first class business that I highly recommend. Friendly, reliable, competent with exceptional skills. I got several quotes and found their pricing was very competitive for the Tucson area. My vehicle was returned in better condition than prior to my collision with unrelated nicks and scratches touched up and the car detailed for no extra charge in addition to the flawless repairs. The staff was super flexible and helpful, holding on to my vehicle while I was on a short military deployment. They even remembered me by name upon contacting them again almost a year later. I recommend to anyone in Tucson requiring body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best shop I've ever dealt with. After 26 years of driving and restoring cars I've had a couple opportunities to work with shops all over the country. These folks are hands down the best I've had the chance to work with. Their work is top notch and their customer service is untouchable. They did some insurance work for some rear end damage plus a repaint for the rest of my truck. It's a 2003 F-150 and I'm constantly getting comments about how new it looks. They also do restoration work and I wouldn't hesitate to take my classic car to them. It's a family owned and run business and Kevin does it right. My sister and I both had our vehicles repaired there and both are extremely happy at the speed of service, ease of coordination and workmanship. If the Air Force didn't make me move every few years, I would be a lifetime customer here. Stop looking around now and take your car to Kevin, you'll be glad you did. I can't say enough positive things about Central Collision Center.

Minor replacement took literally 25 minutes I was still charged at the estimated 2.4 hour billing rate because ' that is the system'. I understand how the book listing for auto repair works and don't doubt the estimate. In the past, at other garages, when there has been a difference between 'book rate' and actual labor time, I was given an adjusted bill. It may be correct but it certainly not fair given the 2 hour difference.Unexpected poor response. You don't have much faith in your experts if you allow for such a wide range of labor time. You are certainly not 'other garages' with your proud rogue stance... I took away one star and will recommend others to patronize one of the other shops who are show more respect for their customers.Service: Body & Trim

Car was turned in with half a tank of gas and they left just 7 miles left in the tank talked to the front desk and they just pointed us to the nearest gas station like nothing was wrong. The check engine light is still on and flashing

Hands down the best body shop ever! From the moment I arrived everyone there was extremely helpful and informative. They had my truck fixed in less than a day. The insurance company of the person who hit my truck tried to jerk me around saying it would take months, but Kevin and Jill personally called around and had the part ordered that day. They also handled the rental arrangements. Overall, just a really nice family and really good quality work. They don't try to squeeze you for all your worth, and they take the time to explain things in a way that makes everything easy to understand.

If you are an individual who is searching online for places to take your car, and if you also happen to be someone who doesn't know squat about cars and is used to being ripped off, used, or lied to about their car, GO. HERE. It has always been a nightmare for myself to go to car shops because it is so obvious that I am not experienced with vehicles that all I usually am is a huge $$$ sign to the people I take my car to. NOT HERE. I drove around looking to get my Subaru Crosstrek fixed and other places, in Tucson, wanted 4,000 and even 5,000 dollars from me for my repair. I took my Subaru to Central Collision Center, and I got ALL THE WORK DONE, painting, welding, ordering parts, and the work performed, for $1,500. Central Collision Center saved me. I am moving across the country in just a couple of months and if this place had not given me such a great and honest rate I have no idea how I could have afforded it. I want to thank Shelby as well as her entire family (family ran business) for their kindness, professionalism, and for saving my Holidays and quite frankly my entire year!!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH.P.S. Don't go to anywhere in Tucson except here if you want the work done right and fairly. I MEAN IT!!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This shop has a great family-and-friends feel to it; everyone there seems genuinely glad to help and the mood in the office is nice. I feel obligated to shout-out Jill, she is everything a repair shop receptionist should be.Work on my car was done well and seamlessly. Repairs took a little longer than estimated, but costs were in-line and the work done looks great so no complaints here. I'd rather have it done right the first time than get a sub-par rush job elsewhere.I've (unfortunately for me) used the shop twice in the past year, once when I left my car there last summer in what was eventually deemed a total loss. Even though I wasn't technically a client of theirs (since no repairs were done in the end) the staff were very attentive and kind.More recently, I needed a door replacement, and was happy to return to CCC. As stated above, the job they did didn't disappoint. Mike was upfront and informative during my initial estimate, and seemed very honest about trying to accommodate doing the repairs as inexpensively as possible without sacrificing a quality result. I feel lucky to have a shop like theirs in my neighborhood.

My Dodge Caliber had pretty bad damage to my passenger side doors, When I was researching auto repair shops I came across their shop. When I went in to get my estimate, they were very friendly from the start! Super personable and helpful, they listened to my situation and needs and were able to come up with a great plan to help me out. Every time I went in they greeted me warmly and even remembered who I was. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and when I came to pick it up they had washed and vacuumed out my whole car!! It looked amazing!! You couldnt even tell there was any damage to begin with!! Thanks again to the amazing team at Central Collision Center, I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and go back to them if I should ever need to!!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to get it painted there. I had roof oxidation and it was starting to get bad. They fixed it all up and it looks great. They also did a fantastic job in matching my paint so it doesn't look like one part of the car is lighter or darker. Very happy with the results, the ride back to my home and the time frame.

My experience at this body shop was wonderful!!!! I came in with a small dent and the paint scratched on my car. It was fixed and looked brand new after I received it! The repair only took 4 days. Everyone at the shop was friendly and kind. Thank you Shelby for all of your help and everyone who helped with my car. I would recommend Central Collision Center to anyone looking for body work for their car! wonderful service with a wonderful outcome for a very decent price.

Had a small scratch on the tailgate of a brand new car. The bid I received from Kevin at Central Collision was $140 lower than the other bid I received. They suggested it might take three days to repaint the tailgate, but they called me the same day I took it in to tell me it was finished. I suspect it was in part due to dumb luck that the paint booth had nothing else in it that day, but the work they did was excellent and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the staff and the workmanship. Thanks Kevin and Central Collision. Great Job!!

I took my Mustang here to repair some front-end damage. They were very friendly and helpful through the entire experience. After dropping off my car, one of the owners even drove me to Enterprise in his own vehicle upon learning that I was in a hurry to get to work and it was going to take a bit for Enterprise to pick me up.As for the work... It really does look like nothing ever happened. Perfect match. They also called me to give me updates and let me know when it was ready, so I didn't have to call them like you so often do at auto repair shops.Great job guys. I'll definitely be returning here if my car ever gets damaged again.

Central Collision Center epitomizes superior customer service. From the office personnel to the repair staff, they made me feel valued and not just another number to be crossed off an appointment list.Even though my repair entailed more work than the initial quote I received by phone, they charged me the original price and refused to accept additional compensation for the additional work.When I spoke with the owner, he said that after working with auto dealerships for 30 years, he opened this shop to provide the type of individualized service that he felt was lacking in larger shops.This is the type of service that is all too rare these days and it was very nice to find it still exists.

My husband and I moved to Arizona from New Mexico. On moving day I backed my car into the garage hitting a piece of wood sitting on the bench. Being new to Arizona I was not familiar with body shops in Tucson so I began with an internet search and found great reviews on Meyers now Central Collision Center. I went to Central Collision and was immediately greeted by receptionist and Michael H. They were both very friendly and made you feel right at home. They told me to bring my dog in while I waited. Michael was very friendly and quick to provide me with an estimate for damages and a time frame the work could be completed.After I left Central Collision I went to the collision company referred by my insurance company this was not the same experience I had at Central Collision Center. I knew based on my experience at each of the companies I felt more comfortable with Central Collision.I called Michael and set up my appointment with Central Collision Center. They gave me a max estimate of three days and my car was competed after two days. The car was delivered back to me clean and all work completed as promised.It was a pleasure working with Central Collision Center, excellent customer service and auto repair. They have a very friendly atmosphere and make you feel like family. I recommend you stop by Central Collision when your car is in need of a repair.Patty FTucson Arizona

Very professional, friendly, and courteous staff. I brought an older vehicle in to have the roof and hood repainted as the Arizona heat had done some damage over the last 7 years. I entertained having the whole vehicle repainted, but that didn't fit my budget. Since there were some ugly marks left by the sun on the rear quarter panels they went ahead and painted both rear quarters so it wouldn't look so bad and honored the original quote. I basically got half the car painted for a great deal. The quality of the job was top notch. Along the way they fixed a couple other things with the car free of charge.Don't bother looking anywhere else. Go see these guys!

The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly, and they enjoy providing high quality repairs at a fair price. Their shop is much bigger than it looks from the street and is state of the art, clean, green, and well organized. I needed the rear bumper repaired on my new Accord and it was completed on time, at a fair price, and it looks good as new. If you are looking for high quality workmanship and pleasant, personal service I highly recommend CCC.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service/auto service from Central Collision Center. I was having problems with my rear window, which would not roll up or down and was stuck halfway open. I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he told me to come on down and they'll take a look at it. While there, Kevin closed my window and taped it so that it wouldn't roll down anymore and gave me an estimate of the regulator part/labor that I would need! It was the cheapest estimate I've gotten from any other place. He also did not charge me for the diagnostics! A couple weeks later, I called back to order the part and it came the same day. Jill, the receptionist, was super helpful and kind when making the arrangements to have my car fixed and even asked if I would need a ride home from the shop! When dropping my car off for the day, I mentioned there was a part of my inside roof that hangs down and if they had time, could they glue it back up as well. When I went to pick my car up, I barely recognized it! It was so clean and shiny, I questioned whether or not it was my car! They also glued the inside roof for me, for no additional charge!These guys went above and beyond the service I expected! This is officially my go to place and I definitely recommend Central Collision Center for anyone's auto needs.

Amazing customer service. Brought a used vehicle in to inspect for signs of structural damage or repair. Our vehicle was visually inspected and we were shown where some damage was repaired. A diagnostic was run on the vehicle to determine if the TPS was faulty. When they were finished we asked how much we owed them. We were told nothing, with a smile, and to have a nice day. I am extremely impressed with this business customer service and have already recommended them to a couple of people. I have not seen customer appreciation on this level in quite some time. Thank you Central collision center for giving me peace of mind.

Project was finished ahead of time and cost over $ 40.00 less than the estimate. The workmanship was excellent, and they cleaned the car inside and out better than my local carwash. AMAZING auto body repair work topped with outstanding customer service! I have been in 4 auto accidents in my lifetime(none my fault) and have never had a good auto body repair experience until now. I was side swiped by a 98 yr old woman and needed work done to both my driver side doors and rear panel. I am very particular when it comes to my car and the great people of Central Collision Center far exceeded my expectations. Going to Central Collision is like stepping into a time machine and going back to the 1950's where it is a family owned and operated business (husband, wife, daughters and son) that really pride themselves on the work that they do and the great care that they have for their customers. Kevin the owner is a very hands on type of gentleman that makes sure that his customers are happy. Thank you for making my latest auto accident a pleasurable experience. You guys deserve a "100 star" rating.
