This is my first Cadillac and so far, I love it. Buying process was seamless with no pressure. MaryLou was exceptional and Amanda were both very professional and caring. I would recommend Royal, MaryLou and Amanda to anyone and plan to use them on my next car purchase.

Set up an appointment for warranty service on our truck. Asked if they could do it on Saturday because we were coming from out of town. 2 hrs away. They were very friendly and said yes it would take less than an hour and scheduled appointment. Arrived for appointment and they said it was going to take 1 1/2 hrs and would only be an oil change because they had no tech to address another problems. Not happy with Royal Cadillac GMC Buick. Will take to our local GMC dealer.

I m very disappointed at how rushed it was getting my car in and out of the shop. They said nothing was wrong with my car after it wouldn t start and didn t address any of my concerns. After I gave them a list of things I wanted them to look at they still didn t and when they called to tell me my car was ready I asked if they looked at the things I stated he said I didn t know those were really concerns you wanted us to address one day out of the shop and now my check engine light is on!

I've had to visit my local Cadillac dealer quite a few times over the past 3 years and the service staff has been very friendly. Jim, Travis, and now Anthony have been my primary service guys and I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help. Thanks for switching over from daytime drama to NLDS playoffs today

They charge 3% EXTRA if you use a credit card, which is annoying. Do they charge to use the bathroom? Use the drinking fountain? If you ask for an invoice do they charge you for the piece of paper? It is the cost of doing business - raise your prices if you're too cheap, but that is a total joke to charge 3% when you literally charge $400+ for a battery, $100+ for an oil change, etc.

We have had our Cadillac for 2 years now and wish we could have it serviced elsewhere. The communication is poor if there is any at all. Every single time we have an oil change even though we ask them not to, they rotate our tires, knocking weights off & throwing it out of balance. Just had an oil change on 12/22/23 and currently on the freeway with a shimmy so bad the dash is rattling.

Derek Deckens and Dan Ivy worked so hard to find me the perfect Cadillac. I am so thankful for their patience and understanding during the entire process. I am so excited about my new XT4 and couldn't be happier with Tucson Cadillac. I searched high and low for the right combination but Derek worked with me, listened, and thought outside of the box to get me the perfect vehicle! Brian was the best, our car buying experience was smooth and stress free. We had some minor mechanical issues, however, they were immediately addressed and Brian even delivered the car to our house when done. It s been five months and we still keep in touch. He went above and beyond our expectations and delivered excellent service. He is recommend to all of our friends and family.

I recently visited the Royal Cadillac service center and was blown away by the exceptional service I received, especially from Jim Bingham, the service manager. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and made sure my vehicle was in top condition. The service center has a highly skilled team of technicians who are knowledgeable and efficient, and they did a fantastic job with my car. Jim was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend the Royal Cadillac service center and especially Jim Bingham to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance or repair. Five stars all around!

Hello, I've only had my car for 10 months. I've brought my car in twice and the experience has been awesome. Both times I've dealt with Marcos Rodriguez in Service and he really knows what he's doing. Always hustling and making sure his customers are being taken care of with respect. My first purchase from Royal of Tucson, all others have been from the Phoenix area. Although I have had service done here before. I must saythat this was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Gordon was knowledgeable about the car and it's features, considerate, accommodating to my requests and concerns. The whole deal went smoothly. I would highly recommend Gordon and the whole Royal family.

I only bring my wife Cadillac to here they are always professional and will provide a nice loaner for her to drive while do the repairs. Most times, they will even be faster than they quote. Never have a problem using my warranty either like some places that are a hassle.

It was a good experience for us at Royal Cadillac when we first walked in the door and were greeted by a very nice lady who introduced us to Roger. We felt comfortable and not hurried. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. No pressure. We had done our research on our trade in and the car that we wanted so when he presented the numbers we were happy with the results which included discounts and rebates. We love the car!

Everyone on the sales team was great! My salesman Ryan was friendly and patient and really did his best to make my stressful situation fun. He was excellent at listening to my needs and getting me in the best vehicle for my budget. He didn t try to push me into something I didn t want or couldn t afford and I especially liked that he did all of the paperwork too. I wasn t passed off after I selected the vehicle, which made for a more pleasant experience. I ll definitely be back when I can afford an X6 ;)I haven t experienced the service department yet, but am hopeful they are just as good.PS I LOVE my new car. Thank you Ryan and team!

We found the Tucson Cadillac dealership to be very helpful during our car shopping experience. The salesman, Derek, was very pleasant to work with and he was very thorough when explaining the details to us. We had a lot of questions and concerns and Derek handled everything extremely well. We made several trips to the dealership and decided to order a vehicle through them. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected and the team worked very diligently to get our new vehicle prepped and delivered to us ASAP. We are now enjoying our new XT5. Many thanks to Derek and the rest of the team!

I purchased a New vehicle from Royal Cadillac in Tucson. My experience has been horrible. I was told to bring back the vehicle for a detail of my new vehicle and I got my vehicle back worst than what I turned it in to get cleaned. As an added bonus my car was returned back to me with a big scratch to the bumper of my new car. They will be fixing it. It will take them a week to fix the damage and now I have to rent a vehicle so I can work since their curtesy vehicle can only remain in AZ. This by far has been the worst experience I had when purchasing a New Vehicle. Now I will wait to see what else they will be coming up with.Sent you an Email Todd.

Very disappointed.Not the most professional dealership in my opinion. Feel like my husband was treated unprofessionally. I m born and raised in Tucson and promptly messaged the family group text about the experience (fishing to see who may know the owners) No one did nevertheless, everyone said they wouldn t car shop there.

Roy was an awesome salesman to work with, didn't pressure one bit and got us exactly what we wanted for the price we needed. Scott, his manager was also great. Overall, fair trade in value, great (non commissioned) employees, and they exceed at making you feel welcomed. Thanks for the help! We will love the new 2018 Buick Regal!

I absolutely love this dealership. Every single employee with whom I have interacted has been personable, professional, and kind. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with very low miles back in November 2020 and worked with Edwin. The process could not have been smoother. Edwin was pretty new to the sales team and automotive industry in general. Yet, he did a wonderful job for us. He picked my husband and I up at our home for our test drive and we ended up driving back to the dealership in order to purchase the vehicle. As we pulled up to the dealership, I was notified that my dad was being hospitalized with double pneumonia/respiratory failure. So, we had to get the process done quickly and efficiently so that we could get to the hospital ASAP. Edwin handled the stress and pressure extremely well. He was kind, compassionate, and just an overall gentleman. He even called me a few times in the weeks after my purchase to ask how my dad was doing (much better now ). Because we were in such a hurry to leave the dealership, and needed the vehicle to do so, they did not have time to detail it before we officially took possession of it. So, we scheduled a time to bring it back in for the detail and Edwin went to fill up the gas tank while my husband and I signed the purchase paperwork. My service advisor, Justin Vario, is the best in the universe! He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of to the highest standards. He arranged for my vehicle to be picked up at my home and taken back to the dealership for its detailing and put me in a 2021, fully loaded, loaner vehicle. Once my vehicle detail was complete, a Royal employee came and brought it home. I also purchased some accessories from the dealership a few months later and was given another brand new, fully loaded vehicle to use while the service dept. installed them. While my vehicle was there, I asked Justin for a quote to have all of the windows tinted and he got it over to The Specialist and they got it all done for me... and I never had to leave my house! Royal s standards are like nothing I have ever experienced with any other dealership. It is so nice to be treated so well and to know that my vehicle is in good hands. This is the second Cadillac that I have owned. Once you own one, it s hard to drive anything else. It s similar for Royal: Once you purchase a vehicle at one of their dealerships, you won t want to work with any other dealership again. Thank you so much Royal!

Very disappointed with the service there!!!!! Took my car for a specific reason no one was calling me back I had to call them! Took it out and 2 days later check engine goes on I take it back and one week later no call from no one till I called again and just to find out that they found something else that was not detected since the first time I took it in then they fixed that problem and I pick it up and the same day my ac is now not working and the service manager comes out with a whole other thing trying to make it seem that what I took it in for has nothing to do with what they worked on and pretty much tells me to go out my way to get my car serviced for the ac somewhere else and that was the reason why I took it in the first place besides the check engine light was on but because they fixed that issue with the check engine he act like I never stated about the ac and when off what the service advisor stated when I specifically said my ac is not blowing cold air and the check engine light is on.

Best experience I have had purchasing with dealership. Felt at home right from the very beginning. Did everything they could to make me feel at home and met everyone of my needs. They truly made sure the car was right for me. Gave me plenty of time to spend with car to ensure was the right one. Derick Deckens is great. Totally recommend using Derick to anyone.

I am always impressed with the service I receive when I pull up to Royal Cadillac Tucson. Justin and his team will always get things done. This last visit I had requested a loaner for my service as I had to work. The request never got finalized and they did not have any available day of my service. Justin and his manager did the best to get me off to work and when my vehicle was done got it back like new. Thank you gentlemen!
