This was my first time bringing my car to BRAKEmax. I had a wonderful experience. Wade and the rest of the crew were friendly and helpful. They clearly explained the issues with my car and provided me with a few options to address them. I was very happy with the price and how quickly they got my car back to me. They also provided transportation to and from my house. I will definitely keep going back BRAKEmax!

I was stressed & worried about all the repair work that needed to be done along with the hefty cost. Jeremy was helpful & understanding of my concerns.He informed me with facts & pictures of my repairs & what to do going forward to keep my car running smoothly. What we thought was going to take up to 3 weeks turned into a few days. The codes on my car cleared & my car finally passed emissions.I'm happy & will be returning for scheduled maintenance. Thank you, Jeremy & to the wonderful gentleman who worked on my car. I truly appreciate you.

I had a quote one day and the next day it was a lot more. This was after the car was repaired.I said something to the salesman and then the manager stepped in. He heard what I was saying and said he wanted to look at it.This manager took off a lot and made my bill the exact penny I was told the day before.This place does very good work. I never had an issue with it and when the manager helped with making this bill right I m glad I go there.Thanks Jeremy

We've been going here for years, and Jeremy and his team never disappoint. On a number of occasions, they have gone out of their way to figure out a tough problem. The manager, Jeremy, is very professional and one of the nicest people you'll meet, and I know I can trust him.

I have used this location for 4 vehicles. The customer service is outstanding! One of my vehicles could not pass emissions and the repairs were costly. They took the time to explain the repairs needed and discussed the best plan of action to get my vehicle running properly and passing the emissions test. Can't say enough good things about this store and their employees.Services: Auto glass repair, Oil change

Brake work needed was diagnosed quickly, and all the work required was done the same day. Don, my service advisor was professional and explained everything concisely. Well done all around!

Went in with a broken window and ask for this to be urgently repaired. They charged a sudden extra $130 "diagnostic fee" with no warning, to inspect the whole car and access what else needing fixing. Didnt ask for that and was very direct that I just wanted the broken window fixed. This issue has happened in a different state and it was only a couple of hundred to get fixed. All up we were around $650 instead. Will not be back

Great oil change but the estimate for work to be done was way over priced. I checked with my mechanic who quoted me half of what Brake Max did saving me hundreds of dollars. That might work with some folks but I ll always advise a second or third quote.

Had an oil/filter service and general inspection done on my 2018 Enclave. Don, service advisor, was very helpful and got me in straightaway. Will definitely return in future.

I had a problem with my boat spare tire. It was manufactured in 2005 so it was a little old. Jeremy recommended new tires so I put several new tires on my boat and I'm very happy. Great service, the men who actually did the work were polite,. helpful and did a great job

Amazing service! Didn't even get mad at me when I had to wait to pay. They are patient and do excellent work. Robert was outstanding and Jeremy listened and was very nice. The technicians there rock! Thank you Brakemax for hiring a great team.

Brake Max was efficient and professional. I needed my headlight fixed before going out that night. Both the dims and brights were burned out. I called Brake Max late in the afternoon. I was worried that it was too late in the day to fix it. They said to come in and they would see what they could do. They fixed it quickly and gave me a quote for badly needed new tires too.

This is the best Brakemax anywhere. Ive been going there for 30 yrs! So helpful, honest, fair and trustworthy. Jeremy does a fantastic job. The shuttle driver was so friendly and respectful! You can definitely find a place less expensive, but you get what you pay for. No hidden costs and they do what they promise. Great service and great employees. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have been going to this brakemax for the last 8 years. I have always had good experiences with the service on my cars and with the mechanics. But today my car broke down in the bashes parking lot. When I ran over to ask if they were closed ( which technically they were) the mechanics asked me some questions and figured out I needed a new started. Then they offered to stayed late to fix it for me so I could drive home. I am so grateful that they would give up their time to fix my car when they didn't have to.
