Brought my car in today and Adrian the technician was wonderful. He was professional from start to finish. I have no complaints about him whatsoever. He called me personally when the job was done and explained everything throughly and gave me great advice. The only complaint I have was the price. The dealership wanted to charge me $164 less than what this establishment charged me, even with military discount. Which brought it down $64. They would not price match it.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! By two very professional employees by the names of Adrian (Technician) and Christopher (Front Desk). I very much appreciate being treated as a valued customer and being interested in mechanics, having a professional (Adrian) explain the the process of the work being done. It is refreshing to still see in this day and time a young adult who possesses the ability to make a connection with a customer. I very much appreciate that. Adrian takes great pride in his work and it shows

Okay, what a breath of fresh air for a auto repair shop. I thought I was having a brake issue and Goggle searched for a fix. These folks came up and I made a request for an appoint online and got a reply in minutes. They inspected the brakes and found they were in fine shape. They also did a complete check of the car and issued a email report documenting everything they recommended for now and down the line. The report was great with personal recommendations and even photos of any issues. I chose to have a few things done and the prices were reasonably and the work was professionally done. Luckily, I've found my repair shop for any of my future needs.

Car was taken in on time, finished a bit early, and lady at front desk (Jasmine?) was terrific with how she interacts with customers. Got a 15% discount related to putting on Costco tires 2 days earlier.

I took my car in for an oil change and the service was faster than I expected, even with add-ons. Shout out to Jasmine Hill for excellent customer service and maximum friendliness. This will now be my go-to place to take my car!

I own an 02 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 with 208k miles. I had these folks replace the front struts, rear shocks and perform rear brake job. I believe they did an excellent job. It hasn t driven like it is now for years. Chris the store manger is a very fair and honest person. He showed me the worn out shocks and struts. They were beyond worn out they were at the dangerous to drive point. I was a bit apprehensive taking a 4x4 with that many miles on it to BRAKEmax. But I m glad I did.

Aboslutely recommend using this place for all of your car services, espeically if you have access to a MaxCare warranty through CarMax. Jasmine took great care to explain the entire process and every single interaction I had with the team was caring and thoughtful. I'll recommend this place to everyone!

Friendly and helpful.UPDATE:I would like to be able to maintain the original 5 star rating that I gave to this establishment. Unfortunately, while I am not in a position to dispute their expertise on the issues with my car, the store manager, Christopher, who I recently spoke with, treated me in a manner that was very condescending, and, dare I say, rude. When I am placing my trust in you, and paying you to take care of my personal property, I expect a certain amount of professionalism and respect in return for my certitude and money. As I was speaking to him about what is going on with my personal property, for which he told me there s various other issues plaguing the vehicle that need to be addressed, he would interrupt me and speak in a very patronizing manner. Now, I do understand when people get busy they re answering phones, customers are coming in and out filling their lobby, you re going to get distracted. However, as the store manager, I think I should be able to expect a little more consideration for me as a paying customer when I am talking with you. Especially if you expect me to come back to your establishment to get those issues resolved. So, based upon the behavior that I was met with, I am deducting 2 stars from my original 5 star rating.Service: Tires

This location is great! I had a check engine light come on and the dealership said they couldn t get me in for at least 1-2weeks to diagnose. I dropped my car off at Brakemax at 10:30 am. and picked it up at 1:30pm. Car is running smooth and no check engine light anymore. Would definitely recommend.

I had my car taken to BRAKEmax for second opinion. It had issues in starting. I had initially taken my car to another mechanic shop who did wrong diagnostics saying my engine is gone and need to be replaced, needless to say, gave me huge estimate. BRAKEmax correctly did the diagnostics and found the issue which was just to replace sparkplugs. Also, the lady at front desk, Jasmine, was nice to give me a letter specifically saying there is nothing wrong with the engine.

Went to my first scheduled appointment with another company and when arrived, stated not enough staff and couldn t be helped. Thats when I went to break max and they gratefully helped with my severe brake issues. Car was fixed and waiting room was top notch.

October 23, just had my regular 38k inspection, oil change and tire rotation and the service continues to be excellent. Great communication, great attitude and service as well as great pricing. My wife was on the way to work and had a loud scraping squealing grinding noise She was able to limp it into Brake Max and it turns out all it was was a rock caught between the sheet metal cover plate and the rotor on the inside They got her car in and out in a hurry and no charge!! Brake Max thank you very much for the excellent service and for the help that you gave todayIt is greatly appreciated.Merry Christmas to all.

Baf experience with employee name Mike at Tanque Verde location. His approach was inappropriate when he tried to showoff his knowledge not knowing who I was. ( mechanical engineer for SpaceX). If you do not know who you are dealing with, don't showoff your knowledge cause some day someone will embarass you in a bad way.

This is the best location to go to in Tucson! The techs are all extremely friendly and honestly hilarious.They explained all the services clearly but also did not try to force services that weren't necessary for this visit. I did use this site however it s the last time I will ever step foot in their door. I was quoted spark plugs at $ 60 each which o can buy a set of 6 for $ 79 on line. Labor to change spark plugs- $ 472.50 !!

In the past, i never really thought much about these type of service centers. This Brake Max is close to our house so i figured I'd give it a try. The assistant manager "John D" really changed my opinion. Really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. No high pressure sell.I won't hesitate to go back . Thanks John. Great service. Diagnosed water and oil gasket leaks, and the rattle in the engine. Also did oil change and tire rotation Reasonable, competitive prices and had it done FAST!
