The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the best price available and made recommendations for future maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my experience today. I highly recommend this auto shop to those in need of maintenance service including but not limited to oil changes, brakes service, fuel injection and more. This is not a paid sponsorship just a very satisfied customer.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Mike Tillery and Charles are THE BEST!!We discussed pricing and I shared with them my budget needs and they made it work. For being short handed the day I visited, I was in/out in a couple of hours.Now, I'm not making suggestions. Your budget needs my vary.One thing I can guarantee is they will inspect your vehicle, explain to you what your options are and do just what YOU want. That's all. This will be my new place for all of my automotive needs.Again, thx Mike and Charlie!!

I had a great experience at Brake Max having many things repaired on my 2009 Toyota Camry 4/6/2024. Charlie explained to me all that needed done in full detail and also e-mailed pictures of parts that needed replaced. I always have had great service and would highly recommend Brake Max!

I went to get my brakes and rotors replaced. David was fantastic! He was very friendly and efficient! They even dropped me off at home while they worked on my car and picked me up when finished. I was able to pick my daughter up from school just in the nick or time! I will be going back for more services.Thanks for an easy fix, BrakeMax!! :)

I needed tires and walked in without an appointment and the helpful staff took care of everything for me. Very easy process and positive experience. Charlie and his staff at BRAKEmax on first avenue are the absolute best in the business!

I ve been going to this location for about four years now. Charlie is the man he has always taken care of me. He treats me like family. I refer my friends and family to them as well. They really are honest with their work and they give you a reasonable price. They do work just like the big dealerships, but for a Wallet friendly price, I don t see myself going anywhere else.

I called Charlie and told him about a trip I was going to take and how bitter cold it would be, could he please check my cooling/heating system? Bring it in he said.5 minutes after they pulled it into the bay Charlie told me about 2 potentially serious problems. I've been a customer 10 + years and would never take my vehicle to anyone else, warranty or no warranty.He was able to get 80% of the work paid for by my extended warranty company.There are approximately 35 Brake Max shops in greater Tucson but only one Charlie Thomas."Go nowhere else" because there's nowhere else to go!!!Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and the appointment took only a third of the time they had originally estimated. The service was excellent, the lobby and front desk area were clean and the personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I liked the place so well that I've already set up an appointment to get an alignment done there.

Excellent service. I had my car pulled in for alignment. In 30 minutes, my car was finished for alignment. The report was printed and the store manager explained how well it s adjusted.

Both front desk and serv. Asst. Mgr. Was very courteous. Prompt service on oil change, plus gave a virtual digital view of my trucks issues. Very cool. Way to go Brake max!!

Scheduled an appointment, came in and Jay refused to do an oil change for me without attempting to force me into a synthetic oil up charge despite the fact that I have always gotten standard oil changes on my car. Went to Brake Masters instead and they gave me no trouble!

Took my car for some regular maintenance and they actually found my struts needed to be replaced as well. No pressure in terms of replacing the struts and they even sent pictures to show why they reccomended they be replaced. This was a very nice experience, I got an oil change and thought I needed my brakes done but they said I was actually fine with the ones I have for now and they explained the MM level and the safety to me. Also very affordable and free inspection cost. I will definitely be returning and I trust them 100%. They were also very friendly, I asked lots of questions and they took the time go answer my questions and not rush me, the waiting area is also very nice and comfortable.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I've been to this BRAKEmax for various services this past year. At least twice, they have spent time checking over my car for a road trip and following an accident - and they did not charge me anything for these services - wow! Everyone I have dealt with at this BRAKEmax location has been incredibly kind and helpful. Went to the Brake Max on Kino and they were super rude. Came to this one on first and was greeted, and the lady at the front desk was really nice! Answered my questions and put in a coupon for my oil change.
