If I could give negative stars I would. This is the company my insurance picked for me to get mycar fixed.Oh my oh my what a bad choice they made.Needless to say the car gets in and like all the other comments on here the communication with them is about zero percent. True facts.Now as you can see in the pictures, it was smashed pretty good and you can see the green fluid all over the place. (Keep that in mind)Now when I talk to Marco/Marcos whom has been I guess my contact there. I tell him over and over again please please check for hidden damage with in the engine compartment as I know the radiator or something to do with the radiator is busted.I am reassured over and over again, they are specialist and will go through everything.Now to make a longer story longer after 3 or so weeks it s time to pick up the car.Well we get the car and go through it and of course there is some lining in the door edge that is hanging out like a seal and Marco said oh sorry looks like the wrong size. I will order a new one and get that fixed for you. Remember they do like a 200 point inspection right. Lol. Before driving away I asked if the radiator and all were checked and the fluids were full. Marco/marcos says oh yeah of course. (When we brought it right back guess what no fluids in the radiator).Well we drive off and the car is just sputtering and what not. Doesn t feel right. So I call this amazing place back let them know what s happening and bringing it back in.So after they check it again they all of the sudden find according to Marcos /marco that a pump was damaged and caused problems with the serp belt but this wasn t damged by the accident. I m laughing at this point. Now keep in mind they supposedly ripped this car apart.. so why was this supposed previous damage not seen by there grade A mechanics. You know the ones that do this 200 point inspection.How is it just found now and with in a matter of 15mins of me bringing it back. They had this car torn apart for weeks.But again the accident didn t cause this damage.So then we get to the manager Todd. Whom just wasn t at his best on this day. But he can yell and hang up like no other.Now Todd the manager tells me it s the compressor. Hmmmm compressor, that s A/C and don t think that green liquid is from the a/c.So I ask is it the pump and which ruined the serp belt as Marco/marcos stated or is it the compressor that Todd stated.Todd did not like the fact that I caught his company lying. Caught them red handed. So he yells something about my knee and hangs up.So the moral of the story is, they only get paid out so much from insurance companies. So they do shotty work and try to hide the hidden damage that s right in front of them. So they can make a buck. Unfortunately for them they are going to have to deal with me. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They scam and don t care.

Well... My car turned out alright, no complaints there (when it was FINALLY done). The folks here don't really communicate well though. They say they'll call you back, but then they don't. Odd how I'll get a notification on my phone with an update minutes after I got off the phone with them. So, unfortunately you'll have to be the one to get them to do their job. Also, make sure you look over the parts list they are buying for your repair to make sure they are getting the right stuff. They'll tell you they're getting items according to your cars VIN. Imagine the wrong parts showing up causing your completion date to get pushed back even farther. I noticed on that list some items were wrong, so I had to call and point those out. They had my car for nearly 4 weeks, which is crazy long just to fix a fender bender. I do understand that some parts take longer to show up but still, 3 and a half weeks!!! I was told it should be ready by a particular date and time, but when I got there, it wasn't ready at all. I went to inspect it at that time...... they said "we are still waiting on a part" and I noticed a finger wide gap between the fender and hood that needed to be fixed. So, I wasted my time leaving work early. They were about to close as was the car rental place so, good thing I didn't take my rental back first during that visit or I'd be up a creek. Expect your pick up day/time to keep getting pushed back repeatedly. If you're OCD with car detailing like I am, just set your standards lower for how clean your car will be upon return. But I expected a "normal" cleaning job there. The car turned out alright!

My auto repair took a while because of parts and necessary labor, but the wait was well worth it. The car looks good as new.What I enjoyed the most about working with Carstar at Right Choice Collision Center is the fact that they work directly with the insurance company. No need for me to be the middle man. They even lined up the rental car for me and had it there when I dropped my car off.Thank you to Marco and the employees for all their hard work.

Kudos to CARSTAR Right Choice for getting my car back in order. This repair put my steering column back in order after the car was broken into. This involved repairing a broken door lock and power window. Their work with Farmers insurance was smooth and hassle free. See the damages in pictures attached, now the car is back to like before even a little better.

They did amazing work on my SUV. Everything looked great. It was very last minute that the insurance from the accident we were in told us to take it there the next morning. I didn't have time to clean it prior to dropping it off but to my surprise when I picked it up not only the outside was clean but the inside as well. The employees were pleasant from the beginning to the end. Will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs body work.

This was my first time having repairs done at Carstar and it was a smooth and seamless experience. Dropped the car off and picked up when finished. High quality work for certain. My car looked brand new.

My car looks great, but when I first took it in they told me it would be done in 2 weeks, they ended up keeping it for a little over a month. Also very little communication on what was going on. I had to always call to get an update.

Update:We ve been to this location 3 times for the same vehicle for the same problems. They are not open on weekends and we ve had to forfeit seeing patients multiple times, which costs us money, in hopes to see this issue through to a resolution.1 - Initial drop off #1: Picked it up, had bumper slightly misaligned and had them fix, had exhaust tip not bent back to correct position (didn t match other side aka asymmetrical), Rear parking sensors and blind spot monitors not working.2 - Drop off #2: Dropped off to have the blind spot monitors recalibrated and rear parking sensors fixed. They said they couldn t recalibrate the sensors and had to take it to the dealership. No problem. They do so. Come to find out, they re-installed them incorrectly and simply needed to fix their install as per the dealer. The dealer did NOT fix them, and the body shop did NOT fix them. They blamed each other and thought the other party would fix it. They didn t even bother to check it when it got back to the auto body shop and told us it was ready and we went and picked it up.3: Drop off #3: We made an appointment to drop the vehicle off AGAIN after noticing the blind spot monitors and rear parking sensors weren t working, and BOTH sides of the bumper had paint cracking and one side had beading. That s when they told us they would investigate and found out the dealer didn t fix it and they didn t think to check it nor did they fix it. They just had us pick it up. They called me back a few minutes later and said they apologized and to bring it in again and they d take care of us. I make an appointment for today and specifically requested, and was assured we would be provided a rental/loaner vehicle since we don t have a third vehicle and we need to be able to work, etc. When we get there, they have no appointment for us, no rental vehicle, and said we d have to come back, again.4: Drop off #4 Vehicle was ready for pick-up. Paint was fixed, sensors and blind spot monitors fixed.

Very friendly , They kept me updated on my vehicle process while working on it. They did very well job on my vehicle repair.Just reminder when paying with bank card there is 3% charge. They left message warning me but was to late when I listen to phone message.. I wasn't told when I went payed . I didn't know.

Was in paint and refitting for 3 extra weeks. Don t expect updates on progress unless you call yourself and you may or may not get them to pick up. Ended up being there for over a month which ate up all rental allowance and incurred extra out of pocket costs. The repair job seems to be ok. Time will tell.

Took my car in to fix a dent on my front door, they told me it would be ready in a week. a week goes by and i haven t received no updates on it. after that id receive messages saying my car would be ready the next day. the next day goes by and i receive the same message, that it will be ready the next day. it has now been over a month, i ve had to call twice to ask about my car and they told me they just have to reassemble and it will be ready to pick up and still nothingService: Body & Trim

Absolutely the worst I have seen to date, and that says a lot. The previous review was correct about this place and I guess I'm not surprised. Called in to ask where the pepcock was on a Chrysler 200 (the valve where you drain the fluid from the radiator) and Brian said that I had to take the lower radiator hose off and that there wasn't one on there. Glad that I had enough sense to call the dealership and ask them or else I would have had to spend another two hours completing the job. You can't trust the dealership, but I put this shop below the dealership in level of quality. I'm not impressed, and in all seriousness, management should fire Brian for giving wrong information and for not taking the time to look the information up and better educate himself. Obviously only paying customers are important to him, and even then (based on the previous review) the quality of this establishment is lacking. Please do yourself a favor, please take your vehicle somewhere else. By the way, Brian, here is a picture of what I was talking about and where it is located, stop giving out wrong information.

While some of my experience was due to bad luck, a repair that was suppose to take 6 days stretched to 17. While Ricoh was helpful and communicative, everyone else I spoke to was misinformed and not very bright.Also, one of their technicians damaged my car while they had it, so that added more time to the repair timeline.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was done before two days and no one called me to let me know. I had a full tank of gas when I dropped off the car and I found 3/4 only at pick up, I think someone was using the car driving around. Paint does not really match, the rim of the tire that was damaged was marked and they were supposed to fix it and instead of fixing it they put the same rim on the opposite side of the car diagonal of the damage. The plastic piece of the inside of the drivers door where you rest your arm is broken. I would not recommend this service to anyone that I know.

They have the most accommodating Professional services I ve experienced. From my first phone call to dropping off my car, the Rental Car company picked me up and when I picked up my vehicle it looked like New from the dealer showroom. I left my rental car there and they handled it s return. From the counter to a large comfortable waiting room my experience was exemplary! The Car Star employees were spectacular to work with. They were very communicative, polite and reassuring. I brought my car in on a Monday and it was finished 10 days later! I wasn t expecting that quick of a turnaround and I definitely wasn t expecting the interior of my car to be so clean. It felt like a brand new car when I picked it up. Worst experience ever. Made me get off work 3 times early saying my car was ready and showed up to the shop to tell me that it wasn't. After them telling me that, I had to keep extending my rental. They told me not worry about the rental and they would take care of reaching out to the rental place and extending the days, 4 days after, the rental company keeps blowing up my phone and is asking to bring back the car that I was 4 days late and I owe them $257 for the extra days. This collision center is partnered with my insurance and it was supposed to be a no worry/hassle free repair shop, all it did is waste my time and give me headaches for almost a month that my car was there. After my car has been there for a month, the very next morning I start having warning sensor issues. Thought I wouldn't have to ever step foot back at this place, but have to go back the next day. I won't bring any of my cars there for sure againServices: Painting, Body & Trim
