I have used Brake Max for many years to service my cars- they have always been professional, friendly, accommodating,, fast and efficient. They always take me to work and pick me up when my service is completed. I have never had any problems only good results. Gary has been the manager for many years and always makes sure to take care of me. The auto mechanics are always courteous and do a great job working on my cars. I would recommend brake max for all your automotive needs.

Wow! I got to my appointment early and was immediately greeted with kindness! They checked me in and took my vehicle back to get an oil change, when they were finishing my service they were thorough and checked everything else, they recommended services that I already knew I needed but didn t go past the concerns or try and offer me more than I was getting done. After my service, I was emailed their recommendations and they offered to take care of them the same day, I had other errands to run so I couldn t but I was extremely pleased with the service and kindness from this Brake max! Hard to truly find this now days, thank you for your great work!

I will say in the past I have always enjoyed this Brake Max. They have always been kind and seemed to give honest advice. However, the last time I went in for an oil change, I asked about a part for my Nissan that was missing around the door trim (a rubber plastic peice that blocks debri coming in). I was told over the phone that this part is $350 because "Nissan really prides in their parts". I reached out to my dealership because I had bought this used car from them a few months ago without realizing it was missing. I told the dealership the cost to see if they would cover it, but they researched and told me the part was only $40. The dealership ended up purchasing it themselves and put it on within 5 minutes. I am happy I didn't agree to the $350 that BrakeMax quoted. Even looking online for the part myself, I have no idea where the $350 came from. I sent a review to just them to see if they could explain. I hesitated posting this because I don't want to put a business down. But I just want others to be aware of what I experienced, so they can avoid it happening to them too.

Everyone was friendly! They made the experience smooth with a text that gives you the diagnosis, the estimate, and option to approve the service. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely return and refer others!

Consistently good service and fair prices. I was particularly impressed after another shop told my wife she needed 4 new tires "immediately" and she almost went for it. But because I had previous experiences with this shop for my own two cars, I had her come to this Brake Max for a 2d opinion. After inspection, manager Gary advised that her tires were actually ok and she had at least another 10k miles on the two showing the most wear. Well, that was almost a year and 9k miles ago. Two new tires yesterday, a competitor's coupon was honored for a minor discount, and Gary fixed a routine issue with one of her other tires at no charge. We will be back to replace those as well when the time comes later this year.

Michael was fair and honest with us on our vehicle repairs/checks. We had previously had our vehicle serviced at a different provider from BRAKEmax and they swindled us. BRAKEmax provided us with documentation of what needed complete and honest/upfront pricing that was clear to understand. Thank you for your fairness.

They were very good in explaining what work we needed to have done and transparent on the cost. They figured out whst was causing the rattle in my Camry. The work was done quickly. I would defintely use them again

Phenomenal service. Thank you guys so so much. Got a free brake inspection, and my pads were still damn-near full! Definitely stop by this place if you need car maintenance done. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and it was all said and done in an hour. I appreciate y'all! Keep up the great work, and shout-out to Troy for being so awesome!

Every time I go I get great service. They ll tell me things that are optional, but don t force, have even recommended I buy something myself for them to repair if it ll save me money. All their recommendations and services have been wonderful!

This place is an utter rip-off! I tried this place out for the first time hoping to find a new regular mechanic. I had been pleased with another location, and thought I'd try this place out. My car had the check engine light on and the display said "Check emissions". They told me I needed an oil change to take care of the light and that if there were anything else, they would know after the oil change. So, they took care of the oil change and did a few other odds and ends (all of which pertaining to the oil) to get the light to come off. Then, they told me that my car needed to have my ENTIRE engine replaced. Currently, it has 80,000 miles and that for $6,000 they'll replace it with a 150K miles engine WITH NO WARRANTY or pay them $20,000 for brand new engine from the manufacturer WITH the warranty. If I had been foolish and paid 6K, I very well could have rolled out of the parking lot, broke down, and they would have thrown their hands up and might as well have said "stinks to be you!" Internally, I was thinking hold up! The car drives just fine, all I wanted was to take care of the emergency engine light coming on. I took my car and got a second opinion. As I drove, I was so glad that the light was off. The car and its engine purred like a kitten, but I was concerned that this place was right. After all, I had asked them, are you all 100% sure my entire engine needs to be replaced. The man at the desk said 10,000% sure. Such certainty, clearly another mechanic would confirm. But, when I called to find out the status of the new car, the second place said your car is perfectly fine! Nothing was out of the ordinary, If I had been naive, they would have taken my pretty good engine, and replaced it with an engine with more than double less the remaining life on it. The second place didn't even charge me for a diagnostic because the car even gave no error codes. The engine was perfectly fine. The only problem was this place's greedy desire for cash. I did not spend 6K, don't be foolish in my situation. Do NOT trust this business for serious car repairs.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Excellent troubleshooting skills and tons of car knowledge. I was appalled by a blatant attempt at a deceptive quote. When I specifically inquired about front brake pad replacement, I was quoted a staggering $450. This was in stark contrast to the $220~ price clearly displayed on a sign right behind them. I didn't even bother haggling, it's beyond frustrating to encounter such blatant up-charging and dishonesty.I urge anyone considering using this establishment to get multiple quotes and be specific on your inquiry because they'll take advantage of gullibility or lack of experience.Albeit crunched for time, I decided to take my business elsewhere and was able to purchase brake pads for $60 at O'Reilly Auto Parts and had the job done in under an hour by myself. The entire process was straightforward, cost-effective, and devoid of any attempts to deceive or overcharge me which is rampant and typical of this industry.

Repairs were made to seem urgent when they weren't. Was told my surpentin belt was dried and cracked. When it was shown to me there were a few surface cracks but was not as dried as he made it seem. This made me question all the other repairs.They probably saw a old lady and did what everyone else does.The People in this world are so sad.I will definitely be taking my vehicle somewhere else next time

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the guys at this Brake Max! Troy was absolutely amazing! I came in because my car kept stalling and they solved that problem with a new alternator. He also showed me that my strut was broken and he explained the danger if I didn t get it fixed. My car did feel like it was off balance. I m so happy with their service I ve been telling everyone! They also helped my mom a while back which left a lasting impression on me. That s why I brought my car in. I will bring my car back anytime I need any work done! Update! I recently brought my sons car in to have a headlight replaced. Mike was kind and very helpful. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and his headlight is working great.Thank you to everyone at this location.I ve come to this location a few times and will continue to do so because the gentlemen there are courteous and the service is honest and efficient.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
