Dropped in with our leaky RV toilet, and they had a new water valve popped on in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful service. We ll definitely be calling on them the next time we need parts or service!

I absolutely LOVE this place. The team working here treat everyone like family. They are conveniently located off the freeway and easy to find with Google maps. Dennis evaluated my dometic refrigerator that was not working and quickly found the problem. Resourcefully, he didn't order a part that would have delayed the repair. He was able to clean and refurbish the part to be like new. Within a few short hours we were on our way with our refrigerator working like it was brand new again. It is refreshing to find a repair shop that is not just a shop that swaps out parts but repairs things. Carl's is highly educated.

Great family owned company very professional took my Montana for a slide problem they got it taken care of right away and a couple other little things on my trailer they got everything fixed and I was ready to go camping again highly recommend them

I was passing thru town looked up a few places called here and the guy was nice and friendly. He knew I was in a rush and he took the time to rebuild my exhaust literally did it in a few hours. Thank you so much for the fast and efficient service. Honestly none of the other places would even look at it . This is the place to go

One of Arizona's premier RV service providers, we have used Carl's RV exclusively since the day we bought our 27' Class C RV. Betty, Penny, Dennis and CJ have nursed our baby as thier own. After each run, she goes to Carl's for a gull check up. Repairs and upgrades are done promptly, professionally and affordable with outstanding customer service. I needed a gray tank for my motorhome. Camping World wouldn't do anything for me. 2 other local rv dealers reached a dead end. The people at Carl's RV know how to work the system to get what you need. They also had the tank level sensors and the intake grommet in stock. They got a new customer for life.

I brought in a camper van. This place was recommended by my friend. So in my travels I waited until I got to Tucson to get my generator oil changed, water line unclogged, and water heater fixed. They were only able to change the oil because of time. In Tombstone, I started up the generator and it made a horrible sound. I brought it back the next day and they were able to fix the generator. Although it was fine before I brought it in. They fixed the clog in the water line. That repair lasted 2 weeks. And the same problem remains. So all in all I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a generator oil change. And they charged me for the repair of the generator when it was fine before I brought it in.I am very disappointed

Came into town and my generator was running hot. They literally took me in last min and fixed a system in which he admitted he didn t have much experience with. Granted i drive an entertainer coach as opposed to the rv but he wanted to take a swing at it AND HIT A HOME RUN. Anything rv related this is the place to go.

Our RV furnace stopped working, with temperatures in the 30 s overnight, while visiting family in the Tucson area. They got us in the next day. Dennis at Carl s RV diagnosed the problem and repaired it for us. This is a family operated business that provides top quality work and excellent customer service. In a sea of RV marginal service and repair options, Carl's RV stands out. I was visiting family, and after asking around Carl's kept coming up. Conveniently located off I-10, pass Camping World and pull into Carl's. They did everything I asked (replace rear dually valve stems), and more. Penny, Carlos, and Dennis treated me like family. We started having issues with or travel trailer while heading across country from California to Florida. Carl's RV was able to get us in and out same day. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced for the amount of work that needed to be done. Very pleased with our experience.

It's Thanksgiving day and today I'm thankful for Carl's RV and the excellent people that work there. My water heater developed a leak in the tank and they were able to find the oddball water heater and have it available next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. They went far beyond what I would expect by suggesting other places that may have it in stock (which no one had). I ended up getting it from them quicker and less expensive that anyone else I talked to. I'm seriously impressed and will recommend them every chance I have.

These folks are a pleasure to deal with on every level. Good people who have been in the business for 36 years. They are straight forward and pleasant. They ordered an awning arm assembly for me on Wednesday, and it was ready for pick up on Thursday. That's the kind of service you don't get with the big rv guys.And they beat their competitors price by $80.AWESOME! THANK YOU FOLKS.

We recently purchased a use Class A RV. We took it in for Carl's to go through for us. They checked all the systems, replaced the shocks, sway bar bushings, front coach AC unit, fixed both driver's mirrors, replaced a light, and replaced the large awning. They also disassembled and lubed the main door lock. We could not be more pleased with the service, quality of work, or the people at Carl's. If they have the parts, they get the work done quick. When we had our other RV, we took it to 3 different places for repairs/service, none came close to comparing to Carl's. This is the only place we will take our RV!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Air conditioning

Dennis & Betty and family are so generous. Knowledgeable and trustworthy is how I would describe this business. Dennis worked on my Safari Trek and helped me solve a problem with a motor on my bed that raises to the ceiling. It s just nice to find a great family run business that cares about their customers. We have been trying to get the Surge Guard transfer switch on our motorhome replaced in Phoenix, with no success. So I ordered one on Amazon thinking I may be able to find someone down the road to install it. I called Carl's RV and talked to Dennis, he said stop by and he would do what he could. So the next day I stopped and Dennis got it done. Great install, double checked everything before we left, and working great. We couldn't be happier.Service: Electrical

I called twice asking about repairs to my 86 Citation tt. Both times, the woman answering the phone said that she would have a mechanic call me back. Both times, no one ever called. If this is how they treat potential customers, then I can just imagine how they treat you once they have your rig. No thanks. I'll find someone else.

Carl s RV to the rescue!!! We lost the handle off the sewer gate, called Carl s and a very helpful and friendly woman named Betty assured us they had choices for us. We drove over, they have some cool vintage stuff outside, and met Betty who had our part for us. We were in and out in a few minutes but were made to feel like long time friends and not the out of towners that we were. Thank YOU!!

It's never a good day when your RV breaks down, but at Carl's RV repair we were greeted like family, Carlos was our mechanic and he was an expert diagnostician, and mechanic! He was our 3rd mechanic hired for the same job, and the only one who fixed the problem. We needed a power steering pump for our hydroboost system and he replaced the pump but the brand new pump worked but it was noisy, he refused to do what he was instructed to do (fluid additive to quiet the pump's operation) he instead ordered us a new pump and installed it for no additional cost on a complete removal and replacement. They let us stay on-site and plugged into their electricity, they loved on our dog and let it have the run of their office and store (it tired him out so much that he got his first full night's sleep, and so did we) I can not believe the service and friendliness we encountered. It made a world of difference on our day, which started with our broken RV. To say they went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement, they turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience with their advice on where to wash our dog, and Carlos found a broken wire in our steering column. They are a family company and all of them were friendly, efficient and drama free. We will go back whenever we are in the Tucson area to visit with them because they are all just that great!

We needed a replacement 30 Amp male plug end for our little Puma trailer. Every place we called had one with a huge handle that would not fit in the electric cord receptacle. The receptionist looked at what they had and sent us a picture of one she thought would work. It did fit! We appreciate their extra service.

The greatest service center I ever took my RV to. They set an appointmentAnd they keep on schedule. They did a great job on settingUp my Fiat as a tow vehicle.Fixed water leak. Fixed thermostat problem.Always done in 1 day. Very personableFriendly staff.

Excellent. I left the big "Camping" store up the road, very unimpressed, and showed up at Carl's. They were very helpful in showing me what part I needed and how to do the job. They even talked me out of buying some parts I did not need. Their selection is surprisingly large and they are friendly.

We loved the people and service. We were passing through and needed several repairs. Had to order parts. It was a 2 day experience and they made ever effort to get us back on the road. We called other RV repair business and they could not see us for 4 days. Highly recommended
