Excellent service, the Supervisor runs an efficient team of qualified professionals. After replacing the struts on my car I went to this location for an alignment. It was done in less than 45 minutes and the difference in how my car handles is night and day. I highly recommend this location.

Manager Ernesto Retana, excepted my need for tire repair even though it was 20 minutes prior to closing. He said if the tow truck got my vehicle there before 6 PM closing time he would repair it. Good to his word he did what was necessary and ended up closing after 7 PM. That is some kind of super service in my opinion. He also advised me that my rear disc brakes are in dire need of replacement. I was totally unaware of that, so great safety service was provided me.

Took a vehicle in to get an overall inspection. They were able to inspect the vehicle right away and the inspection was completed efficiently . I was informed about the repairs needed/recommended and was able to get the vehicle worked on right away. Veronica and Luis helped me through this experience, including informing me about prices and payment assistance. Veronica is awesome and recommend working with her if available. Luis was the tech that inspected and worked on the vehicle. I would recommend him also.

Even though they had it for a week, for repairs to my AC they were quick to make sure to correct all issues even with my condenser and communicative with me and my warranty company. Would recommend again. They were very friendly and helpful and efficient

Veronica and Ernesto really went out of their way to help me when I had a dead battery. They even put my groceries in their fridge while they worked on my car. Outstanding service. I highly recommend them

Veronica was extremely helpful and so friendly. Her mechanics are very honest about the work your vehicle needs and they do everything they can to help keep costs low. They truly care about their customers and if we weren t relocating this location at the Tucson marketplace would be our preferred location!

I took my 2009 Tacoma to BrakeMax after getting a $10,500 quote from Precision Toyota to fix the front suspension arms and other false repairs. Now my front suspension crackles intermittently because they are too tight or something. Recently I took my 2009 Tacoma back to replace the headlights and they charged $1,000.00. I just did a search on fair price for that job and O reillis has the same headlights for $98.00 each so BrakeMax $800.00 for labor. I am never taking my truck to them. Oh after they replaced my headlights I noticed my cruise control knob was busted. I take great care of my Tacoma and I didn t break my cruise control knob.

This morning BRAKEmax gave me a call to fix the issue that I had with them. I really appreciate that they were professional and worked with me to fix the problem that I had. I can admit that I was wrong and feel that Ed and his staff here are very commendable for dealing with my situation. I really appreciate them, their honesty and hard work. And being my first time as a customer starting with a bad experience, they turned my opinion around and won themselves a customer as long as he( Ed ), and his staff are here

I was in a bad spot and these guys went above and beyond! They helped me pick up my rims, got the tires on and even stayed late to drive me to get lug nuts to fit my new rims because my car wasn t drive-able. Very friendly and caring. When I m in Tucson, I ll never go anywhere else.

If I could do 6/5 I would , they went out their way to make sure I got the best deal and tires for my Sports car , luis and Julio very helpful knowledge when it comes to tires and thread , I also want to thank Ernesto for the hospitality ! Will come again

Shoutout to Veronica, Mr.Roman, and the team. Had to replace two tires, including my strut from a fender bender and they made the process extremely easy and fast for me. Was back on the road within 24 hours, couldn t be more grateful!

They gave me horrible service. I do not recommend going to this location when I asked to speak to a manager they did not let me the guy put so much air in my tires. They literally could ve popped when I never asked him to and he was charging me prices that were Ridiculous for oil change and brakes. I got there late so if they didn t want to do it, they could ve just said so but instead they wanted to charge me a stupid amount and when I went to the one on Valencia and Midvale, it was totally different so I do not recommend this location and this redhead Is the one who put so much air in my tires that they literally popped

Got an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to do my rotation and made me wait an additional 30 minutes. This is only after I complained otherwise I would have waited an additional 2 hours. I WAS a loyal customer but will never come back again.

I went in for an oil change and they ran a diagnostic on my car which said that my car was good and all it needed was brake fluid flush. I agreed to the brake fluid flush a few days later an engine light came on I went back to the shop and they wanted me to pay for another diagnostics for 150 dollars. The shop is a complete scam the waiting time is very long for the prices that they are asking. I am very disappointed with the serviceService: Oil change

Ernesto and the mechanics were excellent at replacing my Ram exhaust manifolds and extraction of broken bolt from head. They were also 1/2 the cost of Larry H Miller Ram!!!!

Went in to get fuel pumped changed and end up fixing alternator and battery because they did not want to listen to me when I told them I had the fuel pump code pop up before replaced fuel pump and it was installed incorrectly twice and was leaking gas they fixed it the third time but the fuel gauge is still not working properly was promised they would get it fixed thru third party and haven t heard anything back from themIn months..very poor customer service experience and would not recommend getting services thru them after spending over 1800 problem is still not resolved

My check tire and oil change lights were on. Wayne checked my tire sensors for free and ran a computer check for free. I was given professional advice with no pressure. I elected to have two tire sensors replaced on the spot and Wayne reset my oil change light to the correct mileage. The sensors were replaced in 20 minutes, while I did my shopping at Costco. I am appreciative for their kindness and professionalism. Not once did they pressure me to do anything with them, they simply stated what was wrong. I decided to use them to fix the sensors and the price was reasonable and the work completed quickly. Their excellent service, thoughtful explanations, and quick capable work means I m switching to them from Discount Tire and Jiffy Lube.

A payment was delivered prior to service on a Tuesday and the staff at Brakemax said they would call me when the check was received but they decided to not call me at all. When I arrived to get the brake service, it was completed by the mechanics on the same day. So, good on the mechanics, not so good on the men at the desk.

Friendly and professional. It was my first time going to BRAKEmax....I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to the Costco location for service. E.Vera was pleasant to deal with, He was professional, helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle's service.
