I needed some repairs done under warranty, and the shop was verified to do the repairs. I was told about the repairs I needed done by a different shop and upon bringing it here they let me know that the other shop was trying to overcharge me for parts I didn t need.Marcel was great! Super friendly and helpful. As a woman by myself, it s really important that I find a car place where I feel like they re not gonna try to take advantage. I will definitely be bringing my car back here.Repairs are done in about a day and I told them no rush on it. Very happy with the outcome.

Every time I go here they are amazing! They really care about their customers and give you updates on everything they are working on. They take pictures to show you issues and are honest about everything! I recommend 100%!

Wonderful employees, always personable and kind. Marcel is exceptional at getting details and following through. I know that when I pick up my car that I am not ever worried as the mechanics have always done a great job as well. Very thankful to have such a good business available for service that is so important!

Fast, friendly, and not pushy. Went in for just an oil change and left with just an oil change. Of course they let me know other things, but there was absolutely no pressure to do anything else. Other places I ve been to ask at least 3-4 times, are sure but not here. I really appreciated that!

My experience with t BrakeMax is always perfect, and if there was ever a question about my car Sean, Marcell and the other mechanics would do their best to make sure everything is working properly. My last visit was about addressing my engine light on my dashboard which failed me with emissions. The gang fixed me up and I passed the emissions test! Sean goes out of his way to make things happen and I appreciate him and his staff

Great services!! The store manager, Marcel and technician are professional and friendly. They checked my car showed me what caused brake click noise. It turned out it is normal sound. They didn't charge me anything for the checkup. I will return for future brake flush and other services.

These guys rock!! Always honest, professional and courteous. They never try to sell what you don t absolutely need to repair the problem. They review recommended and upcoming service and maintenance with you but never push for the upsell. Have been confident in their repair work for years and I am very pleased. What a wonderful experience this first time at an auto repair shop. I am an older female and have had more than my fair share of superficially friendly repair shop personnel who rushed me through the repair process without explanation and acted as any questions were a major inconvenience. Totally opposite experience at this Brake Max where everyone I encountered. Employees(especially the Manager, Sean) are very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was understanding every aspect of my car s complicated mechanical issues. I plan to make this shop my forever auto car center.

I am so happy I chose this location! I was in need of an oil change got out of work late and they were still able to see me and get everything done in a timely professional manner! Reassured me that it wasn't any inconvenience to them. I am going to tell everybody about them!

I called last minute for an oil change same day and was able to be seen with a couple hours wait. I found the manager and assistant manager to both be friendly and helpful. Very satisfied and will be using their services in future.

From the moment Marcell answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredible. Took care of me from beginning to end with a smile, professionalism and a great personality.Everyone there was beyond professional. They were kind, caring and compassionate to my situation. I will go back again and again. I highly recommend you go there as well. They do oil changes!

Philip and the Manager are the best! Gentleman up front was nice and honest. But whatever techs you guys got are something els. My car now sways hard to the left when I let go of the steering wheel. Tires seem off. Also I don t have near as much fuel as when I got there.

It s rare that you see customer service of any kind these days. The guys at this location saw that a mistake had been made. And not only did they recognize it. But they made it right.This earns my trust and patronage. I brought my wife s car in the very next day and there were no issues (other than the car haha). My phone call was answered promptly and politely. I was able to set up an appointment immediately and when I arrived at the shop, it took less than 10 minutes for them to take care of my car. I can t stress enough, the quality of work, the timeliness, and the ever so appreciated courteous person at the front desk. My battery finally died and we were parked about 300 yards from BrakeMax. I walked over and was taken care off of immediately and they even brought me back to my vehicle and replaced the battery for me. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend. Thanks BrakeMax.

Was just at brake max two weeks ago and got a vehicle inspection and everything was fine but then car stopped working so I had to come back and pay over $100 for a diagnostic when I was told something different the day before by the assistant manager. I could have got the service done elsewhere where they actually apply the diagnostic charge towards the service. the store manager was rude, condescending, and not understanding. I feel scammed and ripped off. Very unhappyService: Auto brake repair

Not happy with my last oil change there. My tires were overinflated by 10psi which is near max pressure for the tires, and the spare was flat. I have been a customer there for 15 years and the quality of work has been declining, not sure if I will return in the future if they cant read a tire pressure gauge correctly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a headlight out and nobody at the parts store could figure out how to change it so they sent me to BRAKEmax to figure it out. They were extremely busy but Marcell wiggled me in and got the job done!

I own a European Car, and this is the place I ll always go for my car repairs & maintenance because I trust them and they always do a great job. They are honest to tell you what they can and can t do. To me, it s a winner right there because I want my car to be fixed and not destroyed. We created a great relationship not just by a business level but also to a personal level as well. Sean Weiss & Marcell Heath are truly the best employees to have for this type of business, they truly care. Thanks to Sean Weiss & Marcell Heath for their great service. As we all knew, going straight to a car dealership is very painful .
