I've been bringing my vehicles (including my 2008 Mini Cooper) here for years. They run the shop right, practice good ethics, help ladies in need without price gauging and demeaning. Tony knows how to run the crew and he's the best!... This trip to the shop for my 2001 PT Cruiser was for a broken fan replacement and the light switch on the steering column. $750 later I drove away a happy girl with the advice I need to address my motor mounts and armatures (I think he said). Basically, some front end work.....THANK YOU TONY and Crew!!!

Called Tony a few weeks ago when my van wouldn t start. He was great in helping me get my van towed to his shop and get us back up and running. He is extremely professional and him and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this mechanic and his team. Thanks Tony!

They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently. My experience at CC Automotive was beyond disappointing. I was sent here for an alignment that was paid for by another shop. As soon as I got back into my car, I noticed a significant vibration/rumble that I could hear and feel within the entire thing. When I raised this issue with both the technician and the shop owner, Tony, they briefly looked at the car and didn't notice anything. They said I could wait for them to put the car back on the lift to look, but I didn't have the time due to other commitments.I tend to check my dash camera after visiting shops. In this case, I wanted to investigate and see when this vibration became present in my car. I reviewed my footage and was appalled by what I saw. I discovered that their technician had been driving my car recklessly down Stone. There were multiple instances of him putting his foot to the floor, accelerating to redline on a cold engine, missing gears, and even swerving into the bike lane. This was completely unacceptable behavior for a test drive, especially for an alignment. The alignment was already bad enough where you didn't need to accelerate for the car to pull to the right.Concerned about the vibration, I inspected the underneath of my car and found that all the bolts for the crossmember were loose. They were loose enough to be removed with your fingers, with one being missing entirely. This lack of attention to detail speaks volumes about the shop's quality of work.Since the vibration wasn't caused by the loose crossmember bolts, I was concerned it was an engine issue. Going wide-open throttle on a cold engine is terrible for it, especially if it's turbocharged.When I reached out to the shop via email with the dash cam evidence and the concern about the vibration, they refused to respond, insisting on discussing the matter over the phone. During our conversation, Tony dismissed my concerns and instead argued with me. He claimed the test drive was normal and that the technician did not hit redline ("I've been working on cars for 40+ years!"). He also said the loose bolts were simply a mistake and I shouldn't be worried because it's not a structural piece. He didn't offer an apology whatsoever and instead defended the shoddy craftsmanship and reckless driving done by his technician.Feeling frustrated and distrustful, I refused to return my car to their shop. Why would I take my car back to a place I now have a conflict with? Instead, I took it to a trusted shop where they discovered that the issue stemmed from the rear motor mount. It appeared that the technician had incorrectly reinstalled the bolt during the alignment (it was backwards). This caused it to vibrate against the transmission, which vibrated the entire car.The level of craftsmanship and customer service displayed by CC Automotive is not only disappointing but also deeply concerning. Despite bringing legitimate concerns to their attention, the owner chose to dismiss and deflect rather than address the issues at hand. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.Had the owner taken the time to listen to my concerns and work towards a resolution, my perception of the shop might have been different. However, their defensive and dismissive attitude only further highlighted the lack of professionalism and integrity within the establishment.Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend CC Automotive to anyone. The combination of poor craftsmanship, reckless behavior, and dismissive customer service is a recipe for disaster. Save yourself the frustration and potential harm by avoiding this shop at all costs. Your vehicle and peace of mind deserve better.

There's very intelligent mechanics here. They spent time with my Explorer as soon as I came in. I thought, oh no, the car is smoking again. All it was turned out was a bad pcv valve that acted ok. I forgot to pay so Monday I'll get back there and pay.They replaced my engine about 11/2 years ago and I am happy with it ever since.CC Automotive is honest, reliable, competent and I recommend them highly.Oh, go check your oil

As always, Tony is amazing. The pricing is more than fair, and most times, it is done within the day. Honest, too. Our whole family comes here, and it's the only mechanic that we trust in Tucson. In fact, my daughter will drive down from Phoenix just to have him work on her car. Just a nice family business that we will continue to support.

I had kind of an emergency A/C problem with my daughters car. In AZ heat with 2 little kids, it becomes very important to have working A/C. Late on a Friday afternoon, Tony said "Bring it on in." Within 30 or 40 minutes they had the A/C working again, and the charge was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Anthony is a lifesaver! I would give them 100 stars if I could. I had my car overheat on the freeway, the company that towed it said it needed either a gasket or block repair. Had it towed to CC automotive, best decision I could have ever made! Him and his team were so great. Had my car back to me in a day even with them being busy . They're SO honest and professional. I can't explain how important this is to someone who doesn't know about cars. Anthony and his team will get the work done and have you back on the road without worry. If you need a quick check, and GREAT mechanics, this IS the place. If you need your car finished in a short period, this IS the place to go. Don't let the number of cars outside fool you, they are quick and organized. They didn't find anything wrong with my vehicle, however they kept it an extra day,added cleaner to the fuel, spent a couple more hours (which they did not charge me for the extra) and when it was done, my service light was off, my car was running smoother, and emissions was passed! This is where I will be taking my car for deeper scheduled maintenance. They are amazing!

A good car mechanic knows who to trust with a certain job, how to solve problems quickly, and how to be completely honest and transparent when dealing with customers and solving tricky problems. Problem solving skills are also a must.C.C. Automotive is all of the above. These guys were honest and upfront. They fit me into their schedule really quick. I was having issues with the AC blowing warm in my wife s van and I suspected it was going to be a very expensive replacement of the blend air door. But, they evacuated and serviced my system and it s been blowing ice cold for weeks now. They saved me a lot of money, the service was much more affordable than I was expecting. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty, quick service and fair price.

CC Automotive fixed my steering box, temperature sensor and spark plugs on my Ram 1500. And they had it ready within a couple hours. Service was expeditious and at a very fair price. Hard to come by these days. Great experience with CC Automotive. Finding a great mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack nowadays. This place is top notch as they not only replaced my u joints but took a look at my K1500 to make sure it was good to go.
